OlakunmiSMELTD: That's where you needed wisdom, and it's very Good because it actually direct.
Have you ever asked if am the primary and principal applicant, but because of your monitoring spirit attitude you will not but rather saying rubbish, Have you not read where I talked about i and my spouse? Wisdom is profitable to direct so get one Boom! There you have it! You are the PA. Wife dependent (which you already removed) to make up the fraudulent siblings 15points you used in getting NOI So again I ask you: which wes report did you use to open your profile?

OlakunmiSMELTD: President of Canada, I got my my Evaluation oooooo please where I can post it again that I got my Evaluation... Biko don't be angry that I didn't inform you that I got it..
Is your third name monitor ? Plus your spirit now become monitoring spirit Dec 17 2020: you got Ontario NOI January 8th 2021: your wes report is still in progress What did you use to open your EE profile? I don’t need to be a monitoring spirit, the modus operandi of all dishonest people are always the same Here is your plan.... create a fake profile to get NOI, then wait for Ontario 60days period and not submit the nomination, then use the waiting period to buy time to get wes report, then go back to edit from fake report with the new wes report. Your way of reason and skill at circumventing laws are stamped all over your thread. Goodnews is, you can’t outsmart IRCC. So make sure you do whatever helps you sleep better at night.Best of luck

OlakunmiSMELTD: To be quite honest with you, from my research. It would only be possible if you were only nominated by a specific province, get your 600 point.
This is what would happen, The VO will evaluate your score, however if your score fall within the range at which that province nominate to you. Then you don't have problem.
An india and one nairalandder couple was nominated, they initially put spouse unaccompanying on EE to get nominated by the province and put accompanying while submitting their documents in the province and after which they got their 600point, they went on to change the EE to spouse accompanying and thereafter they get ITA and now In Canada. Infact I made a research to the extend of having both two different families contact for concrete research.
One with spouse was 450 and without spouse was 460. So she used 460 to apply for province The province minimum point was 460. Anyways to cut my long story short. They are now in Canada with their beautiful kids .
This information is just a case study. Note that you re not nominated by Province
Best of luck You. You will see the truth. Plain truth! Then you will pick the opposite of truth, then romanticize that opposite of truth in a diplomatic manner with unnnecessary epistle after believing/researching from those that knows how to twist IRCC law and get away with it. You will see an explicitly written rule on IRCC website, then it will take about 4pages of ‘no don’t it’ from people on this thread (like the case of you looking for means to change a cousin to siblings even though you later ‘came up’ with you unaware it’s unacceptable). Then the next move is you researching on another means to circumvent the law @bolded(your recent Indian study) You are already researching on how to switch back from non-accompanying to accompany after using non-accompanying score to get nomination. Then you will come here in a diplomatic manner to address the issue and back it up by people who said they escape by doing the wrong thing. Again I ask: is it this same evaluation of yours(attached below) which is still in progress that you used in getting OINP nomination by creating an EE profile with fake wes report?I don’t have a good feeling about you. At all! You are not a straightforward person.

Getsaved: Good day friends, I need advice
I am planing to migrate to Canada. Since I needed a guide, I met someone ( an agent) who was recommended to me by a good friend of mine. My firiend is processing his visit to the UK with this agent too.
When I met him for the easiest and quickest way for me, he advise me to go through work - since I am a graduate and a sound tradesman in industrial electrical work.
He said the work package is geniune, that it was the Canadian government who made it available for people with good skills to move to Canada.
I do not know how true this is. And I would like to verify his words here so that I do not end up being deceived or cajoled into spending so much and at the end there was nothing like that.
Please how true is this Canadian work package ? It will end in tasteless tears |

enesty: I did calculate again Mine crs is 420 Am so down In that case Wifey should be the PA, she should try and get another certificate (there are shorter courses that can serve as 2 or more e.g BCS in IT, Cima , CIIN etc) please research more on the one that will be easier for her While getting the ‘2 or more cert’ she should work towards completing her 3 years work experience to get the full point AND also try and max her IELTS to gain the points she already lost due to age. You will also evaluate your degree and also sit for IELTS if you are accompanying Alternatively, the two of you can go ahead to evaluate your degree(s) NOW, write IELTS, create seperate profile and sit in the pool then research extensively on each province PNP.However,if wifey can’t go through much stress as PA. You will have to learn french and sit for TEF/TCF Whichever you decide, please do the bolded first, the universe can smile on you to get PNP In one of these provinces. That’s extra 600 points added to your 420 which will automatically get you ITA. All the best. |

