Celepope: Nigerians and their over hypocrisy. Their penchant for aligning with foreigners against theirs stinks to high heaven. You and that other guy organic man solely ignored the way that daft akatawoman (mad dawg) has been insulting a people of over 200 million (Nigerians) by calling them all kinds of name including poverty stricken, ritualists and uneducated but are quick to respond to my comment when i responded with brute force. You can call them whatever names you want that goes with the stereotyping, don't just bring slavery into it. Doesn't the thought of it repulse you or you don't see the movies or read books on slavery? |

AngelicBeing: My opinion, views remains mine, say yours and move on, l am entitled to my opinion, the guy l quoted is also entitled to his own opinion, this is a forum and everyone is entitled to his or her views or opinions even if you don't agree with it, say yours and move on That it's your opinion doesn't mean it is right and you should be willing to learn and correct yourself. The reason it's a (public) forum is for people to not just air their opinion but as well learn from each other in order to grow. Making fun of slavery entirely is very wrong because it was one of the evils of the past. By the way, if you do some research you'd learn that most of the slaves taken away from Africa were mostly from Western Africa and as such you could have some long lost relations who are descendants of slaves currently living in the US. All in all, just be kind in your speech, the things you say tells a lot about you. |

Aderewah: Lol. More muscle than sense. In Asia or Europe, atleast one mechanical engineer would have thought of a mechanism to extract the sand without unnecessary stress and risk to life. There is a machine already designed for it but it is capital intensive so people adopt this method as an opportunity to make a living. |

olisaEze: The constructed gutters are too small for the amount of rain water that is generated from that hilltop town of Okpanam. Kudos to the present Governor for tackling the problem head on, by expanding and reconstructing the drains unlike the previous guy that just built the road without a proper drainage system. Now would u say that the flooding of shoprite & dbs road is caused by refuse and litter? I don’t live there, but I have family & friends in Asaba The gutters in shoprite and dbs roads are filled up with a mixture of sand and refuse. The thing is the roads are no longer swept so when it rains the waters carry the sand along with into the gutter where there are already refuse there blocking the free flow of water. The newly built gutters in Okpanam road and streets by the present governor are still being used as refuse dumps. The thing is there's no sense of environmental sanitation and the government also has to provide a means for refuse to be disposed of. Presently, people pay to dispose their refuse with certain companies. |

olisaEze: Small pikin trying to sound witty but not intelligent enough to cut it. Pray tell, do u stay there? If you don’t then how would you know that refuse is causing the flooding there, abi that is the only reason ur ‘ota akara’ teacher taught you? Redirect ur tantrums and unintelligent outbursts at someone closer to ur level. He is right. Littering the gutters with rubbish takes up spaces in the gutter that ought to be for water to be channeled out. This results in the roads being flooded because there is no channel for it to flow out. We need to stop pouring dirt into our gutters. P. S. I'm familiar with that area, and there are rubbish on the gutters. |

Scbhoviv: Hello house. Plz I am not understanding this wait any longer. I'm AOR July 29 2018. Was told earlier in January that my file was waiting for final approval. That everything has been passed. I have been waiting and praying. Ordered gems and everything looks fine. So I called again yesterday and was told my file has been transferred to Accra visa office on the 30th of May. Ikeagwugonumu. I have run thru my application a thousand and one time in my head and I can't think of anything I did wrong in my application. Hubby says it's because we are a large family(7) but I don't think so..... Sorry for this my story. I just feel like ranting and there is no other place to do it than here. Why not call the Accra office, I'm sure there's a way to reach them to know what is going on. |
