I'm sorry o, just to clarify things , is it this 'Fela' broadway show produced by Jay Z and others you guys are talking about? http://www.felaonbroadway.com/ |
Quick question here: Can anyone give me an idea of how much it costs to hire a 40ft flatbed truck to carry goods from Lagos to Port harcourt. I just need an average price range, as well as how many days the journey takes. Note: I just need this for certain clarification purposes, I'm not looking to invest or anything. Thanks guys |

Something wrong with this whole story. I really don't see why 21 year old adult (with the posters support), can't leave her mums house and go sort herself out considering she's making £900 month. , and @ some other posters, there are loads of cleaning and security companies that will employ students visa holders, and give them as many hours as they like. |
Here it is again: advice on men by a woman. Not having a go at the poster, but its funny how in men's mgazines its a woman giving advice on pleasing women, and in women's magazines its also women giving advice on pleasing men , duhh Anyway, in the wise words of Dave Chapelle, there are only four ways to plese a man: "suck his dick, play with his balls, fix him some food and don't talk too much" |
, shakes his head as he wonders why anyone would want to marry a virgin |
dem go hear am oooo , no more playstation |
I really don't recall how I ended up in this section, but after looking at some of the images posted here, and after seeing websites like this: http://www.philippesalomon.com/, I wonder if you are all in the same profession, don't mean to offend, but still , |
for one, it stains my shirts |
@furacao , slight error there: 'it doesnt appear' , Jamaicans in the UK are VERY different from the ones in the US. The ones here in UK, 'gererally speaking' are a waste of space. Of course there will be exceptions. |
P.diddy is a show man , buying $300,000 cars for your kid, is pretty much in line with being a showman. Also, he's probaly grooming his kid to be a showman too, and thats all good as well. Further 'my super sweet sixteen' is all aout rich parents trying to outdo each other, so its all really no big deal. oh, and for some poster who a while back said that paris Hilton is talentless , you try being that famous for doing entirely nothing let me see. |
How come Akingbola is in the Uk in the first place? , I thought all the said bank chiefs were under arrest in Nigeria? |
is it me or is this guy beginning to look and talk like obj? |
, just curiosity |
Of course there'll be a mix, so I suppose youre talking about who has the higher percentage. Obviously this'll depend on whose sponsoring your wedding. If its the parents it only makes sense to respect their wishes. Then again, if you need to recover your wedding costs, then parents friends would be rather important. |
online , everything you need and more can be found free online. You really dont need to pay anyone for it , if you need help, let me know |
Just 1.2m each |
Still there , |
200,000K for 2 weeks? , during christmas? , after 5 years? , in ibo land? The only advantage you may have is that so many people will be coming back, so all eyes won't be on you. Then again, what I do know is that last time I popped into Nigeria (2 months ago), 8 of us sat down and drank up a bill of about 70,000k in some joint in Lekki. It was an expensive bar, but still , |

r , theres a lot more to it that that An 80,000 can only get you an entry level camera (canon 450/500/1000d). If you want reall quality photos, you should be thinking about getting a pro camera (canon 50d: £700, or 5d £1,800). Then again you have to buy lenses. Professional lenses start at about £700. A 50,000 naira laptop will definitely be extreemly slow handling processing with Adobe photoshop, so you may want to get a computer with about 3-4GB Ram. Studio lights: you'll probably need at least 3 Memory cards: loads light modifiers: different sizes of softboxes, umbrellas (if you want to go really creative: octaboxes, ring lights, strip lights etc). light stands tripods reflectors and diffusers backgrounds and background supports systems tetrabytes of external backup drives studio props: chris, stools, curtains etc Since your working from home, you may want to buy an externl power supply (expensive), unless you can shoot entirely with speedlights. just my tupence |

I really don't know why young guys should still be bringing up all them tribal hostilities, its about time we leave all that for our parents to (in Gods time), pass away with. Having said that; @okokomeji , i know you put in a lot of effort into your write up. I'm really not interested in verifying them, nor digging up what ibos have done. My simple answer to you is this: the Greek, Arabs, etc invented a whole load of stuff way back in history, does that now make them more advanced than, say the United States? or havent you heard the saying: "I get am before no be property" I really hope that you don't go around basking in some utopian belief that your superior to all ibos, cos as far as I'm concerned, an extreemly thin line stops me putting you in the same class with akigbemaru. Having said that , @akigbemaru , what you wrote earlier is simply one of the most ignorant things I have read on this forum. If thats what and how you really think, I'm actually shocked you have the ability to get yourself online. One could become dumber by simply listening to you. May God have mercy on your soul. |
