MadManTalking: Seun! This topic is misleading. Why can't we live in peace? Look at how the poor herdsman is sitting quietly and watching his cattle graze beside the school field. The pupils seem quite thrilled and happy to see the cattle graze. I can't see any cattle inside the classrooms. The teachers seemed to be going about their teaching business without an iota of disturbance.
I know that these Igbos hate Buhari and anything that he stands for but posting such a frivolous article with the aim to incite, heat up and cause disaffection between law-abiding citizens like herdsmen and their host communities leaves much to be desired.
A fulani herdsman has the right to pursue their legitimate means of livelihood just the same way these Igbos hawk in every space available in Lagos. They hawk from potatoe chips to ropes (selling ropes to people in traffic considering the condition of Nigeria; imagine someone contemplating suicide while driving home and a Igbo hawking ropes in traffic will knock on his car and tell him ''oga! buy rope'').
CattleBrainManTalking, when "Igbos" hawk they do it on public highways, the same you can find on Broadway in NYC, or on Chants Ellizé in Paris. They don't stray into your backyard with their wares. Neither do they wreck or consume your investments or livelihood, nor rape nor slash the throats of your kith and kin in your home states. Go on defending evil, when it all falls apart, you too will have no hiding place
I voted for this President, and support his commitment to ridding this country of corruption. But, sometimes even your best person can let you down. And in this instance, this "coordinating" thing cannot be seen as anything but mischief. What was wrong with the "act on my behalf" term he used in the first letter? Sad that Buhari would yield to this backward and perverse mentality of the people surrounding him. What exactly are people struggling for? Sectional dominance? To what end, and for how long. Only good governance will bring about peace, progress and equity for ALL.
Wait a minute, is this not the same guy that was arraigned on corruption charges with his son, and he showed in a wheelchair Nigeria can not survive another yam-eating president o!
TippyTop: A new administration would reveal the enormous fraud currently going on at the presidency.
Buhari is on course to break Abacha's record on looting. The real reason Buhari wanted to be oil minister would eventually be exposed. The $2.5bil he kept in Midlands Bank UK in 1985 would be child's play.
There's a reason Abacha made Buhari his oil chairman.
You're choking on you're hatred for Buhari.
So you're saying Buhari has exhausted the $2.5b he kept in Midland bank in 1985, that's why he came back in 2015 to take more? Yet he suspended his SGF, and insists on retaining corrupt people slayer Magu at the helm of EFCC? Do you have any recorded reference to the $2.5n, or any other fraud against the man till date?
You know hatred not only makes you sad and sick, it makes you utterly stupid too. But, thank God we still enough good and right thinking people to support Buhari, and give this country hope of survival.
DeRuggedProf: Rubbish. Old cargoes ranting rubbish. An opportunity to appear nationalistic and carry an air of importance and knowledge. As far as I am concerned, NIA is a waste of resources as an establishment. These organizations are crucial in developed nations but NOT in 9TH WORLD nations where even provision of drinking water to citizens by simply sinking a borehole is ROCKET SCIENCE even to THE PRESIDENCY... . Does a NAKED man have anything he is claiming to be hidings? If the north korean retard wants, he will even kidnap our president this night and Lai will tell you tomorrow that he went on a visit to that nation... Nigeria has nothing to hide and nothing to discover about other nations and also nothing to spend secret funds on... We know the purpose of such bodies.. KWARAPTION..
I agree with you 200%.
Thank you very much for that viewpoint. I was just wondering what external national security interests Akinyemi might be alluding to, that we would be allocating hundreds of millions of dollars to
Adeoba10: Scientifically koh, Casio ni.... Na africa science.....
Africa nor get science. Only obdurately stupid morons who believe in maguns, odeshi, money rituals and witches and wizards. The rest of the world has moved on away from those mundane primitive myths, but no, not us. We're the dark continent. Yet, no one has thought of using our "science" to get us an edge in the comity of nations. Why can't we win international sporting events at will, with our "chams", or deflect disease epidemics with "odeshi", or even send a flock of witches to go haul some bulk forex from USA Treasury? Eh? Why not? African science for mouth?
The only thing special here is our (your) idiocy. Somebody will go an murder an innocent soul just to cut off their head dk, or some other part to take to a babalawo to make him rich. You look at the babalawo, he is retched and hungry, yet you still believe he can make you rich. You still have to give him money to live on. If anyone has any such power, in reality, to create free money for himself or another person, such a person would immediately be on a world stage. Only morons would believe otherwise.
