1. 'Unidentified' in this kind of news simply means his name isn't known. You can only identify someone in the news via his name.

2. The man is said to be from the North, that can easily be determined by the language he spoke with the vigilante plus mode of dressing plus his accent.


Whichever way, Northerner or not, the burnt man could have easily averted all these had he cooperated with the guard. That still doesn't justify the mob's actions too.

It's always done on that day of the convocation.
During our's, the dude was employed that day and was given a scholarship to further in any school of his choice(overseas).

Understand that having a first-class is not a guarantee for you to receive ANY special treatment.

However, it is strongly advised that their various institutions should recognise and commend the efforts of these set of people.

It is NOT injustice if no organisation award her scholarship, employment, gifts etc.

Today, the same amount $36,363,600,000 would be $36,363,600,000 × 199
(official exchange rate) = N7.24Trillion


So, the N800bn budgeted in 1999/2000 is actually equivalent to
N7.24Trillion today as against Buhari's N6.08Trillion.

Technically, Obasanjo had a bigger budget with lesser resources.

Yeah we all know the higher the cruilde price the more subsidy paid, but this did not balloon the subsidy rate withnoil @ $147/barrel. What actually changed? The last time i checked oil didn't get that high at any point in Jonathan's regime. Besides with crude oil going low, why was there no corresponding decrease in subsidy claims that a whopping 600bn was left as money owed to the marketers.
