Did igbos really vote for Obasanjo as a Yoruba man in that election? My brother , check it, it was just all party politics bcs all SE states and most politicians then were under PDP, Obasanjo's party as against Olu-Falae, another Yoruba candidate who was yorubas choice in that election. Remember those were the two leading candidates in 1999. Igbos have always voted against the choice of the yorubas. Check the elections from 1960. The workers in Anambra State started becoming productive. All those redundant and unproductive methods of doing “work” became obsolete in the State. He brought in productiveness into the system. He also started using locally-sourced vendors from amongst the people to supply goods and services to the Government,, (and he never towed the line of giving such contracts to the same “cronies” within the Government which he might have brought in into the Government. He didn't even bring in his “cronies” in his Government to start with.)
For the first time in Anambra State, Local Contractors got contracts without paying any sort of kickbacks.

He was doing frequent audience phone-in programs on television and radio. People called to ask questions. And he answered all of them, or noted them..
Even recently, with the way he always made himself available to be questioned and interviewed by the mainstream media.., and his recent interaction with citizens on Zoom, it shows that we can always reach him. We have ways of getting him to answer our direct questions.

Forget all these jargons. Obi is Igbo project. Igbos see him as only opportunity to have naija presidency. You can't give what u don't have. This is the time for Tinubu to strategise and Shettima should be selfless here, if he wants Tinubu's candidacy. Hence Tinubu should pick Lalong to sweep the North Central votes as well as pick major votes from the South South. What would Tinubu with Muslim Muslim ticket tell the people of Plateau, Benue, Taraba and South South people? That's why these people are supporting Peter Obi.

Just like I have always said, the Fulani and the Hausa have no reason to betray Tinubu because Tinubu had previously supported Buhari but if they did, Tinubu would have some cushion with Lalong and if they don't, there's nothing wrong with having enough votes from the North Central and South South to make Tinubu win by land slides. It's better to be safe than to be sorry.

This is primary school analysis. Tinubu is a master strategist and has been winning election before u were born. The best Tinubu can present to stand a chance in Nigeria is his muslim-muslim. To win is another thing entirely dependent on so many other factors but to even stand a chance, it is what he has done. Even PDP knows this and that's why they are jiltery.
