i still dont know which Nigerian bank will ask to provide a decline mail for a failed local transaction that has been debited. when the bank can liaise with interswitch to confirm transaction status.

the only scenario is if your account has not been debited but the fund is on hold (you'll have two different account balances; legder n available balance).

as advised, just mail interswitch cc your bank n bookie.

The customer service receives thousands of mails and try as much as possible to reply everyone in accordance to relevance.

Like I mentioned earlier, we handle hundreds of situations like yours on daily basis so it is weird for your bank to tell you to go get an email from us. They know damn well anybody can forge an email thereby have a communication means to reach us without you being involved that is definitely not open to the consumers as well. It's like saying you should go get an email from Shoprite for a failed POS transaction.

I am not sure the bank you used but re-send an email to them.

Normally, value is not deducted for "incomplete" transactions except for "failed" ones.

Yours is an incomplete transaction- your funds should not leave your account in the first place, so i'll advise you check your bank account first to be very sure before you contact your bank/interswitch.
