I did called one of the number you provided and surprisingly I was told that my order which I made 27th of May has arrived Benin post office since 17th August by the NIPOST customer rep. The same order was last updated July 7(Despatched to OverSeas Postal Admin (From SG/SIN to NG/LOS).
I have been to NIPOST today and I was amazed to see the huge sacs of bags arriving but unfortunately I was told to check back on a later date for my item.
That's nice. It was definitely better than waiting for the online tracking to update. Hope you get it soon.

You've said it all! Those guys are very tricky and dishonest. A couple of years ago, I ordered a pair of chinos trousers from a store. Meanwhile, I had spoken with the sales rep, a lady, before placing the order, telling her my trouser measurements( length, waist and so on). After that, she advised me to chose the one with some centimeters above my normal waist, giving me reasons for that. I did as she instructed and made payment. The order arrived and turned out wider on my waist and needed adjustment to be usable. I was not happy with that, and so decided to contact the store to register my annoyance for advising me wrongly.The lady started pleading. She told me not to worry, that in my next order, they would give me special discounts. She gave me a particular message to quote on my next order page, noting that the message would serve as a reminder for the defect in the last order. About 2 months after, I placed another order for different colour of the same chinos trousers. After payment, I quoted the exact message as instructed. In about 10 minutes after successful payment, I got another message from aliexpress that "the order is closed". On investigation, I descoverd that the seller intentionally closed the order on sighting the message. That was how they got away with it due to inexperience on my part, because I should have opened dispute ASAP and used the necessary evidence at my disposal against them. Now I know better.
It's all part of the risk we take when shopping online. It's to learn from our mistakes cry
Normally i don't even shop for clothes online cos of that size issue.

Guys, please do well to refund sellers provided you get your items in future. Those sellers are really trying for us. Mine was too customer friendly mhen.

I just wake up and check my email as usual, i say AliExpress mail.

I attached 3 tracking pages showing that my parcel have not arrive my country. And give a concise detail of what happened between me and the seller (telling me that i should open dispute after 90days)

Ordered: 5th June, shipped d same day.
Dispatched: 25th June
Logistics company: 4px and Singapore post

Hi.
I was chatting with a AliExpress live agent and making inquiry about my order that took 100+days. She says that the order took long time and ask if I want to open dispute.............. the app just freeze i dont know whether its a network or is from my phone. When the app resumes working i realized that the cc agent opened dispute on my behalf and BP remains 4days.

It's not whether it is "Free shipping" or not that determines if it will be trackable or not. It's for the reasons given above. You can have a 120 USD or even 450 USD item with logistics as free shipping on AESS, CPRAM, CPSP, SingPost, DHL, EMS or even FedEx. They will all be trackable.

That's because our NIPOST is too lazy. They refused to update these items after receiving them. I won't be surprise if it takes another two months before getting to you.

I think that arrival update was done by the shipping company. Since most of us always complain that we have not received our items. They decided to start doing the arrival at destination country themselves. That's the best way to let us know our items are already in our country. Nipost that is supposed to continue the update are still enjoying corona holiday.


Our country surprises me a lot. Bars have opened since. Nobody is taking this covid 19 seriously anymore. We only wear mask here in lagos when we want to enter transport and its not for protection, na so we go hear word. And they have already started carrying normal number of passengers.
Covid 19 didn't hit us hard, but country shut down. Why?

Follow up the dispute with the link they provided sha. I made mistake once in the past. Didn't know i had to check the proposals on the dispute page. I was just waiting. Next thing i saw that dispute was closed. Had to contact support again.

So I eventually got a reply from the nonsense seller claiming that post office has lost the item. 1 day in transit item o that has not even left China sef abi shey na China my post office dey ni? So if I had not queried the tracking info or I had not even birthered to tack the item, that's how the useless seller woulda kept quiet while purchase protection runs out and he will get paid for services not rendered.

@Emily22 @Hayqiu010 you see what I'm saying about some sellers' mischief in claiming they've sent items when it becomes apparent they will not be able to meet the shipping deadline.

Annoying part is that the guy is still asking "May I help you?" after my first message has explained in detail the nonsense he'd done. Feigning stupid ignorance. These Chinese can scam heh.

AliExpress sellers are VERY DISHONEST
All that friendly crap they pull is for ratings
I've already made up my mind to give the guy i opened dispute for, one star and put the screenshot of him acting like he doesn't know how to refund me, saying " dear friend, if you have a complaint please contact AliExpress"

Yeah. People here said it before but i was sure of it when i opened my own dispute.
I was chatting with their customer service and when they opened it for me, almost immediately, that invalid judgement message came.
I've gotten an email that my refund is processing. Still waiting for alert though.

A dispute was ruled in my favour today by Aliexpress and I'm looking forward to my refund. This is in respect of a phone I ordered in April, 2020 but the seller delayed shipping for 44days. I had decided not to cancel the order then simply because of the attractive coupons attached to it. That said, 90 days after shipping, the order refused to come. Meanwhile, I had chatted the seller 5 days to the expiration of BP, soliciting for extension but he refused, telling me that "it cannot be extended. Don't worry, I will continue to help you track the order"(who knows whether he didn't ship it eventually? ).I didn't say anything further. A minute to the end of BP period, I screenshot the page, did the same on the order tracking page. I quickly visited 17track and also did a screenshot of the tracking. Without wasting time, I open depute and uploaded the information. That was around 8.10am on Monday morning, thinking that it would take aliexpress like 2 days to reply me. Surprisingly, at about 9am( about an hour later), I received an email showing 'invalid' judgement on the order. They told me that the final judgment would take place on the 14th of September. "What should I do to win this dispute?", I said to myself. Alright! I decided to upload more evidence on the dispute page: did a screenshot of my conversation with the seller and uploaded it. I also screenshot the order info on 3 other sites and uploaded as well. That was on Wednesday, and guess what I saw this morning? It's an email from aliexpress, ruling the judgement in my favour. They did not even wait till the stipulated date. Though I would have preferred the phone, I'm glad I'm not losing from both sides.
I'm glad you got your refund. That first invalid judgement was an automated message. They would have reviewed it later on. But it's nice that you still uploaded more info. AliExpress considers the eagerness of the buyer when they're checking this dispute thing.

Meanwhile in the same breath, I got a weired update of an item. This was around a week after seller claimed to have shipped it and gave me the tracking number.

This is a first. Anyone knows what the "shipment cancelled" may imply.

Meanwhile I have checked out the order info and AE still considers the order as valid and the logistics is still ongoing.
Contact the seller and see what he has to say.
Check another tracking site and see what it says.
It's looking like the order won't arrive anymore
