There are indigenous Akwa Ibom around Akwatte area of Abia and there are indigenous Igbos in Akwa Ibom.

There is a town called Ibom in Arochukwu and it has indigenous Ibibios.

The fact you don't know doesn't mean they don't exist.

Its called migration bhro... There is a part in Oron that speaks efik, Predominantly, its called Idua... Ordinarily they are not ancestral to that place, but got there through trade, and the owners of the community are always coming to war, that they people there do not own the oil there... For your information, I know many igbo communities in Abia state like Arochukwu speak Igbo with heavy inflections and borrowings from cross rivers communities. There are several igbo communities in Abi LGA in rivers state, I know these communities first hand.
They have a mix culture of cross rivers and igbo and speak a dialect of igbo.

A lot of the communities even have "igbo" suffixed to their names.

Efere means soup in Ibibio but means Plate in igbo.

Every border the language there will try to take in both sides, but guy there are no part of akwa ibom speaking igbo language... I am not at odd with any tribe, but truth is if you dont set the record straight, folks will play the crooked record and fight to the death that it is straight.

Akwa ibom has 3 language, Ibibio, Annang and Oron... Okobo, Ekid, Ika, andoni etc are all dialects that mix these languages up. But there is no single trib in Akwa ibom dat speaks Igbo. But there are igbo speakers in all paet of Akwa Ibom as the migrate to do business ... But there are no indigenous tribes in Akwa ibom that Igbo is their language and there are no indigenous tribes in igbo land, that speak Ibibio.

We are at most very good neighbours... But we are brothers with Efik people of Cross Rivers, as we both understand each others language.

No one should try to twist the narrative... Dont make it seem as we are fighting each other, but don't also try to encroach and take over our space, we live and repect you guys and the difference in ourculture and tradition... We also hope for you guys to love and respect us for our differences and not try to use the social media to change the facts as they are.

Mmi ndo Atta atta ayen akwa abasi ibom, but nkor nvak usughu usung Oro, ntiene ndionghor ndi sem efik... I Used 3 languages here (Ibibio, Oron, and Efik) i am not good in annang but i understand it.. And any true akwa Ibomite will give credence to this... I hope on our Cross River brothers to come out and draw the line... The Op is smoking gum. Immediately i saw Igbo added to the list of language in akwa-ibom i stopped reading. For Abia state to share boundary with akwa-ibom which is the Annang part doesn't mean akwa-ibom people speak Igbo too as a language.

Unles the law states categorically that the person to whom immunity is bestowed cannot waive it, the duty will always be on the court to give interpretation as to whether a person can waive it or not... It is untill the law is changed to block that loophole, before we can all say that it is impossible
