However, it can reflect level of experience and how long you've possibly spent doing the business. Your level of experience also determines your reflexes in adapting to fast changing business conditions. When did you finish secondary school, when did you finish post-secondary school (if you attended), when did you start this your trucking business, how many years of experience do you have in it/ All of these are a funtion of your age. If anything happens to a multi-million naira truck while in your care, what recourse will the owner possibly receive from you at 22? You don't just wake up one morning and start asking people to put multi-million naira trucks in your care. Thats why I stated that you need to be more convincing by detailing your experince to give people confidence, its nothing personal. |

So you are basically trying to sell 1800m2 land in NewHaven for N30m. It wont happen. Thats why that property has been on the market for ages. |

Can anybody recomend a good and knowledgeable Service Technician/Mechanic for Lincoln Navigator in Abuja and Lagos to me. Also I need a good sound technician who can change my car audio/video system in the same Licoln Navigator. My Navigator is 2006 Model. There's nothing wrong with it, I just brought it into Naija 2weeks ago. But I need to Know a good service person for regular maintanance - oil change (with authentic oil for this suv), brake inspection (pads etc., given Nigerian traffic condition). The sound system issue is just my personal preference, I want something specific and unique. Thanks for your help guys. |

Answer is simple; Bad nutrition (Mostly Carbs and fried food daily) + not much of physical activity besides 'Kabuki dance'. Some of them can drink 6 bottles (those big ones) of beer in one joint, and then complain that the beer in that joint is not cold enough that you people should go to another joint where their beer is colder. |

Instead of all these cheezy, sleazy, juvenile 'pick-up lines', why not just walk up to a girl, compliment her on whatever it is that attracted you to her in the first place, be polite and confident, and ask her out, or at least her phone nmbr. Most girls who're worth it will already know if they want to give you a chance or not (some women have unequaled perception in this area, trust me). Just be yourself, be confident and direct. Pick-up lines are played out, and most gals won't fall for it, infact it turns them off. |

@hailolive My guy, it appears that for whatever reason, all your cars are usually overpriced and you are the only one that mostly visit your ad treads for the same reason. Don't get me wrong, you can price your cars at any price you wish, but when your prices are consistently much higher than other sellers of similar cars then something is wrong. Also, know this, most people on this tread have access to www.cars.com etc., they also know shipping cost from USA, clearing cost and $ xchng rates. And they can add and subtract. These people are more than happy to pay a price that allows you the seller to make a reasonably fare profit but they don't want to be taken advantage of either. As I said, you can price your cars as you like but if you want to actually sell your cars, you might want to review the size of your appetite for profit. |
