I'd say we start with 1 (one), get it running perfectly well, understudy it, correct or improve on any hickups, then we add one more, based on lessons learned from the first one. We can continue this way, until we get to 4 (four). In so doing, we'll perfect the operation and service delivery to world class standard. Then again, maybe this is not how Nigeria works. |