And am I opening different Wes account for us both, if sending 2 certificate? 3- Am I evaluating only my pgd and bsc for wife? Any other suggestions would be appreciated, thanks a lot as we are beginning our process this month Are you sure of the CRS score @bolded At 35/36 with 2 or more cert, even with maxed IELTS your CRS will be within 440-450 range Except you schooled in Canada or wrote TEF or you are claiming sibling point, please recalculate your CRS score and check if you did not mistakenly choose Canada work/school experience. |

OlakunmiSMELTD: I one to be clarified about this information. When I compute my Score on EE calculator. It was 456, but with my cousin who is a citizen in ontario. It increases to 467. So I used this score to apply for Ontario via PNP, however, I got Invitation weeks ago.
But people on nairaland said it's not possible for me to use him, few other said it possible. Am just confused someone with experience should please help me with better information or ONTARIO telegram or whatsapp platform Run away from those ‘few others’ You will waste your $1500 OINP application fee, you will waste your time, you will be rejected/banned. You cannot gain the 15 points (siblings points) from a cousin, it’s explicitly stated on CIC website. I know you will still go ahead because you share the same surname with your cousin, that’s probably what those ‘few others’ are telling to do. Remember you were not even listed as a direct sibling on your cousin profile when he/she was relocating. IRCC is not dumb, don’t start what you can’t finish. You will be banned and no LOE will save you. I know CRS score is not smiling but please look for other ways to increase your score ‘legally’ and please stop taking advice from those ‘few others’ |

Rhuth: Firstly, try and read and digest page one of this thread. [s]Secondly, BSc and OND is not 2 or more certificates.[/s] It's BSc + masters BSc + Diploma (like pgd or those professional certification courses like BCS etc) OND + HND [s]If you have BSc and OND, it doesn't mean anything. You only evaluate your BSc, that's one certificate. OND doesn't count with it.[/s] I stand to be corrected though. @jacknn if you can see this, please don’t follow Rhuth advice. Your Bsc and OND count as 2 or more certificate @Rhuth please I don’t mean to be rude but if you are not sure of a particular answer please DON’T respond. People’s money, time, sweat and energy goes Into these things. Imagine someone with Bsc and OND start writing Cima or Bcs only to discover it’s entirely useless after spending so much time and money. @Jacknn YOUR BSC AND OND IS PERFECT AS 2 OR MORE CERT!! |

Ganzallo: I'll try to get the funds and still apply as it is because changing to accompanying will reduce CRS since wifey hasn't done eca or ielts.
Thanks a lot to everyone. God bless us all and make our dreams come true.
P.S I'll update how I eventually proceed here. Once again, thanks my people! Not going with your wife also means minus 15 points from the CRS point calculated to get your ITA because you cannot claim her brother’s point if she’s not accompanying. Please read CIC website carefully before you proceed. All the best

Betterlife2018: Points for siblings in Canada You can now earn 15 additional points if you (or your spouse or common-law partner who will come with you to Canada) have a brother or sister who is: living in Canada and a citizen or permanent resident of Canada To get these points, the brother or sister must also be 18 years old or older related by blood, marriage, common-law partnership or adoption have a parent in common
I hope this helps. Thanks. I knew I’ve seen a similar case before. Guys please if you are claiming siblings point from an in law , it’s very important your spouse is accompanying.@Ganzallo |

