I served in cross river obubra to be precised. I saw indigenous igbos in cross river and indigenous efik in ebonyi. Search for oforekpe in ebonyi state. Those are the little ones I know. And I was told they are many villages like that even across the river. Interior areas.

Akwa ibom state is a different state from cross river state... Check the title of the post...

eastern obolo speak a mix of akwa ibom and Igbo. and some part of ikot abasi speaks Igbo too.

Eastern Obolo speaks Andoni... Yes their language mixes ibibio and Igbo, same with, Ika, and border towns... But no state here speaks igbo as their main language non.

Go to the site, you will see that the local government area is called Ika, and their main language is called Ika as well.. For business to flow, the get to speak Igbo as the do business with Abia people... But go there and there are no towns there bearing igbo names... So what do you understand as indegenous dumb ass ?

Who is ignorant here, the OP started the Igbo is a major language in Akwa ibom and a check of the states website reveals that it is just a part sharing very close boundary with abia that speak igbo, though the main language there is IKA the name of the Local government area..

In Oron the people there speak Ibiobio and oron... But it does not make Ibibio indegenous to Oron..

Check out, there is no single community in ika that bears igbo name.. The languague there is Ika, but with the proximity to Abia, theyalso speak igbo... But no single ika man will tell u that he is igbo... I will plan an expedition to Ika community and record and interview and post here on nairaland

I know of Bayelsa where Igbo is indigenous like Abuetor, Osekwenike etc but I have heard of one community in Akwa Ibom in Ika local government though in minority. And in cross river, isobos are Igbos and proud one. You can follow their on Facebook page to verify. In Edo Igbanke are Igbo. Delta and Rivers are the only South South with Igbo as a major language. Other SS states just have few community and minority Igbo indigenous population.
