garlic  ? one of the best herbs known to man....my mom trained me to always eat a clove of galic every morning before brushing my teeth, i never smelt a hospital then, but when i gained admission, after a month, come and see combo of malariotyphoid!!!!  garlic is very good, eat it, brush afterwards, the best mouthwash ever!!!!! 3 Likes 1 Share |

Toyin Akan: Firetrap, the truth is you have developed hypetension. High BP. My husband haf such a symptom years ago and we discovered when he got to see a doctor. Check your bp before its too late. There are medications you'll be given to lower it. Then you can as sleep soundly at night. I must add that you'll be having lots of headaches too while not sleepingyou may be right, but there are alot of causes of insomnia, the op needs to see a clinical psychologist with a geneal physician..... and some guyz are telling him to take salt, some are even telling him to drink, smoke weed and bleep..... na wa ooo!!!!! |

What abt N7ok, let me chip in some stuff..... if you love gaming, watching movies and TV online, etc then go for n3 or n7 cos of the screen size...... but if u just want to install loads and loads of educational apps, and u're also the chatting type, like me then go for q1 just like i did.....hope this helps 1 Like |

DAZ ALL!!!!! seriously, i use a Q1, and i'm seriously enjoying it, but i have about three friends that use N3 and its not giving them wahala..... maybe u should just compare the specs, and pick one. |

biggboy: pls rate d camera nd is it with flash?Both cameras (front and back) are very good, but the problem is the flash, its not too bright.... But if u take pics during the day, u'll love it!!! |

labodinho: ....Owk,with this course,wat kani specialise on,like wat courses can i ve for my mastersto me oooo, i'll advice u go for physiology, there are alot of specialties there, especially sports physiology, which is very lucrative course if u get to travel abroad...... cardio-pulmonary physiology and neuroendocrinology are also good places to specialize in...... all the best !!! |