Some families feud among themselves perpetually over mutual suspicions of witchcraft and spooks. Yet none would admit that they are a witch or wizard. It's always the other party that is. Let me even be bold enough to say here that, were there in fact stuff like witchcraft or real magic in existence, it would not be we Africans possessing it. Because we are too mentally lazy to be rewarded with such. We only know how to believe, take for granted or resign. The rest of the world knows this, that's why they're so scornful when they hear us making this noise.
I rate Forte and OandO high, but My experience is that even the best stations don't maintain all the pumps at same standard. One or two pumps are good, while the rest are rigged, in the same station.
So, when the PPMC people (who are also rigged) come to inspect, in full public view, they take them to the known good pump(s) and they just go through the motions.
If you fill a standard 25-litre jerry can, and the pump reads more than 28 litres, the pump is rigged. If it reads over 30 litres, you're fvcked deep. Don't listen to the "expansion with use" bullcrap It's a rigged fvcked up system everywhere you look. God save Nigeria
mexxmoney: RIP!!!!! But I hope you were not among the looters during your time in power or one angel go just blow whistle give Baba God and your case go be sorry. In the absence of any whistle blowable offence, you are covered. RIP again
He was one the worst kind of yam eaters. Sad he escaped justice on earth (corruption cases still pending in courts). Callous and ruthless glutton. Rih
I wish to share this important write-up someone shared with me on social medium.

"IT IS ABOUT YOU".
Hey people, let me speak to you directly.
The anti-corruption war is not about Buhari. It is not about anyone 50 years and above. It is about you, 40 years and below. And you are in the majority right now in Nigeria. It is about your future and that of your kids. It is about your happiness, prospects, welfare, employment opportunities, pride and honor.
Do you know how old President Buhari is? If you don't, let me help you. PMB is 75 years. With God's blessing of long life, he gets another 25 years at most but you have many more years ahead of you.
Buhari, shouldn't be leading the war against corruption, you should. Buhari's generation, got the best out of Nigeria. They had free education, scholarships and guess what? Jobs and cars waiting for them on graduation. You left school five years ago, you still can't find a job. You thought more degrees would give you an advantage and so you struggled to do your post-graduate but still no jobs. You're the one who should be leading the war on corruption not Buhari who in the real sense, has no more stake beyond leaving a country better than he met it.
Now, instead of you to join PMB in his modest efforts to fight corruption no matter how imperfect it is, you're ignorantly joining up with the corrupt elements to attack the president. You're like the dog that is trapped but is threatening to bite anyone who tries to rescue her.
Buhari, does not need the stress of the anti-corruption war if not for his abiding personal principles. It is easier and more profitable to him and his family to loot the treasury and safeguard and secure the future of his immediate families and generations to come.
After all we have past leaders, accused of massive corruption going around in affluence and power without any questions or hints of prosecution.
President Buhari deserves praise not insults. When you're tempted to insult PMB next time, think about this: it is not about Buhari but you. Nigeria has been good to Buhari and his generation.
If you cannot say Nigeria has been good to you, join Buhari in his anti-corruption war.
deomello: See silly and unintelligent rant. So, there is a cover up because Lawal's suspension didn't fit into your own layman schedule and time frame.
GEJ, Mr Oke and his wife are all yet to deny the allegations, but you layJoker on NL have all the info and deny on their behalf.
The only thing you are good at is stitching up rumors, gossips, fact-less garbage and unintelligent rubbish.
Thank you for that rebuttal. This Lord-whatever is an annoying mofo who thinks he is smarter that everyone else. Wonder where people like him creep out from
LordAdam16: I wouldn't want to make a new post in politics section, but I'd make an exception here.
@SillyMods, Sarrki, and all you Zombies are very sick. Because Lawal who was being shamelessly celebrated has now being dropped. Same way if Magu is dropped, you folks would shamelessly say, better late than never.
Nigerians are also very gullible.
The talk that there are new evidences against the SGF is all a lie. Buhari is simply using the SGF as a peace offering for the Senate as part of the recent Executive-Legislature peace process. And it made sense to do this now because they were considering relieving a Southern head of service and wanted to appear balanced.
It's all about 2019. Buhari and APC will sacrifice anyone for 2019.
Because there is no way new evidence magically cropped up after Oke was implicated on a different issue.
As for the theory of a cover-up, that's plausible. If you want to cover up anything, using the NIA is the perfect blanket. It is an intelligence agency with secret units that millions of us don't know about. Oke retires in November. He was to start his leave of absence in August. That's like 4 months away. And there's no way they'd find dollars minted in 2016 in an apartment and claim it was appropriated in 2014/2015.
