guassian: Why dont you want us to know the University you are? Are you not proud of the fact that you are selected among thousands of applicant. Anyway...
there are series of tutorials here on nairaland and other websites. just type the word "Microcontroller", you will get many topics and threads that talks about what you are looking for. one of them is the series that I did on microcontroller and embedded systems which u can start here https://www.nairaland.com/2174624/embedded-systems-future-electronics-computer Thank You very much bro... Its not that i am not proud of my University... And the name is LAUTECH. I have gone through the tutorial you provided through the thread, infact that was the first time i heard the word 'embedded systems' and since then i have been looking for where i can start with basics....from the beginning. If i can get maybe a PDF file that teaches the concept from scratch, i'll be glad. Thanks Bro. |

lekinsone: May God bless their hussle. I just pity most of them because after passing through this condition for 4yrs or thereabout, they will either be under employed or no employment @ all.
Noting differentiates a mechanical engineer from a road side mechanic. Some will even prefer to trust a road mechanic to a graduate from that field.
It is easy to learn computer repairs and become a pro in it than a computer engineer student.
For those looking for cheap cost of building a house, u can put everything from drawing of plan to construction works to an uneducated contractor.
U can now learn how to dispense drugs in the pharmacy without even seeing the four walls of a university.
I wish that a day will come when graduates will be paid according to their standard. Good morning friends...
Do u care to reduce your tummy and cut down on excessive fat from your body, click the link below
https://www.nairaland.com/2499520/good-news-now-get-rid Computer Engineering isnt all about 'how too repair computer', its far more than that.... Pls, erase that mentality outta your mind. |

no_of_employees = 3 k = 1 hourly_pay = float(raw_input()) while k <= no_of_employees: print "Employee", k hours = int(raw_input()) if hours <= 40: gross_pay = hours * hourly_pay else: overtime = hours - 40 overtime_pay = overtime * 1.5 * hourly_pay gross_pay = overtime_pay + (40*hourly_pay) print gross_pay
I hope this helps. Though the sad news is that it is written in Python so like the guy up there said, rewrite it in Java. WoW....thanks Bro. You Rocks. I have some questions... -I dont know the use of the 'k' and why it appears in the print statement. -and i dont understand where you use 1.5 in the variable overtime_pay. Thank You. |
Programming › Please Solve This Java Problem. by lekropasky(op): 12:39pm On Aug 20, 2015 |
Develop a Java application that determines the Gross pay for each of three employees. The company pays straight time for the first 40hours worked by each employee and time and a half for all hours worked in excess of 40hours. You're given a list of the employees, their number of hours worked last week and their hourly rates. Your program should input this information for each employee. Then determine and display the employee"s gross pay. Use class scanner to input the data.
Goodluck. |

Let me ask. What do you want to do with it? To edit text/code, am sure you can type out alphabets, maybe you just dont know how to write symbols like <>HTML</> opening and closing tags, curly braces and all that... To do that, just tap/click/press and slide upward/downward depending on THe symbol you trying to write.
I hope you get my explanation. |