Ganzallo: Hello everyone, Great job on the write ups and tips it has been really enlightening.
I have 2 questions please,
1. I received my ITA yesterday but didn't include my wife and son as that would have dropped my score and the money to move once no be here, but I added them to my application as not accompanying, now I'm being asked why, is it safe to say lack of funds or a more diplomatic excuse? Pls anyone with experience should help as I'm in uncharted waters.
2.Can a brother in law stand as a relative when the wife is included in the application but not accompanying.
Thanks once again. 2: Do you mean gaining siblings point from your brother in law and your wife isn’t accompanying. I’m not sure you can gain the 15points except your wife is accompanying. NB: ‘I’m not sure’Please confirm before you claim the 15 points |

Lindaolosho: Hello,
Please help a brother. Ignore my handle name. My name is T.
Been reading the blog silently but i need help now. I'm kind of at my wits end with this Canadian thing. My score is just not adding up so i thought to come here and straight up get help. I am a 37 year old man. Working in Lagos island. Money is not a challenge but i am hoping to find a like-minded lady between 23-28years, to plan with. You know what i mean. At least lets talk first and see how we can work around things.
Age just affects the scores, no matter how much you have in the bank - French is off the table for me. So i need a grad, possibly with Masters or 2nd degree if you are not having a professional course. I will refund your IELTS if you show the scores (we don't need to meet yet please, so you know i'm serious) and cover your POF, etc. Me i need out. And i need help brethren. Whatsapp is ok. 08 Thanks. I hope you know IRCC officials frequently view this thread. All they have to do is note down the full name and all personal details of yours you have been doing copy and paste all over this forum. Then they cross their legs and jejely wait for you and your ‘wife’ to submit your application. 5years 600years loading Best of luck. |

ocheezie: Hi all. The PA is a lecturer with NOC of 4011 but I initially filled 212 which is boilogist( course she lectures and has MSc). I changed the NOC to 4011 when I realized that it fits more into her JD and the profile became ineligible to apply. Been in the pool since March and this is devastating. Combined CRS was 474 but upon, PA's birthday, it reduced to 469. I had to quickly create a new profile and enter the pool today, only to realise that we landed on 468 as against the 469 post- birthday. Any help? This is becoming frustrating Not all birthdays are -5, some age are -6. 30y/o is -5, 31 is -5, either 32 or 33y/o is -6. 34 is -5 and so on. You can confirm using the CRS calculator |

Welldone sis ladymarshall: I have updated the remaining hall of fame list of Part 8 on page 1 in this part. If you got PPR in part 8 and your monikers is not on either list, let me know. I'll assume the responsibility for this part. Btw, everything happened so fast this morning got query on why I didnt create a new thread during the weekend, created new part asap, got banned and unbanned again. I hadn't even finished reading the last pages of part 8
Welcome to this new thread. May you all get PPR in this part and may we have more PPR scripts and faster processing times by CIC. May the scores and draws be favorable too. @Mamaroon @stencil, @Adunnee @iaatmguy @yemblaze @majamisile @johnnybravo1990 @jjohndoe83 @ladywinterfell @temigee @bankyh1905 @teeielts360 @Ednut1 @Tina26 this is your part, I am so eager to update your monikers in the earliest part of this hall of fame. The wait has been long enough, I'm praying and hoping it would happen asap.
To make this easier so I don't get overwhelmed, I'll handing over the marking responsibility of marking the scripts to @Yemblaze who I strongly nominate openly, if she is willing. She has been so consistent on this thread, understands the marking style and I am very confident she will carry on the script marking tradition until she gets PPR. Hey sis, do you accept? If you do, you can choose a capable assistant whenever you can. If not, I'll nominate someone else.
May we enjoy this part. Parts 1-8, Page 1 of this part and the search bar are great resources for all kinds of questions. We have dealt with over 90% of express entry questions. Let's research first before asking questions so we don't clutter the thread. Let's reserve the pages for customized enquires and special cases. |
