Hello everyone...for POF, can I use the statements I downloaded from the bank app? Or must I go to the bank to pick up a stamped version?
This is more than enough.

Landing Gist!
Lagos-Cassabalanca- Montreal - Ottawa 18-01-2019

We decided to use this route because the Royal Air Maroc to Cassablanca was relatively cheap and we can also get to Ottawa in 2 hours by bus. The flight itinerary was:
Lagos to Cassablanca - 6:30 to 11am
Cassablanca to Montreal - 5pm to 7pm (Montreal time )

We took off at about 5.45pm and touched down Montreal at 7.45pm (Montreal Time). henceforth, it is PR Card or PR visa. We signed our COPR and uttered those nice and scintillating words “ Congratulations, you are now permanent residents of Canada. Welcome to Canada and have fun.” She didn’t take my sister’s address for the PR card but advised that I fill it online, I asked why and she said some people don’t have addresses when they land so they decided PRs should go to the cic site and do it themselves. They Customs/Agric asked again if we had foodstuff and I said No, but herbs and spices. He asked specifically if I had fish? I said yes, dried fish but nothing was searched.

Canada at last! This country will favour us.
congratulations to you and yours. Did you do your landing at Montreal as express entry PR or you got PR for Quebec? Thought one couldn't land there as a first PR. Please she'd more light on this.

I do not know how to continue.

WES says verification has been sent to my school - Unilag since 3 weeks ago but my contact there keeps saying it has not dropped.

What could be the issue? Who experienced and surpassed this hurdle?
I waited for 7 weeks for unilag to respond to WES despite several mails. Don't worry, it will be a testimony later.

Hello All,

Please can any one help with this info, apart from passport and birth certificate, what other document does a single mum who was never married to the child's father need to apply for EE with a child who is 16 years old ??
you need a court order stating expressly that your are the legal guardian of the child. This entails going to family court for same. Affidavit won't work out please.

Morning guys,

So, I have been thinking. I'm Post-MEP/BIL.

I used a savings account for my POF. Now, we all know they won't call the bank to check but they might raise an ADR for confirmation of funds if required.
Kindly note that this is wrong as any document for pof are sent to the banks for confirmation.

You enter each job separately and get reference letters for all of them. Please note that your primary NOC has to be for at least one year (continuous).
Thanks

Thanks a lot.

On the WES site, it says
--------------------------------------
The only credentials for which your bachelor’s degree documents are NOT required are the Master of Education, Master of Engineering, Master of Philosophy, and Master of Technology degrees.

---------------------------------

However, I have only an MSc and neither of the above mentioned masters. Looks like I will have to go through the gruelling task of going through FUT Minna. Ouch!
You don't need to, I repeat, you don't need to evaluate your bsc. I have mac and did not evaluate it.

Hi, everyone. From July 22 - August 20, I'm thinking of doing virtual pro-bono IELTS writing tutorials. It will be totally FREE.

You write, I give you feedback. Help you make sense of your thought process. You revise, you get more feedback. Then you write again. You will be doing a lot of writing during the period. One of the best ways to improve your writing is to learn by doing (writing).

Please note that I'm not going to perform any magic, I'm only going to help you rethink (and possibly unlearn) some of the things you know about writing and start writing the IELTS way. Everything will still come down to how much work you put in and how teachable you are.

I'm hoping to take on just 5 people. Again, it's totally free. Once we have five people who are interested, we can think of how to make it happen.

God bless.
Please I am highly interested. Thank you very much.

Good morning guys.
I'm a silent reader and I have an urgent question.
My question now is does it matter? Does all the work experience absolutely have to be under the same noc 0 or under the same noc A.
An urgent response will be highly appreciated.
It doesn't have to be under the same NOC as much as the paid work experience is either NOC 0,A or B. Just get reference letters for the jobs and attach either pay slips or account statements showing the inflow of salaries. #my2cents.

[quote author=ladymarshall post=79491019]To prove the child is yours: birth certificate (it contains the full name of the father and mother) is the principal document, others are DNA test, affidavit, pics etc as supporting docs (if necessary)

To be allowed to take the child to Canada without the father's consent is almost impossible. You need the father's approval as long as he is alive.

Thank you.

Good morning everyone. Congratulations to the ITA and PPR clinchers. Please I have a pressing question begging to be answered. I had a child outside wedlock but am married now. How can I prove that the child is mine without the input of the father for consent and passport as he is not involved in the child's life. I need suggestion on how to get a legal document for this. This is needed both for getting international passport for the child and for the express entry process.

Note: the child bears my maiden name.

Mbok seniors and lawyers in the house, kindly wade into this matter.

Thanks.

Congratulations to all ITA clinchers and PPR winners.
Please I am confused about claiming of number of years for work experience. Can I claim 3 different jobs to make up 3years or more? Can I claim NYSc and two other jobs? Must I get reference letters for the 3? Kindly put me through please. Thanks. All work experiences are in NOC 0, A and B.
