Count South South out of this,we are not Tribalistic. After the defeat of Jonathan till now. Do you still see online or offline the South South youths or elders persistently attacking other tribes politically? No

We are wiser and know our worth. So stop involving us in this Tribalistic sentimental permutations of 2023 elections.

Do you think it is by accident that the chairmen of the two major political parties are both South South.
Yes we are not yet there, but we're moving forward.

God bless South South.

God bless Nigeria!!!

Leave them, they dont know, Johnathan lost and we moved on, and we are scheeming, we know we will have a shot at it again before it goes East.

You guys need to play matured politics, dont put all your eggs in a basket, the South South is playing PDP and APC, the south west the same, the north the same, but the South east are just fixated on supporting any thing that the majority are against.. Come 2023 if PDP wins the south south wins, if APC wins, the south south wins... But go to the East if APC should win again, it will be another four years of lamentation and forcing of South south's name into anything they want to say.

We are indigenous people of niger delta.. IPND, We have our own identity and we can speak for ourselves

Lol at the the line saying you know more of South south, I'm not here to argue who knows more about SS. I just tell you how we reason here, accept us that way, this is not the first thread I've seen where people said ND is ashamed of tribe.
I've seen two And the both thread is created by Ibo boys. I just don't understand why you choose to insult us and also want us to be part of a visionless Biafra. Good luck though

that's the worst part of it all, the fact that they insult us, threat us like trash and yet, most often than not force us to join with them..

I have very good and amazing Igbo friends in my area, but the reasoning of some of them here, scares the hell out of me...

im from the ND region, I feel reluctant calling my tribe on NL here though sometimes I call it, it's not inferiority complex, we are just trained that way, we just felt we should identify ourselves wen it's serious otherwise we choose to be addressed by ND boys or ph boy or Bonny guy, proud Deltan etc

personally as an Akwa ibomite I usually did not blow my trumpet, not until folks laid claims to my territory, I had to come out and speak for our people...

Everyday people r passing through uyo to Calabar. I passed there on Easter Sunday to calabar. Soon will be travelling back to uyo. Won't fly but use the same road ur man ayade is manning.
Don't sit in ur enclave and see how pussy clean and smell nice, get close to the pussy so u can perceive the odour emanating from there.
Akwaibom isn't the only state that borders Cross River state. There is ebonyi, benue state, and the Cameroun. Have u heard him snap pictures at those borders?
Those who were attacking udom to lock down akwaibom are the ones wailing now cos the lock down isn't favouring them. Go and see something for yourself.
Audio factory u say........

Even if the drive a fool to the river, he will still argue it is a small body of water. Get up.

ayade try pass udom by far...

we don't even ever get to see our governor or hear of him.
our own theatric puts peoples life directly in danger, like the time we politicized the infected people record.
ayade did lock down calabar's borders on time... my friend came in from lag last Saturday, and according to him if u pay u can enter and go out, in calabar, shade is the one there, so be you who, you can't get in.

there is movement in calabar life is going on well, the nose mask they are producing can be seen on the streets.

in uyo, all the factory of udom are audio, you can't see even the much talked about toothpick... Ayade might be a comic relief, but a comic actor is better than a deadbeats actor

Guy thats not what the guy said... Go up there and read it again, he said that Akwa ibom means an extension of igbo...

Ibibio means branch of Igbo. Learn more about Aro people, Igbo and Ibibio history. You cannot differentiate between Ibibio and Igbo, they both look alike...one people, one blood. Igbos and Ibibio look nothing like Yorubas or Hausa-Fulani. Afonja, leave us alone!

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Aro_people

Fulani people feel that everywhere they see grass is their land, and igbo people here feel that Akwa Ibom state exist, solely as an extension of Igbo land...

So when ever they want to take over, akwa ibonites will vacate for them to take over their extension, same way fulani herdsmen are marauding trying to grab the green lands..

I dont know what to fear the most, the herds men, or our suposed landlords that we are ibhabiting their extension

Sorry bhroo, i have amazing friends that are igbo, they will just feel ashamed of threads like these... Funny enough people that are from Abia state know better than most people making noise here... Any igbo man that has been to akwa ibom state and stayed... Knows that we are different people...we just need to respect each other for our differences... Uts thibgs like these that make us imagine what that will become or us should we join biafra.. You guys will just overun us... Take over our land and then enforce your cultures and traditions on us to erase ours and nake us an igbo extension... Its what that akwa ibom people fear rhe most about the idea of biafra

There are minority Igbo villages in AKS.

The first thread said, igbo was a majir language in Akwa ibom, i created a thread to show that that was totally bull crap, as no part of akwa ibom speaks igbo as their indigenous language... Then y all came up with your desperations..

Who said Igbos are Ibibios?

What we are saying is as a result of state creation some Igbos community spilled over to Akwa Ibom the same way some Akwa Ibom community spilled over to Abia.

Igala land spilled over to Anambra when Anambra was created and they speak Igala. Does that make them Igbo?

Orrrrr mkpo..!!!

Finally ,no need for map.

Move Abia and her proximity away from Akwaibom maybe you can add Ekiti or ogun state there, then you can have peace.

As far there exist Ibibio speakers in Abia state, there also exist Igbo speakers in Akwaibom all in minority status.

Thank you.

In cross river, there are communities that the ibibio population is more greater than the efik population... But no akwa ibonite will ever dare say that we are indigenous, we k ow that we migrated there for farming, and no matter the fact that we physically are more around than our host, we never claim there... We know the land is not ours, they too know it.. We have outlr language, but I e speak the efik there... Does dat make ibibio the indigenous language of boki or okurikang ?

Thats the same situation here.
