It means you can enter schengen land ONLY once but you can go in/out within schengen land.

sample: Enter france, travel to Spain go back Franceand go Belgium> no problem:

Airport Police Command said it has arrested fake travel document racketeers who dupe travelers of huge sums of money.
Parading the suspects at the international wing of the Murtala Muhammed Airport, Lagos, Monday, Commissioner of Police, Mr Hashimu Argungun, told reporters that unsuspecting travelers had been duped of over N1, 927,300 by the scammers.
He said a two-man gang, Adetokunbo Adegbada and Rotimi Onyerongbe were arrested last week after collecting N996,000 and N335,500 respectively from one Mr Isiaka Afolabi, Mr Tolu Tejuosho and Gbenga Tejuosho, having promised to procure travel documents to London and Georgia for them.
The police boss said the suspected fraudsters eventually handed over fake travel documents and fake $1600 notes procured from Oluwole Street in Lagos, to the victims.
Hashimu said the Command, during the period, also smashed another syndicate involving one Bisayo Fisayo and his gang who were caught counterfeiting Afriquiyah Airlines travel tickets.
He said although Fisayo and others were presently at large, preliminary investigations had shown that the airline's staff members were involved in the criminal act, adding that seven fake Lagos-London tickets and two Lagos-Germany tickets via Tripoli, which passengers had successfully travelled with were linked to the group.
