And a farm Manager is receiving 40k for both poultry, Ruminants and 7hectares of maize where you virtually work with few workers like a normal workers because they lack the skill . it's so hurtful .

Coming from the physiology angle,how was the flowering as at last year .Possibly your cashew tress had enough flower last year which invariably affected this year flower production .Check out for pest,diseases ( especially( Anthracose).

Profitability depends on your target .Maize is a 2 season crop. For instance you targeting selling fresh maize ,so suppose to have planted now to follow the early flush of maize and make good sales .
But planting for the grains is more profitable .imagine having like 20 hundred kg bags of dry maize now .
