(yawn) You guys can't stop whining or complaining, can you? huh If someone does not agree with you, the first thing you do is to automatically label him as a hater. If that person turns round to return the same treatment to you, you start making unfounded allegations. Hate is a poison. Stop spreading it.

Just do a content analysis of all the posts that you and your fellow IPOB keyboard warriors have dished out on NL, against other Nigerians that do not hail from your region. You call them foul epithets, unleash toxic language in their direction, use hate speech on them, insult their forbears, call their nation a 'zoo' as you preach your peculiar brand of hate, and then turn round to claim other tribes are the ones that hate you for nothing. undecided

Godspikin:
Thank you sir!

We have been doing surface plumbing and wiring mostly before now. We are advancing and growing. There is a machine that that can allow us make hollow bricks for the plumbing and wiring sections... Which we soon hope to get.

However in the interim.... The white space close to the edge of dis building above is a duct for plumbing pipes.

For the wiring we can do conduit if you will have the interior plastered....
How we do it... There is a cutting machine used by tilers... It can be used to cut the bricks and seal it up with mortar before plastering, the pipes would before then had been passed through concrete works...
If on the other hand client wants to maintain a red brick interior (not plastered) we can only do surface wiring but neatly done with cable trunks.

For images of such on completed buildings, we are starting a project ending of next month or early April by God's grace... I will put the pictures of everything from scratch to finish here...
Hi Godspikin, this picture is a lovely one showing a well-constructed house made from laterite bricks, in my view. Please can you post pictures of the project you mentioned up here, so we can see how you did the duct for the plumbing pipes and conduit wiring? Thanks a lot! cheesy

Actually, both Osinbajo and Okowa were present at that event. So you are right. After the Urhobo monarchs walked out, Okowa had to go after them, and beg them to come back inside. cheesy

Governor Ifeanyi Okowa of Delta state has apologized to Urhobo monarchs for an incident that occurred during Vice President Yemi Osinabajo's visit to the state.

He tendered the apology during the celebration of the 100th birthday anniversary of HRM Ovie Richard Ogbon, the Ohworode of Olomu Kingdom in Ughelli south. The governor said: "I use this occasion to apologise once again to our traditional rulers for what happened during the visit of the vice president to our state, it was most unfortunate that it happened, no matter what, forgive the state and the nation.

“This is a day of joy in Delta state and in our country, Nigeria; I congratulate all of you for this special blessing which can only come from God - for a king who has a lot of burden to carry to live up to a hundred years is very rare to see.

Oh, Lekki-Epe Expressway which runs right through the stretch of the entire Lekki peninsula all the way to Epe, is not Lekki?? shocked In which geography book, or govt gazette did you get that one from?huh I guess to you, it must be Onitsha, not so? You need to get a refund from the school you attended. See how you are comparing apples with oranges, by comparing Lekki-Epe expressway with Lagos-Ibadan road. You are nothing but a toddler! Lekki is a city in Lagos State; located to the east of Lagos city. Lekki is a naturally formed peninsula, adjoining to its west Victoria Island and Ikoyi districts of Lagos, with the Atlantic Ocean to its south, Lagos Lagoon to the north, and Lekki Lagoon to its east; however, the city's southeast which ends at around the western edge of Refuge Island, adjoins the eastern part of Ibeju-Lekki LGA.

The city is still largely under construction; As of 2015, only phase 1 of the project has been completed, with phase 2 nearing completion. The peninsula is approximately 70 to 80 km long, with an average width of 10 km. Lekki currently houses several Estates, gated residential developments, agricultural farmlands, areas allocated for a Free Trade Zone, with an airport, and a sea port under construction. The proposed land use master plan for the Lekki envisages the Peninsula as a "Blue-Green Environment City", expected to accommodate well over 3.4 million residential population and an additional non-residential population of at least 1.9 million. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Lekki

2). Tell us exactly in black & white how much the federal govt has released as its contribution to the design and construction of the Lekki sea port since inception, or forever remain a liar, that you are!

3). Tell us clearly why the Lekki Seaport was given that name, and its' exact distance between LBS 'if it is not in Lekki,' like you are insinuating here.

@ariesbull, provide the answers nah. Why are you dodging??

You are the one peddling all kinds of claims on this thread. And you attached two links about LBS to your last post which ended up, showing clearly that you are good at manufacturing lies. The info in those links shows that you shot yourself in the foot!

University Campuses
Pan-Atlantic University currently operates two campuses. The Main Campus is in Ibeju-Lekki (located at km 52, LekkiEpe Expressway). The Lekki Campus is located near Ajah (at Km 22, Lekki-Epe Expressway)

Main Campus
The main campus of the University occupies a 100 hectare piece of land area located in Ibeju-Lekki. In this campus can be found the University Administration, the School of Media and Communication, the School of Management and Social Sciences and the Institute of Humanities - an academic service unit of the University.

Lekki Campus
This campus which has an area of 10 hectares is located at Km 22, Lekki-Epe Expressway, Ajah, Lagos. This campus is the site of the Lagos Business School and the Enterprise Development Centre. http://www.pau.edu.ng/wp-content/uploads/2015/08/Annual_Report_2015_16.pdf
Can you see where LBS and Pan-African University campuses are located? Yet, in one of your earlier posts, you were claiming that Lagos Business School is not Lekki.

According to you, in your kindergarten wisdom 'Lekki stops at Tipper Garage,'. So why would LBS name its campus - the Lekki Campus - when it is located after Ajah? Now that this excerpt from their annual report makes it clear both PAU and LBS are in Lekki peninsula, please tell us how far LBS is from Lekki seaport. Don't delay. cheesy

Who told you officially that Lekki ends at Tipper Garage??! shocked Was it a govt gazette or what? Chai! You can lie, o! undecided

You think only Phase 1, Itedo, Ikate Elegushi, Agungi, Osapa London, Chevron & Alpha beach falls under Lekki?/ So Abraham Adesanya Estate, Lekki Phase II Estate, Graceland Estate, Lekki Gardens as well as all the areas I mentioned before, are not part of Lekki? huh

Lekki stops at 2nd toll gate, my foot! Go and tell the residents of Ikota, Mega Chicken, Victoria Garden City (VGC) that their houses are not part of Lekki. Anuofia! sad Now it is obvious that you are one of those squatters that only visit lekki side, once in a while. For you to know Tipper Garage, I guess it must be your main bus stop where you catch Okadas & Danfo.

All the areas in Lekki that I mentioned in my last post, where are they located? On the moon? huh I have lived & worked in Lekki for over 12 years, and I know the whole stretch like the back of my hand. The article you posted about Lagos Business School (LBS) shows that you just want to digress. LBS is right on the Lekki-Epe expressway after Abraham Adesanya estate, so what fake story are you trying to plant here? The permanent site of Pan-Africa University which is the main campus of LBS, is located much further down the same road at Ibeju-Lekki.

God has exposed you today. Oya, if you know you are not a liar, didn't I ask you before: "How far is the Lekki seaport from Lagos Business School (LBS)?" Why are you still finding it so difficult to provide the answer? shocked
