then drop at Aladiye, then walk to Shipeolu (this time you are not crossing to the other side of the road).

from cele mile 2 take a bus to either oshodi or if u can get yaba palmgrove from cele mile 2..alight at Onipanu and cross the bridge to the other side..take a bike to your location.. the post office is at shipeolu street if I am not wrong...

From Ago get to Cele, from Cele get to Oshodi,then board Yaba-Palm grove-Onipanu bus, however if you can see Yaba-Palm grove-Onipanu bus from Cele the better, tell the conductor you will alight at Aladiye. Then cross to the other side of the road and locate Shipeolu street(or ask around where the post office is); but if the conductor says he won't drop at Aladiye, alight at ONipanu and cross to the other side of the road and locate the Post Office.

This might help others that might want the info too. This is one of the different steps that I use to contact agents.

Start a new order(any order at all) and go all the way to the checkout process , but "don't pay"

Then go to the online service and type "live chat" or "customer service"

You'd be asked to ask your question before being redirected. Select "Payment"

Select that particular order that you initiated from the pop up.

From there, they would give an automated answer and ask if it was helpful. Answer is no so give it a thumbs down (dislike)

If, you aren't redirected immediately, redo the "payment" thing.

It honestly doesn't take up to two minutes when I do it. I might have missed some steps but that's the gist of the stuff.

There's currently no way to "bypass" it. Unless you use multiple cards, as the seller can split the payment.

Regardless of that, I would advise against ordering for a phone on AliExpress right now.

Just wait. It hasn't left china. If it's in Nigeria you'll see arrived at destination. Avoid tracking your package EVERYDAY to stay healthy.

For the location of orders, it's really not in the hands of AliExpress. Even if it's 4px. If it's showing despatched to overseas postal admin then they've don their part I think. It's left to destination country.
About contacting them on live chat, just type "live chat" and they'd tell you to ask your question before going ahead. Choose an order on the card that pops up and continue. After Eva answrs, if she doesn't redirect you to an agent, repeat with an unpaid order and this time choose "payment" when you are asked to ask question.

Alright. I think you'd get yours soon though. I opened dispute on the 21st morning , I received a message like yours but mine was to wait for 4 days. Is it the same day you opened yours?

This morning by past 12am, I contacted support on live chat to tell them that I haven't gotten a reasonse after waiting and this morning by 7 they sent the valid judgement.

I'm still going to follow up this phone matter just like I would have if I lost dispute. It's not making sense. Yesterday another order that I made on the 17th of July updated to arrived at destination. That's almost a month after the phone order of 19th of June. The phone cannot just disappear like that. It's odd.
In the thread valentinoo created, a guy that seemed like he works somewhere related to nipost(with the way he was trying to clear their name) gave some reasons why we aren't getting orders. Thinking of trying what he said. I'm going to have to try and contact the post master.
They say the man is nice enough to help out with bad situations. If that doesn't work I'd have to file for missing item at the head office like the guy suggested.
I'd need to gather some screenshots and necessary evidence. I have a national ID card cos they'd need that like he said.

Those prices can be very much negotiated. If you're in lagos then you're in luck. A lot of them were locations in lagos.

I don't know about that. If it wasn't shipped back to country of origin I don't think this applies. Ali isn't responsible for what happens in that situation. They've stated it. Check screenshot below. It's written when a dispute is opened
