damm, I didn't think of that. I filled that column recently and the mail is also recent.. The msg is particularly annoying, makes me feel desperate and perverted.

I did some transactions in an mtn office and was wickedly overcharged, when it came to my knowledge, I called their customer care and I was told to go back there and ask for the regional manager and lay my complaints. Well I didn't because it is more like a. Nigerian mentality in letting a sleeping dog lie. Because we don't have people fighting for us, we tend to let things be the way they are. Check out things happening in Nigeria and tell me how many we have protested against,we sit tight and take it all.
Well, all hope ain't lost, that's what this topic is letting us know, since the ogas at the top have failed, that doesn't mean we should fall our selves too. Thanks RR.

Nigerians pay so much in banking charges and the banks rake in Zillions but get a crappy service and no one cares. The problem is all the banks offer the same service so there is no incentive for them to do better.

I was in a bank the other day and a customer was complaining loudly that the system was down yet once again. I couldn't believe it when the banker turned round and told the man to calm down and doesn't his phone network provider have issues sometimes

Banks should better start spreading the love around . . . nonsense. >
