Aregbe is a graduate of Mechanical Engineering from The Polytechnic Ibadan, that's correct.

He is not, however, a Corporate Member of the Nigerian Society of Engineers let alone a fellow. In fact, the Nigerian Society of Engineers were the reason he stopped calling himself an Engineer as they have warned him while he was Commissioner in Lagos to stop using the name, hence he adopted the title, Ogbeni.

He is also not a COREN registered engineer, we know ourselves. For clarity, contact NSE Osogbo Branch.

And finally, my borehole water pH is ok, i have tested it. But it tends to develop fowl smell when it stays in a tank for couple of days. Is it safe for fish farming?

Cant connect my hoses to the pvc pipes.
The flow rate from the borehole is very slow I am using a 0.75 hp submersible pump

I think it is the right move, this sachet water companies are making money with it, so it shouldn't hot them much, in my opinion this charge is a bit conservative, it should be higher for businesses and very low private users.
