You can source snail from markets or farmers at bargain prices since you will be buying in bulk, just hire one or two workers who will be doing the cleaning and washing of the snails, then package them in an attractive for either with sealable nylon packs or plastic packs.

Distribute to eateries, hotels, supermarkets, even to friends and neighbors.
