Thanks so much for the feedback. I have no idea where that oven dispenses heat from, but I would say top. Yes I used egg wash, but not too much. I sure will use a fork next time, cause there definitely will be a next time ![]() Thanks so much Akposy. Cheers Man. Akposy: |

Breakfast, was almost done when I felt like taking a shot ![]() What's not to love about Avocado, paired with Ijebu garri, sugar and honey roasted groundnut. This would have been nice with Salt as well. I was caught up in a sweet tooth moment. Heads up: Avocado is amazing with a sprinkle of salt on it.

@Akposy, I did try out the fish Pie, I love the end product. Thanks for sharing your recipe.

Thank you for the feedback @Akposy Just curious, I thought Baking powder would be an ingredient when baking. Please advice as it's just my thoughts and I stand to be corrected. Do have an amazing week ahead. Akposy: |
Was almost wondering when I took this picture, looks like my food corner ![]() Canada2021: |
This looks like something I love. Akposy please can you share the contents of your Dough. I am particularly interested in the outcome of the dough. It's perfect. Akposy: |
No strength for cooking...KFC chicken, no name bread , butter and Non alcoholic beer. I just like it for the fizzles.

Making Bobby Flay proud ![]() Now I know why he loves adding Bacon to his burgers.....

Thank God for the ability to try out a meal and not stool all day. Weldone to those who experiment with meals, I give up. |
I wish i had that. I hope to someday eat Banga with starch, I see pictures of it online, it looks like a 'mad' combo, hopefully I get lucky to try it soon. hahn: |
Banga soup made with processed banga paste.

I would be more than excited if I could have this meal right now, Yam and Stew.... Axmondthuglife: |
A quick fix...the wrap, chicken, carrots, cabbage, Mayo and my non stick pan.
|
Blake755 I had to eat some veggies today hope you did too. Cheers to a new week ahead guys.....

I agree with you it might make it look appetizing, and i do understand that some people value food presentation, while i do appreciate that, I am all about the taste, not aesthetics. I would not just throw Veggies on a meal i am about to eat for the 'looks'. Different strokes for different folks. Blake755: |
Veggies on Mac and Cheese, thanks for the suggestion, even though I am not quite sure how that would turn out for me. A sprinkle of bacon works sometimes, not sure I would want veggies on it though. Blake755: |
Looking to check the scale tomorrow. I trust I am doing well ![]()

Who would have thought I would be a Lover of Mac and Cheese someday....here we are ![]()

For whoever is looking for an opportunity with an Insurance Company. Never mind the French being an asset part. Also the part that requires 1 year experience is Insurance is not a challenge, so do not be discouraged. Shoot your shot even without the Insurance experience. Tips: Call Centre experience just might be an added advantage. https://phg.tbe.taleo.net/phg02/ats/careers/v2/viewRequisition?org=CUMIS&cws=38&rid=8604 |

It's a 50/50 thingy.[/quote] |
And a drink to wash it down. Please I have never made food with eggs inside and left it overnight, abeg does it matter, I hope I can microwave it with the eggs when I want to. Would appreciate any advice with regards to this.
