I definitely do not have issues with the date it was stamped or whether the contents were correct, my issue was with the manner in which they hurriedly put that together just a day after he was challenged. Whereas, the challenge itself, was for NASS to publish its budget utilization. He can only fool himself that there is no profligacy in NASS with the payslip he published. shaydeenamz: even me I haven't collected my payslip for over a year n if I want it the acct officer will gather em all n stamp dem wic will probably carry the date I went for it.as for his monthly pay I can say much cos we have FOI u can verify |

Unfortunately for you boss, in principle, you cannot put the blame of non conviction at the door steps of Judiciary. The owner of a case has to prove his/her case BEYOND REASONABLE DOUBTS. If a judge was present when someone was murdered, he cannot give judgements on the basis of what he/she saw happened, a prosecutor/plaintiff still has to present proofs before anyone could be nailed. The Justice system (not Judiciary only) is what is riddled with corruption, in order words the prosecutor could have been compromised too and deliberately present a weak case. Remember Ngilari arranged bail after conviction, using Prison officials. deomello: It doesn't matter what evidence you have, you have no case before the corrupt Nigerian judiciary.
Stop blaming the efcc for the Nigerian crooked and corrupt judiciary. |

Smooyis: I quite share your feelings as a Nigerian. My position is not to support the atrocities they use their position to commit to the detriment of our people. I just wanted everyone to realize and talk in away not to disparage the truth. Even if our enemies speak the truth, we should be mature to take it that way. Truth is constant my brother. But coming from someone who does not live by it is another thing. The point am making is that we should recognize truth when we see one. Sometimes God can use a sinner to do his work just for a moment, if you understand what I mean. More worrisome!! What was the truth? That he said God brought disease to the people because of their sins? Oga sir/madam, the actual truth was that we did not prepare for Meningitis "Type C" and secondly, when it came we did not do anything about it. The laziest excuse of course was to lay the blame on God's footsteps. See, if you live in a mosquito infested area and you do not have mosquito net, chances are that mosquitoes will keep biting you, keep passing malaria parasites into your system and you will keep having malaria. If you do not get proper medical attention, it can kill you. Now this is irrespective of whether you serve God well or not. I can imagine someone coming to ask people of such area to get closer to God if they don't want to die again. Karl Marx was right. |

The same governor that has an ambulance, standby doctors and medics in his convoy? The same governor that has Police, DSS as security details around him? Why doesn't he just get close to God for his health and security assurances? Why does he have to spend our resources to achieve that? Oh I forgot he's a governor. You will never see anything wrong in the original statement and the defense, so long as you cannot see farther than the extent you currently see. If people who do not serve God don't have a right to proper living, the logic then follows that people who serve God should always have proper living right? How come the worship places are always filled up, but the roads leading there are in bad shape and they have to use generator to run their services. They do not worship God? Smooyis: What has he said that made him stupid. You people call him stupid simply because he mentioned God as a governor. Rather its we who have no deep reasoning that are more stupid. I see nothing wrong with what the Governor has said. The lasting antidote to pains, sickness and crisis is for everyone to genuinely move closer to God. |

One was sad, now one is more sad. It is the height of the lowest form of reasoning, to try to defend a presumably false statement with another blunder. Ladies and gentlemen, this is the quality of the leadership we have, we put them in position of authority to use our resources to take care of us, but they squander the resources and ask us to go to "Allah" for the resolution of our problems. So a disease that has been researched and known is now brought on the people by "Allah" as punishment for not being close to Him? Can somebody tell the mofo that over 300 lives have been lost to this already? And that there is a vaccine in place, that he only needs to buy. I don't know, I don't know.... We did not think it was a problem, because phones were telephones and not multimedia gadgets. Transiting from use of box phones (landlines) was enough excitement to cope with. NaijalovesU: My very first phone bought for me by my dad and it had a camera so I have not really experienced what it means not to have one. But I have heard different stories of those that used old phones like Motorola and 3310 back then. Most recently I have been a able to continue with my Camera life with with the help of Infinix, the Infinix Hot S especially helps me take better pics for my gram, In fact from their Hot note and Hot 3 to their Zero series I have always loved their products. So I was surprised when I saw someone’s tweet complaining about his camera. With phones like Infinix, I believe the whole camera cry is over and gone. So tell me, what is your experience with a non-camera phone like? |

