what I'm passing thru now is my stomach is always full with a little food or water.. I don't have appetite at all. I can go a day without food and I'll be okay.. I've been facing dis 3 weeks ago and I've been going thru series of test. I suspect kidney because I've been passing little and reddish urine but my kidney test says I'm okay and dey said I should take at least 3litres water a day and I think it has improve though not to my satisfaction. I did urinalysis and they found typhoid which I've been treated after 2days admission in the hospital. I also did stool test, only blood was found, and I've no pains while passing stool or urinating, but the major problem now is that my stomach is heavy. I can't eat much, I only eat because I think my body needs it. and I've been losing weight now and I'm kinda fed-up. I also request for ultrasound which says my kidney and liver are okay. I'm fed-up. please what drug can u prescribe for me.. I've spent all my money and I've gone broke that's why I want to consult the doc in the house.. please help a bro because I'm in pain and anxiety. I don't want to lose my life now.

Hello everyone please someone should give me a solution, ever since I came back from school (ASUU Strike) my body has been itching me, first it was my butt with some rashes, then later my Penis with rashes too, I went to complain to a chemist he gave me drugs that reduced the itch for a while, honestly I can't even sleep at night. Is there something I can rub on the affected parts?

It all started on Friday while I was using the toilet. When I urinated, I felt this stinging feeling in my penis. I wrote it off as nothing though because I had been holding the piss for a long time.

For 2 days now, I have been feeling a light burning sensation in my penis. This afternoon, I just said let me have a look and I noticed a discharge. At first I thought it was pre-cum. I cleaned it and it still came back. The more I clean it, the more it comes back

I really don't know how I got it because I have been celibate for about 6 months. What drugs can I use to get rid of it?

This is such a bad way to end the year. I'm tired.

A friend of mine has had to live on Ceftrixone or Cephalosporin daily injections for about two years now because she is asthmatic and has difficulty breathing.

Now her veins hurt badly from the many shots she has had to take and an urgent solution is required.

I am of the belief that there should be drug alternatives to these injections, at least something she can swallow instead of the shots. So, I need counsel.

What drugs can replace these two injections and under what conditions do they work? Also, what is their cost?

This is my 16yr old cousin's leg.. It started about 2yrs like a small hard mass and gradually escalated to this hollow painful whitish sore.. It also oozes fluid. Hello everyone.
Please this my ailment started December last year. I started having pain in my urethral and painful urination. I walked down to the pharmacy and I got ciprotab 500mg. Completed the dose but no effect.
Then decided to go to the hospital. I was told to do urethral swab and urine culture plus blood analysis. I did all these tests but no infection was found. But the doctor still prescribed some drugs and injections. Completed these but no result still.
I have gone to several laboratory and hospitals after to test myself again but all the results were OK. No infection.
I decided to go to a new laboratory this week. Did a whole lot of tests again, and the result came out that I have moderate growth of E. Coli in my urine sample.
Please, will like to know your suggestion as to the antibiotics to take to combat this effectively.
The symptoms I am facing now are now very severe and they include.
Painful urinating
Pain in the urethra
Pain in the lower abdomen
Discharge from the penis while stooling
Burning sensation around the right rib.
Please advice me on what to do as regards this new laboratory result.

Please help a friend, I've been having frequent headache. I went to the hospital and after running a test, the result came out to be typhoid and malaria which I have treated but the frequent headache hasn't stopped. What else can I do ? I work 8hrs(3:30 - 11:30pm) everyday except when I'm off and sometimes it slows my operation anytime I'm on duty.

I have no intent of wasting your time so I'll go straight to the point. last week Thursday 20th, After i had used the toilet, while trying to flush, I noticed the toilet water had turned red. there had been serious bleeding from my anus. after flushing and dressing myself. about 30 minutes after, my trousers had soaked (unknown to me) with blood and my anus has stuck our. any strain on the muscle gives me so much pain. I went straight to clinic. i was given 3 injections, and some drugs including one I am to insert inside the anus. I've been on medication since then. however, there has been no notable improvement. although the bleeding has stopped, the anus is still out and very painful.
some peeps already advised I take local herb. I have used it before and now is reoccurring. I need a lasting solution. Doctors in the house please. please.

I have been living with this issue for more than 6 years now. I have this pimples like spot on my penis (at the top of my shaft that is called the granular). I have used all kinds of skin infection treatment creams like Funbact A,Nixoderm tube and all the herbal ones that are sold in plastics.

Please be aware that its not affecting me in anyway like itching me or affecting my sexual performance,I am just hating the sight of it.
And I think I know the cause which was when I was much younger and naive I used to rub my penis on the toilet seat ignorantly. So I will like solutions to come from this area of thought. Thanks

Today, I googled some stuffs and I saw Herpes Simplex Virus (HSV) as being related to witlow. I decided to see a doctor and explain the symptoms, he prescribed an anti viral drug which I have started using. I also conducted another HIV test (Negative).
Although I'm thinking of going for an HSV test too.



The main issue now I read this night that the HSV virus can be caught orally, I could remember that my sister's 1.5 year old daughter I bit some fruits for her last week.. she has became sick and she's yet to recover and this morning I also shared unwashed utencil with my sister (the mother) when she came visiting. I'm just scared I haven't infected her with the virus lest her husband start having thought of her infidelity and if I had infected her daughter too.

What do I do please, I'm confused?

There is this terrible back ache/pain that lies at the back central part of the chest. It moves from left to right behind( back of the chest)and radiates to the arms and neck.
Test shows H-pylori negative and an x- ray of the spine( 4 different positions) have been done awaiting result.

Hello nairalanders, I have been having cavity issues. I have had a rct and one filling. I still went for a filling last month. I suddenly noticed new cavities forming by the sides of my molars accompanied with pain. I have been practicing good oral hygiene by brushing twice daily and abstaining from sugary things. And I still don't understand why I keep getting cavities.
