Bro, masturbation can / will cause those symptoms listed.
Are you saying, if I quit, the above symptoms will no longer manifest.
Romance / Re: Learn From Me, Masturbation Ruins Life by Lagban(m): 12:43am On Oct 15, 2017
I must once everyday . I had issue releasing on time after doing it with a prostitute today and at the same time my erection was a bit weak. I know mastu*rbation has its bad side but the good side is far better especially when I don't all the time in the world for relationships. I advise u see a doctor, I don't think masturb*tion is the cause of ur problem.
raslim20:
I have never been embarrassed like this ever in my life. I'm always excited when that urge to masturbate comes over me, just lock myself up in a room and jack off most especially with the help of xvideo.

Today I felt so embarrassed after the lady I've been wooing all this while say yes and ready for action after a heavy rainfall. We got in mood and when it's time for action my man went down and shrink off. Many attempts to resurrect the guy all fell from fry pan to fire, it's got no signal at all.

The girl just hissed on me and walked toward the door for her exit. I was disgraced and embarrassed. And the worst part na say this is my first time with the lady.
What excuse can I give?

To every single guys out there enjoying every moment with masturbation, though you enjoy the feelings while it last, but you are fading off gradually.

These are what happens when you give yourself to masturbation as a man.

1. Tiredness. You will be unnecessarily tired even when you don't engage in any activity

2.Headache. I have used many ache relievers to quench the aches I always feel in my head constantly, not knowing masturbation is the main reason for the headaches.

3.Dizziness

4.Nervousness

5.pains in the shoulders and side

6.pain in the muscles and joint

7.loss of appetite leading to weight loss

8.any small exercise you will be exhausted like dead body

9.dead look, sickening face

10.memory and sight failure,

11.when the real match come, you won't get errection

12. If you come get erection, won't last long( premature ejaculation)

13.semen leakage

14.reduced orgasm

15. Loss of sex drive towards opposite sex

All these are what have experienced from the habit of masturbation, the earlier the better. Masturbation ruins life gradually.

Toks2008:
Unfortunately It is not easy to find someone of the opposite sex who has all one needs in terms of physical sexual features.A guy may see a bootilicious lady without a wow bust-line and sometimes come across a lady with an angelic face without "a nice tit or booty".

And a lady may see a very cute guy yet there will be a but that seem to disqualify such.

So my question to guys and ladies is "what is that one sexual feature you crave for the most in the opposite sex?..in other words, that sexual feature you can't imagine your partner not having

Mine is a nice looking bust-line...so what is yours?
Romance / Re: Guys Have You Ever Regretted Not Telling A Girl, You Have Feeling For Her? by Lagban(m): 1:05am On Jul 20, 2017
i dont think so. I summoned the courage to ask her out then but the outcome was not favourable at all; i was exploited . I was in her 'friend zone' list for years. I was gentle, caring and probably blind folded by love. I still regret that action till date i.e revealing my sincere feelings to her. Fast forward to 2017, i have changed abruptly and i thank GOD for the real niggaz i have as friends. Fvckng is the surest thing . Ladies dont deserve to be loved and cared for. As far as i am concerned , they are s3x objects .pu$$ies will fall on you like rain the moment u keep u mind off love and focus on more on aspects of life like business , career , e.t.c.

I had my first sex few hours ago with one of d oloshos in my area. I was tensed and fearful @ first but after some minutes I started taking charge bit by bit. My major challenge was d fact that all the sex positions I had mastered in porn vanished today and I was left with only two sex positions : I was thought the basic practical sex by the olosho . The major problem was that I was unable to ejaculate after 20 Mins tho the whole 20mins wasn't a continuous thrusting. I paused several times since I am still learning. I was almost climaxing but bkos I wasn't comfortable, everything was a flop . How do I improve on my performance the next time I have sex? I am tired of living a virgin life for years, I need to bang it hard
buzquet:
I went to my area brother's Bach Eve, come see this better chicks. I approached her with chilled Heineken and we started talking and immediately she asked me to take her home. When we got home, she said am to give her 20k before going into bedroom with me. I was surprised because I thought she felt my parole back at the party. But we later agreed on 6k because Kongi don dey stand as if say hungry monkey see banana. Surprisingly, when I woke in the morning to give her another match because she handled me the Bayern handle Arsenal homeanf away for champions league, I found out my wallet was missing and the babe don go. But the one wey hit me pass be say I enter bathroom to shower na im I see my bathing soap is gone too angry

On my first day ,my pen no gree write ,i was under fear because its my first time, some years back
u r correct. I had my first experience today and I was tensed, fearful and had this innocent look on my face. The olosho had to counsel me to kick start the whole thing. I spent over 20 mins without cumming. I almost ejaculated at a point but the tension affected me. My performance was zero, she had to tell me what to do as per virgin things. I am happy, I have been paid for the 1st time after 22+ yrs on the surface of the earth. Sex has been a big deal to me, I can't wait to start having series of sex but this time around not with an a real Olosho . Sex in P0rn is totally different from the real life porn judging from my 1st sexual adventure Tonyt What ur advice on how to improve my sexual performance?

Reporting live from NCAN , Lagos, Nigeria : all I see are names from the IgboLand : the land of the developers.
ebubefavou:
Two drug traffickers, 59-year-old Joseph Oparaji Okechukwu, and 41-year-old Austine Ikenna Nnaji, have been arrested by the National Drug Law Enforcement Agency (NDLEA) for reportedly trying to smuggle drugs out of the country, through the Lagos airport.

