You must be deluded if you think that everybody who has money in Nigeria somehow stole it. A professor of law, senior partner of a reputable law firm, former commissioner of justice and attorney general of Lagos state, renowned pastor of the Redeemed Christian Church of God and now Vice President of the Federal Republic of Nigeria and all they could steal from his account was 8 million naira. That says a lot.
only 8million.am very angry with him. He should be punished. When lasted did we hear that somebody that stole in billions was punished, non. Only millions. The guy enter one chance, I'm for still more.

Pay no heed to the naysayers.

Buhari and co want to turn Nigeria to a one party state.
He keeps dealing his arm of vindictiveness and divisiveness.
Those who wish to call him out are either muzzled or bullied out.

hypocrisy at its highest peak. Turn Nigeria into what!!!!! Go and check out what Obasanjo did to the opposition when he entered. He coerced and gave chairman of opposition party a ministerial appointment and one by one forced all other AD governors to join PDP. What do u think brought the much talked about allocation withdrawal of lagos allocation. Because Tinubu created local government without his endorsement. We re tired of PDP both in south or East. Apc can take the whole country it is not a new thing. PDP laid precedent long ago.

Gone are the days when Nigerian army were the envy of nations. When the most educated tribe on earth was crushed within months by this great army. Now that acumen and war strategies are all gone. We now rely on Benin o! Cameroun for our military duties. Hopes are dissipating and south African are hired to desecrate the sovereignty of our soil... Good bye Nigeria.... Welcome the new Nigeria.. . In as much as I am an ardent supporter of APC and the slayer of Brother Jonathan, Rotimi Amechi. your choice of words here is quite uncalled for and is really abusive of the tenets of brotherliness. PDP, win or loose depends on whose strategy and campaign the electorate buys. Believe it or not, stand Wike and Dakaku, Wike will take the day. However, due to the works of Amechi and perhaps the federal might, unlikely to come to play, APC MAY win narrowly. And as it stands now, Wike is the current governor of River State. This election is Amechi APC Vs Nyesome Wike.... GOD willing Wike will loose to avenge the death of the innocent citizens of Rivers murdered on the goose chasing day called election.

PoliticsI Remain In Charge In Richmond Rivers..... Nyesome Wike by lawflec(op): 11:55pm On Oct 24, 2015
Rivers State Governor, Nyesom
Wike, has declared that he
remains the governor of the oil-
rich state, despite the conspiracy
of the ruling party and the
election tribunal in Abuja.
Governor Wike made the
declaration today, while
addresing a crowd of party
supporters at the Port Harcourt
International Airport, Omagwa.
The governor who was
accompanied by his deputy,
Ipalibo Banigo, and other high
ranking party officials of the
Peoples Democratic Party, said his
legal training did not allow him
criticize the ruling of a judge,
saying that the verdict given by
the tribunal was not God’s ruling.
“By my training I am not
supposed to criticize any Judge for
his opinions, but I have to say
that the tribunal has given its
verdict, but we know by the
special grace of God, it is not
God’s verdict,” he said.
He declared that nobody could
steal the mandate of Rivers people
no matter how they gang up
against him and his supporters.
His words: “Let me tell you that
despite all the gang ups in Abuja
against Rivers State, we must
protect the interest of our state. If
they like let them use all the
powers they have, but their
powers can never be superior to
God’s power. I want to urge you
all to be calm and peaceful
because I am still the Governor of
Rivers State.”
Mr. Wike said his team of lawyers
would appeal the judgement of
the tribunal on Monday, after
which he would go to the
Supreme court if need be.
He said: “We believe that we have
a good case. I have never seen
where a lower court will over rule
the verdict of a higher court. In
Lagos state PDP went to court
with the governorship candidat http://www.premiumtimesng.com/regional/south-south-regional/192103-i-remain-in-charge-in-rivers-nyesom-wike.html

PoliticsPresidency Denies Buhari Is Shy Around Women by lawflec(op): 11:50am On Oct 24, 2015
The Nigerian presidency has
released the statement below
disowning an official who
reportedly said President
Muhammadu Buhari is shy
around women.
Read full statement by Femi Adesina,
the Special Adviser to the President
on Media and Publicity, below.
“The claim that President
Muhammadu Buhari is shy
around women, purportedly
made by one Gideon Samani
yesterday and published by a
national newspaper today is
totally fallacious.
“The subsequent attribution of the
supposedly “low number” of
female ministerial nominees to
President Buhari’s alleged shyness
around women is therefore
baseless and a figment of the
imagination of the said Mr.
Samani, who was falsely
described as the “Senior Special
Assistant (Political Matters) to the
President.
“The assertion by the alleged
Presidential Aide that President
Buhari is “very shy dealing with
the opposite sex” because “he has
been interacting mostly with
men,” was received by the
President with shock and
consternation.
“For one thing, there is no Senior
Special Assistant, Political Matters,
in the office of the President for
now and Mr. Samani who was
said to have spoken as the
Representative of the Secretary to
the Government of the Federation
at a public function yesterday, is
not an aide of the President.
“Mr Samani is certainly not an
official spokesman of the
President. Therefore, he could not
have spoken on behalf of
President Buhari, who is the
President of all Nigerians, men
and women alike.
“President Buhari has a wife,
many daughters and female
relatives whom he loves dearly.
He also had a mother that he
adored. How then could he be shy
in the company of women, to the point of
allegedly not appointing them into public
offices, on account of not being comfortable in
their company?
“Nigerian women can be assured that the
President holds them in the highest esteem
and will always give them due consideration
in the discharge of his official responsibilities.
“The statements attributed to Mr Samani are
untrue and unauthorized. They should
therefore be disregarded.” http://www.premiumtimesng.com/news/top-news/191964-presidency-denies-buhari-is-shy-around-women-disowns-officials-who-reportedly-said-so.html

CrimeRe: Man Bites Prostitute's Breast Over Pay In Ibadan by lawflec(m): 7:57pm On Oct 23, 2015

Is prostitution legal?, is the brothel a licensed one?, so over to you legal bench citing this two questions what yardstick did the presiding magistrate use in reaching judgment? But maybe he bit the olosho's breasts cos she didn't deliver on promise of full option sex during the browsing..
I think he was charged for assault. However, if the man was charged to court to pay for the services rendered to him by the prostitute the law would not have aided him because the contra is immoral and ex turpi causa oritur non actio.. But the law will not allow a man get away with murder merely because the victim is a criminal. The issue of the brothel is a different thing all together.

1) United States ($18.4 trillion) In recent years, the US has supported other governments in aid and war efforts. It has spent plenty of money to combat global terrorism. It has taken many steps to ensure national security. It continues to come up with welfare schemes for the people. All this has resulted in a huge debt for the US. As on today, the gross federal debt is about $18,471,090,985,000. This is as per the United States Department of the Treasury reports. This number does not include state and local debt. It does not include the so called unfunded liabilities of entitlement programs like social security and Medicare.
