Hello ROMACELANDER is been a while I posted here.

So this dude has been disturbing me since 2018 and I refuse to show him interest and even to consider his request. He didn't give up, he kept disturbing me like am the only lady in this planet earth and I was irritated by all this. He kills my battery with his call every blessed day, but i won't still take his calls, I kept treating him like a piece of trash.

At times he will buy stuffs for me and bring them to my house and I will shout at him and will reject them. I don't know why I was treating him like his not human being.

AVOID crowded places as much as possible. The virus will spread very easily in buses, markets, clubs, and anywhere too many people gather.

Please just avoid it.

IF you do NOT have a hand sanitiser,
Wash your hands ALWAYS at these times:

Before/after cooking and eating,
Before/after using the toilet,
Before/after touching animals,
Before/after touching a sick person,
Before/after sneezing or coughing.

Incase it is hard to wash your hands always,

Get a personal hand sanitiser.
DO NOT SHARE WITH ANYONE.

Use it after you use the toilet,
Use it before/after you cook/eat,
Use it after you sneeze/cough,
Use it after you touch any public surfaces like door knobs, office tables etc

When you sneeze,
Do NOT use a handkerchief.

Because it’s better and safer for both of you not to come in close contact especially if this virus turned out to start spreading.

As much as you can,

Please keep open your windows at home or work, letting the air out.

The virus cannot hang around in a well-ventilated space.

Don’t shut all your windows and keep your house/work space all choked out.
That’s NOT good for you.

At home, remove all the towels from your bathrooms and kitchen immediately, and replace them with clean towels that have the names of each family member on them.

Tell everybody to only use their own towels and never touch another family member’s. Wash all towels twice a week.

Always sun-dry your towels and clothes after washing it.

Wet/damp towels provide the perfect environment for viruses, like common colds, flus, and, also coronaviruses.

So please wash your towels twice a week. Sundry them and NEVER share towels, underwear or anything personal.

The evidence on facemasks is controversial. Many people don’t recommend routine use outdoors EXCEPT you wear a new one everyday.

If you choose to wear facemasks,
NEVER wear the same one for more than a day.

It is not recommended indoors-
Except you have a sick person at home.
At work/school,
Be careful of door handles.
Wash your hands AFTER touching any door handle.

Be careful with stairway handles, desktops, cell phones, toys, laptops, office tables and any objects that are hand-held.

Please stick to your own personal objects, you will be fine.

In case you need to pick up someone else’s cell phone, laptop, cooking tools or use someone else’s computer keyboard, NEVER touch your face/eyes/nose/mouth and ALWAYS wash your hands immediately after touching any object that belongs to someone else or that you share with them.

At home or at work,
Do NOT share spoons, plates or cups with anyone if you can.

And if you have to,
Wash those things thoroughly before you use it. NEVER drink anything from the same cup as anyone else.

Cook your own foods.
Maintain the highest possible standards of hygiene.
