In a responsible society 2 things will happen
First a thorough investigation will be done to know what happens to the annual money budgeted for the health sector, how it was spend or embezzle and head must roll for the rot in the health sector
Secondly, there will be legislations by our law maker for the effective method of implementing and thorough monitoring.
Even there should be a legislation that will prohibit all government officials and his family from seeking medical care outside Nigeria except on exceptional cases.
All senators, member house of rep, member house of assembly, chairman and councilors and their families must seek medical care in government hospitals(not even private hospitals) from their various constituencies. Except on rare cases
All governors, their deputies, commissioners and permanent secretaries and their family must seek medical care in their state. Except on rare cases. With these i know our health care centres will be up and doing.

Mine is even bitter sweet experience, she's the girl I fell in love with when I least expected. She's supportive, caring and loving. At least that's what I thought for the first 2 out of our 4 years relationship. She's the most amazing girl that has ever cross my path. Until when she finished her NCE programme and started working in an hotel. She was expose to a different world and she started playing games with me. Cheated on me with a married man the first time, i forgave her (don't blame me I was madly in and love is truly blind), the second one was even more painful she dated someone I considered a junior friend and secretly did a mini introduction(but as God will have it the relationship did not last long as the guy turn out to be an opportunist and a scammer) . A year after that while I was still serving my father land she got an opportunity to travel to Oman to work as a maid and before she left asked her the status of our relationship, she said we are still good. On getting to Oman she search for who to trust with her money, she couldn't find anybody apart from me instead of her to come out clean that I should be her account manager, no she decide to continue her game plan. She always send money to my account and help her pay some bills here in Nigeria and she will give me 5k as per her lover wey I be. I never know until. intercepted a conversation telling her friend that she's only giving me 5k not because of the love she have for me but for me not to run away with her money. Long story cut short, she's back in the country told her I knew all what she did and I have forgiven her but I can never ever trust her anymore in my life.
Tho I have my fault to but my fault doesn't warrant any of her actions.

If you are really trying to broaden your skills and increase your online revenue, I swear you will be on fiverr, upwork and several other freelance threads right here on nairaland. If you are really determined, you can find people willing to teach you for free, some are even willing to raise money for a basic
laptop to get you started but instead you spend more time on romance threads where the OP is asking for girlfriend.
My advice to you is to browse freelance threads on nairaland, join facebook and whatsapp groups with like minds, take cheap classes on udemy and Lynda. I kid you not, I know several guys earning over N5,000,000 a year just on freelancing sites. You may start out making just 80k a month, but it gets better, it sure beats being dead broke.

Cont'd. Hw my busy schedule did not help matters,hw she taught my career and academic pursuit is important to me more than her.she said she accept his request (the new guy) after soo much pressure. she later call it quit with the new guy when she realised that the new guy is married with kids. she came back appologising that we should continue the way we started 2yrs ago i accepted her back but the trust is no more there.

@op u jst have to take heart,think it through and next time be wise not to trust anybody 100% especially ladies when u're in a distance relationship,always have it at the back of your mind that we're all human being.I was in this kind of situation 2months ago,my girlfriend of 2yrs+ taught me the true lesson of life when she woke me up from the dream of love to the reality of life when i realised that am not the only one dating my girl.everything was perfect until i need to further my studies 2yrs ago and distance set in. i alws bliv i'm lucky to have her when all of a sudden i received a message from her phone no warning me not to disturb her as she's in a serious relationship,i later found out that it is my rival (her new boyfriend) that use her phone(my girl's phone) to send d message, i confronted her nd she confess to me that she's been dating this guy cos m nt always available to meet her emotional needs,hw my abscence is complicating issue.
