Also, you didn’t use fork to put holes on the pies. This is necessary to help steam escape and make the crust flaky and nice

What's not to love about Avocado, paired with Ijebu garri, sugar and honey roasted groundnut.
This would have been nice with Salt as well. I was caught up in a sweet tooth moment.
Heads up: Avocado is amazing with a sprinkle of salt on it.

The content of the dough is fish. I boiled fish with salt, pepper, seasoning and curry.
The fish was deboned and shredded by hands
I fried onions, some pepper and the fish alongside some spices till it turned brown…



Yes, I did

For the crust,
3 cups flour
200g cold margarine
Pinch of salt
1 egg
Cold water…add in bits till the dough comes together.

Mix flour together with salt and margarine
Work with your finger tips till it forms breadcrumb-like structure
Add in your egg and water (in bits, about 2/4 cups) till the dough comes together

I agree with you it might make it look appetizing, and i do understand that some people value food presentation, while i do appreciate that, I am all about the taste, not aesthetics. I would not just throw Veggies on a meal i am about to eat for the 'looks'. Different strokes for different folks.

Sometimes, the eggs pop out and stain all the inner side of the microwave, and sometimes they don't.
It's a 50/50 thingy.

And a drink to wash it down. Please I have never made food with eggs inside and left it overnight, abeg does it matter, I hope I can microwave it with the eggs when I want to.
Would appreciate any advice with regards to this.