Still similar elements of religious coloration, would it not have sounded nicer if it read "Elders stopped it because you'd be killing your fellow human beings". How is it important if in the midst of a problem, I am seeing Muslims, Christians, Budhist etc? If Islam forbids killing of fellow Muslims, does it not also forbid killing of fellow human beings, if it doesn't, then there is a flaw that needs correction. Candidly, I think it is a low form of reasoning to base actions on what a person's religion is. Dangote and Femi Otedola will do business, sign agreements without considering religion but some drivers (as an example) who work for them, will select who to greet well and who not to greet well based on religious practice. WORDWORLD: My Dear brother, i am so glad you hit the nail on its head. "BUT MUSLIM ELDERS FORBADE IT BECAUSE YOU'LL BE KILLING YOUR MUSLIM BROTHERS AND CAUTIONED THEM."
Thank you so much for this clarification may Allah bless you. I need not say too much any more. My main point is this the more we keep using terminologies like Yoruba Muslims, Hausa Muslims.................. this kind of coloration only weakens the bond of brotherhood. Such proclamation is nothing but call to ja'ahilyyah because shaitan have always used that pride in tribe to set us against one another while what we all should be striving for is PIETY and OBEDIENCE to the LORD OF THE WORLDS.
Allah says: "O mankind! We have created you from male and female and have made you into nations and tribes, that you may know one another. INDEED THE MOST NOBLEST OF YOU WITH ALLAH IS THE ONE WHO HAS TAQWAA(Piety and obeys Allah). Suratul Hujuraat 49:13
And our beloved Prophet did warn us too.
"Indeed there is no excellence for an Arab over a Non-Arab, nor a Non-Arab over an Arab, nor a White person over Black person nor Black over a white person except through TAQWAA. (Peity and Obedience to Allah).
The use of this invented TERMINOLOGY which qualifies a Muslim by his tribe and not Righteousness is causing alot of problems most especially when there is this sense of pride in tribe.
Thank you once again. May Allah bless you and those elders who forbade such attrocite.
Even if it were against Non-Muslims its still going to be wrong to act violently . WE ALL NEED TO LEARN TO STOP PUTTING LAWS IN OUR HANDS. |

blank: I think you are the one who is on the outside. CBN does not select staff for AGM positions but will only confirm staff presented by the bank for those positions as long as you meet certain criteria such as years of experience, etc. I was mild in the way i presented the story. The bank has offered him AGM pending CBN confirmation and he is considering it.
There are people that have spent 10 years in the bank and are only second level whilst some have spent less than that and have moved to higher levels. It's God's favour, hard work and keying into the 'in thing'. I was almost letting you know that you did not read until I saw the part in bold above, which agrees with my position. On the basis that you agreed you gave scanty information, I defer to you. Anyone will agree however that Banking pre-2009 is different from banking post-2009 as regards fast paced career progression. |
Career › Re: Banking Career Progression And When To Quit by leighcon(m): 1:47pm On Mar 07, 2017 |
You are definitely on the outside. Giving AGM position is not even the prerogative of the Bank itself, it is a level that requires approval of Central Bank of Nigeria. I am not saying this is untrue, but there are more facts you probably do not know of. blank: I know someone who got promoted to a Manager in one year and left to another bank same year for the next level. He is now in talks with his old bank to return and he has said that the only thing that will make him return is the next level i.e AGM and they are considering it. All these is taking place in 2 years. FYI, he is not in marketing. You just have to know which area is shining, be a performer and join the winning team. |

