I was born there but raised elsewhere in the continent...i have not been back in twelve years but i love the music (I saw my favourite song, Chuddy k's gaga crazy on your clog and it made me smile), the movies, the literature and some of the people...visit yes,but staying there permanently, uhm...yeah...me i like my water and electricity oh!
when we last went back i went to my dad's village village and I loved it!! So untouched by the busyness of city life...but I was not around long enough to go to the farm...

Then marriage and work. . .work. . .work. . . with family life in my twenties. . . was just the beginning of understanding myself. Dealing with the culture shock as an immigrant in the USA.
