OP, this problem is deeper than knowing when to use has or have.

You may start with the advice I quoted below.

Has / Have can also depict that something is just completed now. Eg: The eggs have boiled, She has gone to the market( if she isn't present/wasn't present when it started to happen, else "she is gone to the market)

Please don't extract the tooth....tooth extraction is an outdated solution. What you need is a ROOT CANAL TREATMENT.....this process involves removal of the dentine (the living element) and filling of the tooth thereafter.This will maintain the tooth but in a lifeless form ( like a dud tooth).

I am not a dentist.....but trust me on this.... Its not a cheap procedure and can take up to 2-3weeks.

It seems you don't understand what the guy intends doing. He needs a rollover of minimum of 1.2 and maximum of 1.6 daily that may span up to 2 weeks to achieve the intended 5 odds. It's not a daily 5 odds rollover ooo. At least that is what I understand from his quote. I may be wrong shaaa

Your understanding of my post is correct.

The 5odds may be 1.5odds for 4 straight days or anyhow it is convenient for the provider but I won't just like it to exceed 2weeks.