Your likes were given to you by people as ignorant as yourself. Insurance is a pool system, it is not your own premium (N5k) that they will spend to fix the car, the repair cost is taken from the pool where there have been other contributors. What it covers is subject to the terms and conditions stated in your policy. joinnow: I dont think it cover anything oooo Just paper so police can not arrest u for driving without one.
Think about it what will 5k cover na Panel beater, broken light or what |
Car Talk › Re: Third Party Insurance. What Does It Cover? by leighcon(m): 1:37pm On Feb 15, 2017 |
Simply call your insurance company to state this and let us hear what they have to say. By the way, why would a 2017 vehicle not have a comprehensive cover in place? The ideal thing is your insurers would both meet to negotiate the handling of the loss. The vehicle could have been wrongly parked you know. sniperwolf: It covers for all damage done to a 3rd party. I was involved in an accident on the 1st of August, 2016 at Sagbama Junction Bayelsa.
My car developed a mechanical problem and I lost control of it and it ran into a mechanical workshop destroying 3 vehicles and the mechanic's tools.
The vehicle owners were at my neck while I was in the hospital, when I recovered I reluctantly went through my car documents and decided to call the number found on the Insurance Certificate (KBL Insurance, subsidiary of Keystone Bank).
I was surprised with the feedback, I was asked by the insurance representative to breakdown the cost of repair for each vehicle. I did so it was amounting to about N520,000. Another representative was sent from perhaps their head office to assess the claim and they offered about N400,000. I was really surprised because I wasn't expecting anything from it.
My car was badly damaged and I sold it off there at the accident scene. They were worried because it wasn't a comprehensive cover because they would have replaced my car.
Guys insurance is working if it's genuine. |
Car Talk › Re: Third Party Insurance. What Does It Cover? by leighcon(m): 1:34pm On Feb 15, 2017 |
You do not admit anything, you let your insurance company take care of agreements. Your cover may be void if you sign such agreements. LordVoldemort: Normally a 2017 Ford should have a comprehensive insurance. How can someone not have a insurance on that expensive car in lagos. Anyway incase he as insurance just give him ur 3rd party insurance certificate and sign an undertaking that you are the one responsible for the accident.
His insurance company will pay for his repair and collect it back from your insurance company. |

Lies, people benefit from genuine 3rd Party Cover insurance. Ignorance is too bad for us. The original is N5k maximum, yet people still go do a fake for N3k HAH: One of the biggest fraud in the Nigeria insurance sector is the third party insurance, they collect billions for free and do nothing in reurn, this most probably made people not to pursue it but op can open our eyes to see if they pay, in my about 20 years of driving I have not heard of anyone paid by third party insurance, it only use for me is for police, FRSC and ViO, comprehensive insurance I have seen many benefit from but not third party |

Did he own a Private jet,The Nation Newspaper,TVC and Radio Continental during his Nadeco days? No, candidly and I have not been able to come up with his ventures as at then. The thing is legal or illegal, they had covert ventures. The guys running TVC and Radio Continental today were the same guys that ran Radio Kudirat for him from far away Norway. Why did'nt you put up the same defence for Ibori,Alameishegha,Igbenideion and Saraki? Since these ones are only stealing and stealing, this is the reason you cannot trace ventures to them except shell businesses. The wealth won't multiply itself, it will fizzle out some day. The companies Awolowo corruptly started back then are still living till today. The gist is that we feed the Awo family each time we buy a bottle of Cocacola products. Was'nt Saraki a finance guy and smart as well, did'nt he have astute business skills. Saraki (Father and Son) are medical doctors, the best stint Olubukola had with finance was as an ED (Non-functional I bet you) with Societe General and that was straight from school kind of position. So in addition to having a private jet you are now telling us he has an Airline. I even omitted that part, but it is public knowledge he owns First Nation Airlines through his front Odukoya former MD of Bellview Airlines. Odukoya is running it for him, he is not a front. This is Tinubu's pattern with all his businesses, he puts a professional to run the business and doesn't interfere in management. |

Not a fan of Jagaban, enough corrupt enrichment, but again on the flip side, without hating, dude is a finance guy who is smart. I won't rule out the place of bank finances and astute business skills.
He was one of the financial backbone of NADECO those days. He didn't steal government money then, did he? He has businesses that are thriving including an airline, if all he was doing was stealing, he won't have successful businesses. |
