Leadership is anything but simple. and Political Leadership is far filled with exotic complications and nuances that few mortals can comprehend let alone wear the mantle. GEJ is one of such mortals

A few (among many) gripes I have (and most can agree) with President (Former Acting President) Goodluck Ebele Jonathan Esq. are

1:Weak Political Loyalties: In spite of the acrimonious nature of his Political Ascendancy. (we remember the drama around this Political lout), GEJ continues to fail (irreversibly) at the issue of building strong Political Loyalties and Allegiances (either by Fear, Respect or Admiration) His approach of Appeasement and Reproach in dealing with our (unique) home-grown Socio-Religious and Ethic Political Eco-system is neither Strategic nor Tactical. It alienates him from his assumed Political Allies and most important, lowers his Political Credibility (barring he has none in other areas) among the People.

2: Lack of a Working Liver and a Dependable Spine: GEJ continues to demonstrate (effortlessly) that he lacks the Will and Purpose to derive the best Administrative Performance as the President of Africa's most Populous Nation. His hesitant mien and ultimately palpable stupidity. Past President OBJ was in a similar WEAK position coming from Prison to Presidency. He stood on a weak cane shouldered by a VP with solid Political base (ATK). not for long; OBJ parleyed with key Power-players while playing ethnic/religious sentiments to gain solid ground. His Leadership experience in the military was no doubt a factor. Like him or Loathe him, Baba Iyabo has the right Leadership Spine/Spirit (though short on vision and honesty) that GEJ lacks and direly needs since yesterday.