Confessing to the crime, Joseph who revealed he was a contractor, blamed the present economic recession in Nigeria for nudging him into drug smuggling.

The other suspect, Austine, was identified as a safety officer in Qatar. Mr. Nnaji reportedly feigned ignorance of the content of his luggage, which he claimed to have received from a friend at the airport.

Okechukwu was bound for New York City on Turkish Airlines while Mr. Nnaji was on his way to Doha, Qatar on Ethiopian Airlines. Okechukwu excreted 1.105 kg of brownish substances that tested positive for heroin. Nnaji, was found to have concealed 11.540 kg of marijuana and 490 grams of tramadol in his luggage.

Added advantage can be anything : knowing the OP is an added advantage as well. Doing a voluntary job to gain experience is also an added advantage. Added advantage is not only limited to paper works. The OP looked beyond the CV. Having trust in an employee is beyond CV. Afteralll, the OP's teacher had the minimum requirements to secure the job : he is qualified for the job too. U only cry foul play if the teacher was not qualified @ all
Daboomb:

If it does not mean anything, how come the Employers call it ADDED ADVANTAGE..... or dont you know the meaning of that phrase?

Your statement makes me doubt you ever wrote and passed the Certifications you are claiming.
It is people who have failed in the "attempt" to have Certifications, that trash it.
Just like those school drop-outs will cite one fortunate drop-out (out of millions) as the reason for saying Education is a waste! grin grin

On top say wetin? Spear us the epistle . The OP had the minimum requirements to get the job naturally. However, they r two other candidates with superior professional qualification. Having superior certification doesn't mean they should be employed as far as the other guy met the minimum requirements. It is left for the OP to use his discretion to pick the candidate having met the minimum requirements. Assuming the OP's teacher doesn't have the minimum certification required, we can authoritatively point out that there was foul play . He did the right thing a normal person is expected to do and if I were him, I will go thru the same path .
Mustay:

See this:

If the professional certification was NOT a necessary requirement/standard for the post, no problem. Nonetheless, there is still a bias by the OP as he spent 30 minutes chatting and 5 minutes doing the actual work which is why it is better to avoid such situations - you won't treat them objectively because of your bias.

In such threads, I am not perturbed by those who (and this is not referring to you chiscodedon) insult you or tell you that "na baba God", "who professionalism epp", "u fit do am if na your bro?", "get rich or die poor" and the likes. Recently, someone's incident has shown us how even criminals will pose with exotic items generated from fraudulent income and still say "Baba God, u don do am for your boys".

What you are seeing here is a SOCIETY THAT HAS COME TO ACCEPT CORRUPTION AS NORMAL. Religion and other bases are just the manipulative thoughts to justify the wrong. Ironically, these people will blame politicians and leaders alike for favoring their lot while they cannot avoid what they condemn. Like they say, it is easy to throw stones when you are outside the glass house.

I am putting this out there so that some people (especially younger ones) are not misguided and really, I am not even moved or disturbed by differences in opinions - SAYING IT AS IT IS. He has given a context and provided basis for his decision. Imagine the other guys reading this and in their minds, like NL job seekers, they believe nothing works in Nigeria because they are qualified for certain jobs but are never picked as a result of favoritism.

We all have different moral codes and let yours guide you - to each his own. Good luck manson5011

I understand your point - 9 of 10 Nigerians are dishonest crooks... which is why the country does not work and perhaps never will. My advice to the 1 out of 10 Nigerians is to simply move out of the country. I did that and have never regretted it one bit.

ok thanks for the destructive commment . We are in Nigeria ,pls wake up, the OP took the best decission . Your point is a valid one but it is meant for the developed world. it doesnt work in the Nigerian setting . 9 out of 10 Nigerians will do what the OP has done and you think 1 out of 10 is significant enough to turn things around. we all know the ideal thing but this case is a special one and it is expected to treated in its own way.
TWoods:

This is senseless. If this was the OP's private business, where he is free to hire whoever he wants, then perhaps you might have a point. His employer entrusted him with a responsibility based on trust (Proverbs 22:29)... even the bible asks us to be faithful in that which is another's before we can expect to receive that which is ours (Luke 16:12).

The OP has no right to use another man's business as a way to show "gratitude" or grant "favor" to another. His story is the reason Nigeria is in a complete nosedive. What is worse is that we have learnt to couch our corruption in the name of "God".

There was this job vacancy in my place of work and 8 people did apply for it which they were to be interviewed yesterday.

By privilege as an Admin/Acct Officer I was authorized by my HR who was engaged in a crucial meeting to conduct the interview on his behalf so far I know what the company requires.

Lo and behold among them was my secondary school Teacher who did teaching practice (TP) when I was in SS1.

We were both shocked when we saw each other, looking at each other, I smiled and said Sir kindly have a seat.

We gist for 30mnts then I used 5mnts to ask him where he worked before now, that's all.

Meanwhile, I recommended him OK for the job and asked him to come and start work tomorrow.

It is good to live peacefully with all men as you may not know where your turning table will stop next.
The question is, was that a dishonesty for me to have picked him as there were 2 people who had professional certification ahead of him?
