Buy the postpill for 500-700 naira at a pharmacy quickly. I hope you don't have infections. And, you're a pedophile by the way. Sleeping with a 17 year old child. That is so disgusting and I hope you get what comes to you. Get her the postpill and please leave children alone. Johnbestman: |

Phenomenalopeye: I'd like to add : there are application fee waivers. You can apply for them by sending emails to the schools. When applying for financial aid, there are also CSS fee waivers or ISFAA. Your counsellor should also tick the financial burden question on your common app. It doesn't need to be that expensive. Seek out help from these schools. As long as you actually do well in your SAT, you stand a chance. Check out HBCUs too. 2-3 schools is not sufficient for anybody-- especially not an international with need. Apply to at least 8. Find out which schools will give you fee waivers and tailor your list from there. I'd be careful sending personal information to strangers. 2 Likes |
Health / Recurring Malaria. Help, Please. by labylaby: 3:39pm On Aug 05, 2020 |
I just treated malaria last month and now, I have it again. I've bought a mosquito net now but is there anyway I can stop falling sick very often?? I've taken drugs too many times this year alone. Any natural remedies to prevent malaria and boost immunity? Thank you |

Romance / Re: My Wife's Friend Tried To Seduce Me But The Whole Thing Is Ruining My Marriage. by labylaby: 6:54pm On Jul 17, 2020 |
Hi, Kissing your wife's friend is cheating, you know? Yes, your wife cheated before you got married and that's horrible but you also did while married. Ensure the friend no longer has access to your family, and attend couple's counselling with an actual psychologist. You should be able to work things out. Come clean about kissing the friend and tell her everything the friend keeps doing. Goodluck. |

Phenomenalopeye: Hi, Please, do not post your essay here. Send me a private message. I'll review and give my honest thoughts. You have access to your LORs? Yeah, I would be happy to help review them privately. People steal people's essays. You don't want to get rejected because someone plagiarised your work. Don't post your essays publicly until you've been admitted. 8 Likes |

Friedpotato: Hi! I applied 4 years ago but didn't get any substantial scholarship and I needed 100% scholarship. My app was also weak. But I got into my safeties basically. The scholarships weren't anything. Pace, IIT and one other place. Then I remember like 2 schools asked me to reapply the next year due to age. It was many years ago. I fashied and got into a uni here. Now, I'm applying for PhD ✊ I have some knowledge from my application season though, and a lot of my friends got into good schools with full scholarships. I'm always happy to share info. Goodluck! 1 Like |

Phenomenalopeye: Hi! I'm quite knowledgeable about the undergrad process. Those colleges are high reaches for everyone--including students with all As. You can't apply to only those schools. Are your Bs B2s or B3s? I know a lot of people who got into these schools for undergrad and I must say their WASSCE was way higher. This isn't to say you can't do it, but you need to add other schools. Add LACs with international funding like Amherst, Williams, Lafayette, etc. Also check out Minerva at KGI. You should totally take the SAT &/ Subject SATs. My friend with a 1510 was rejected at a lot of top colleges, but got into Amherst and Darmouth. And she had a 4.0, 5 A1s and had Olympiad experiences. Another with a 1460 got into Stanford with a phenomenal essay and international experience. All my friends basically had *something* that set them apart. Don't stalk college confidential for the sake of your mental health. Basically, you need something that shines through your app. How are your ECs? Your essays need to be awesome. I promise you a lot of essays are really horrible. Honestly, your SAT needs to be really high to make up for the WASSCE. I wish you the best of luck, but that college list of yours is not it. Besides, I think at first all of us are blinded with the promise of prestige. Why do you even want to apply to those ones? Have you checked out your future departments in each one. Ivy or not, not all departments are fantastic. Goodluck! 9 Likes 1 Share |

Pheurly: Hi, I'm sorry you're going through this. Have you tried therapy? Not to sound cliche but it helps. There are a number of free therapy services. DM me and I'll give you a number. If you can, during this Covid19 break, try to fall in love with your course. You might realise it's not so bad. Check YouTube and other sites for more info on the course. What are you really interested in? You don't need to study it in school to take classes on it. There are lots of free courses online. You should check out the courses related to the course you think you want. Who knows, you might realise it's not all that. You're a wonderful person, I'm sure of it. I'm very proud of you for calling for help here. That's proof of how strong you are. You're ready to fight for your life. You just need to find things that make you feel better. Get a new hobby. Something challenging. Join a subreddit on that hobby and interact with people. When you hear that voice reminding you of how "useless you are", shake your head softly. Imagine yourself kicking or punching the mean words out of your head. You are worthy. You have a great future. There are so many more years you have to figure your life out. ♥️♥️ 1 Like |

Hey guys I've been a ghost for a while I'm in my final year. Projected CGPA is 4.0-4.2 I don't really have research asides final year one but @blackskittles didn't either sha. Although he had excellent GRE and GPA.. For those of you who got full funding, please please share tips including your GPA and GRE What do you think was your "IT" factor? Did you contact professors? Did you submit research work with your application? And if you have physical copies of the books you used, please I'd love to take them off you What books were similar to the actual exam? I am more likely to do better in verbal than quantitative. Years ago,in my ACT I had 33 English and 27 math. I'm not so math inclined. My dream schools are: Stanford (high reach!) Rice (reach) Texas A & M (reach) Penn Wharton (high reach) Brandeis (low reach) I'll apply to lots of match schools of course but these are my dream schools. |
