Sometimes my mind drifts back to those silly things some elderly ones told us why we were still growing up. Now I know how stupid and ignorant such people have been for inculcating so much rubbish in our young and open minds!!! Below are some of them:

I bet you, before God go play everybody video clip wey dey stay for my area finish, e go tire sef Now I know that idea is pure crap! I just wonder what means the videos would be played DVD or VCD? If it is DVD, then what make? Would it be Samsung or Sony? Or maybe, a projector with a good use of Microsoft Powerpoint

2. That Hell is underground and heaven is located in the sky. The fact: heaven and hell have much to do with the mindset. Heaven can only be found in the heart of a man; so also is hell! some ignorant people even went as far as telling us that if the ground is dug deep, cries of people under torture in hell would be heard Nansense! If you dig the ground very deep, na water and more water u go see.

3. That there is a big book called 'book of life' and another one called 'book of death'. God would look at the books to see if your name is in the first one or the second one. If your name is on the first, he sends you to heaven and to hell if your name is in the second one! Trash!!! If God is omnipotent, omniscient and omnipresent as we are told, would it not be possible for God to know where one is going to without opening any book?

4. That there is a very thin bridge between heaven and hell. One would be in heaven and see those in hell and vice versa. Rubbish! I need a photograph to verify this; not a photo shopped pic

It pains me that some adults still believe these trash till today and they end up selling these to the kids! Young minds being deceived...my sympathy!

Let me just chip in this: religion whatsoever is man made. And its usually based on the beliefs of a given tribe or group of people headed by a 'spiritual master or leader' about how God is,how God ought to be and how God should be. Political leaders have use religion over centuries to promote their crusades and tribal superiority. Evidence from the Roman empire,the Arabs,British,Indians and chinese. Unfortunately Africans were left out because of inferiority complex that's has been submerging this race 1000s of yrs ago. the real sense is that there is one supreme Diety(creator) or supreme God which is neither male nor female and you can worship IT in anyway u want or deem fit. Most people who practice their do so because they were born into the family or it fits into their ideology about God. Just like we have diff languages and tribes,religion should be seen as that.

Like they say beauty will fade,her big yansh will shrink,her pointed boobs will slack but her attitude and intelligence last forever. hmm! Evil spirit is a term for negative entities, they aren't 'spirit', people term them that name because u can't see dem with d physical eyes unless they want u to. They are beings(souls) that work for the kal force in a more higher consciousness,these entities can be Divas,angels,demi-gods and elementals,etc, they exists in different regions or heavens. In these lower heavens beings exist in two dimensions: positive and negative,male and female,high and low because of the existence of the kal(devil)force. So that's why we have both postive and negative entities which people term as good or evil spirit. This entities are souls too,they once exist as either(human,animal or higher or lower body). Example: sango or ogun or osun(using my immediate environment example) was once a human being soon they translated and evolve into a demi-god which people are worshiping them till date, and they respond to their need. Imagine if their were in hell how will they be helping their followers till now. Achieving this stage of spirituality doesn't relate to ur religion. People who were able to achieve some level of spirituality will come and start what will call religion.

Hmm! Really u have no evidence for this make up story! Let me just put this to you though am NOT an atheist. Atheist though they don't believe in God but they are one of the few people in this world that are closer to God. They live in responsibility consciousness and not victim consciousness,that is the main attribute God want a soul(us) to exhibit. Though they live within the laws(spiritual&physical) but they are not enslave by it,religion in a form is infringing on people's right it just depends on the degree. Freedom and responsibility is the through nature of God and soul as part of God has this in his consciousness. E.g God has the freedom to destroy this universe and create another one and nobody will question God,but IT decided not to do it(responsibility). God doesn't care about your religion,race,language,culture or belief etc all this are man made(physical) creations and groups, the only religion that was institutionalize by God is DIVINE LOVE,without it even if u ar a bishop or sultan you can't see God!

But just want you to knw this: there are billions of soul(breath of God) that exist in various forms(man,animals,plants,demi-gods,gods,entities,any living being), the soul lives forever because its directly from GOD,a part of GOD(that is why we are called sons,daughters and slaves of GOD depending on ur religion) and they exist in different places and levels with different consciousness but there is ONLY ONE SPIRIT. The spirit create all souls,it is a FORCE,a force use by the supreme God to create all heavens,planets, IT connect all living beings. The spirit is the voice of God, it expresses ITSELF through light(eg sun) or sound(eg.wind,thunder). Some religion know it as holy spirit(Christianity),word,ECK(ECKankar),pavitr Atma(hindu), faithful spirit(islam),sangha(Buddhism) and some call it 'mother nature'. It doesn't matter which name u call it but main it is to know it is the LIFE FORCE(use by Supreme God) that create and sustain all no matter which body form you are, it is the VOICE OF GOD. That's is why when u are dead doesn't mean all it finish,u simply translate to another form of existence according to ur akashic record.