Oke CANNOT be arrested and tried. Only the Attorney-General, President/Vice President, and service chiefs have the security clearance to review his case file. Magu does not have that clearance. That's why EFCC is yet to release a press statement. And that's why Magu is not part of the committee to review his case.
So if you wanted to really cover up anything by a big-wig in the government, Oke is the perfect fall guy. The NIA will not say anything to the press since they're in on it, and the matter will die a natural death. While the money is re-wired to the rightful owner.
Recall that the money was immediately deposited with the CBN and Oke already wants to submit his leave of absence letter.
This has nothing to do with an anti-corruption war. If it was, Lawal would have been axed long before now. Buratai too, Kyari (with his higher 500m loot) et cetera. It's a game of politics plain and simple, and the more you look, the less you see. Any body's head would roll if a strong group (in this case, Saraki and his Senate) demands for it.
And Saraki and the Senate are the real winners here as they've humbled the Presidency, again. All he had to do was ask EFCC to name the owner of the loot, and the Presidency scampered for a reasonable response.
Even Sagay would be next if the Senate insists, since he can't seem to keep his leaking mouth shut and he has the same air of arrogance that Lawal and Magu have.
The big upsetting news leading to 2019 started with Ali Ndume's suspension. Expect more to come.
And expect zombies to have a lot of work to do in the coming weeks and months, accusing and counter-accusing, praising and shortly after expressing disappointment.

Conspiracy Theorist I of Nairaland! Spin-Doctor Supremo of Wailers!
You checked and confirmed the dollars were minted in 2016? Amaechi got a lady who looks like Mrs. Oke to ferry ghana-must-go bags full of dollars to the Ikoyi apt. for him eh kwa? Saraki has the whole country in his pocket, abi? Stvpid corrupt wailers!
lilytender: One administration looted our treasury and hid the money everywhere, another administration is discovering and recovering looted funds. Which is better? The choice is yours.
Deuteronomy 30:19 This day I call the heavens and the earth as witnesses against you that I have set before you life and death, blessings and curses. Now choose life, so that you and your children may live
Epic.
Matthew 11:15 - Whomsoever hath ears, let them hear.
Boleyndynasty2: But in Nigeria you don't even need evidence b4 you and your lots drag people to media court and trash talk. That's exactly why EFCC keeps losing cases in the court whr it truly matters most.
EFCC is losing cases in court because corruption is fighting back furiously.
Forget politics - you and I, and our children, are bearing the brunt of it. Let us support WHOEVER elects to liberate us from these shackles called corruption.

todaynewsreview: On this Easter, I think about the unconditional love that Jesus Christ, our Lord and Saviour, had for us to the extent that He gave His life for our salvation on Good Friday. My reflections also take my mind back to His resurrection by God on Easter. What a lesson for us of what sacrifice can achieve and the benefits it can bring to mankind generally and individually!
This Easter, I call on all, whether Christian or Muslim, to emulate Christ and sacrifice something for your nation, for your families and for yourselves.
Was it not John F Kennedy who famously said "ask not what your country can do for you—ask what you can do for your country.” Let us not ask ourselves who will change our nations for the better.
Let us instead take a look in the mirror and ask how we can change our nations for the better. Indeed, as somebody once said, change begins with me.
It begins with you. Let this Easter be the beginning of a positive change in the nations of the world. From my family and I to you and your family, Happy Easter. May God bless you all. GEJ.
post=55558101: Is alright let's stop all this.. how hard can it be to find out who owns the house abi the flat.. even the money self I swear that money na from our national reserve before.. and na person cash that money out.. make this people no dey use us play.. i dey vex
You're absolutely right. That cash came from CBN, even if it was flown in, the owner can be easily traced through the serial number range on the notes. That's a bullion issue. They should stop doing ogboju.
igbozionism: I don't know why you people are like this. so you are now saying that DSS did not claim to have found millions of dollars in judges homes?
Mojibola: One major issue would be the amount of "float". Although airplanes target touching down right at the end of the runway, that doesn't always happen. Sometimes due to excess speed, gusty winds, or a misjudged flair, the plane will float a distance down the runway before actually touching down. During this time, the plane's nose may be high, and visibility of the runway is limited. Because the runway is straight, its no problem.
But suggesting that a pilot navigate a curved runway while floating further than anticipated is just nuts. If they don't turn enough, they end up outside the curve of the runway. If they turn too much, they end up inside the curve. Either way, if they over correct at low altitude and airspeed, the chance of a catastrophic crash is unacceptably high.

Very correct indeed. Besides, the approach and landing guidance support system for this has not been invented yet. You have to wonder whether this concept came from an aeronautical engineer or an architect! It's just too futuristic. But, let's watch and see. In technology, never say never.
