A Nigerian man identified with the Twitter handle @Santostheboss has narrated a story of how suspected ritualists in Lagos State freed his aunty after they discovered that her womb was missing.

Narrating the story on Twitter, the young man said his aunty was whisked away after she came out of a bank in Ogba, and got on a bus which had a soldier in the front seat: a gesture supposedly to reduce suspicion.

He then posited that he believes something was sprayed or dispensed from the AC that made her aunty passed out immediately, only to find herself in Ota.

Fortunately, he added that his aunty was rejected by the ritualists because of her prior fibroid operation.

Read The Full Story Below :

"My aunt was taken by kidnappers two days ago, organ harvesters actually. She was freed because she was said to be useless having taken out her womb before then.

“She’s traumatized and is still not certain about what reality is right now. Lagos is very unsafe.

“I’d love for a counselor to have a word with her. She is confused about reality and sometimes feels like she is trapped in the bus she was taken in, even now that she is at home.

“She’s 55 and agrees with me that she needs therapy.

“She came out of a bank in Ogba, got on a bus. Not long after, the bus driver said his car had a fault. “Luckily his friend (a fellow bus driver) came to his aid to take his passengers.

“Note: The vehicle had a soldier sitting in front which would usually reduce suspicion.

“I think something was sprayed or came out the AC (She’s not clear on that) But she woke up in Ota.

“After she was rejected because of her prior fibroid operation, she was blindfolded and led to some road where they left her.

“She confirmed a certain NYSC dude was taken with her.”

Security is from God alone.

In my opinion, affiliate marketing is by far the best way to make money online.

All you do is promote. You don’t have to fuss with creating a product or doing all of the other busy work involved with owning a business.

How to Sell for Dummies - 3 Steps

I have been selling (online/offline) now for more than 12 years.

I have sold phones, books, online courses, real estate, consulting, software, supplements etc

And I have trained thousands of people who are successful at selling.

So, I believe I can say a thing or two.

Regardless of what you are selling online and offline, there are usually 3 steps to successful selling.

STEP 1: Sell What People Want to Buy.

I can't stress this enough.

If what you want to sell is a dud, you can as well go and line up for Don Jazzy's next giveaway because your chances of making money is higher with that.

This is important regardless of the nature of your market.

If it is food, focus on the type of food people want and how they want it.

Same with clothing.

Same with real estate.

Phones, electronics, software etc

STEP 2: Get Quality Leads

Leads are people who are likely to become buyers of what you are selling.

This is where selling starts from.

Your job here is to go out there and FIND high quality leads.

High quality leads are people who are INTERESTED in what you are selling and can AFFORD it.

E.g.

Let's say you are selling weight loss tea.

You have to ask yourself - Who are the people that are likely to buy this tea and how can I find them?

Use the same formula for anything you are selling.

ASK:

Who are the people that are likely to buy XYZ and how can I find them?

Once you know where to find them, go there and do whatever you can to attract them.

You can get them into a Whatsapp contact list, social media following, Email list etc

There are hundreds of ways to generate leads both online and offline.

One real estate millionaire I know started his business by printing newsletters about real estate and he would go to VI to distribute them to people who look like they can afford real estate.

That is how he generated his list of leads.

You can also use Facebook, Instagram, Youtube, radio, influencers, Twitter etc

STEP 3: Convert them to buyers

Once you have access to the leads, the next step is to sell to them.

There are various ways to do this based on what you are selling.

For example, someone selling real estate will sell a different way from someone selling a weight loss tea.

The main thing about converting leads to buyers is to remember these 3 things:

i. People won't buy from you if they can't trust you.

ii. People won't buy if you are unable to address their objections.

iii. People won't buy if they sense that the product won't make them happy.

That is it.

Those are the 3 steps to selling anything either you are an affiliate marketer, realtor, ecommerce merchant, digital product owner etc

Of course, the dynamics involved in steps 2 and 3 will change based on what you are selling.

For instance, someone selling an interior design service can acquire leads via social media and eventually convert them to customers via DMs, Whatsapp messages and calls.

Another person selling real estate might get their leads from an article in the news paper and eventually convert them to customers via Whatsapp messages, property inspection and one on one closing.

You may also find someone who has the type of leads that will be interested in what you are selling & have a deal with them or pay them so you can sell to their list of leads.

That works too.

But you will see that it is still within the scope of the 3 steps.

4 wonder words for 2022

One MAJOR reason why we usually don't get the type of upgrade and improvement we want in our lives is that we focus on the wrong things.

Instead of taking more intentional action, we do other things.

Most people talk and boast to their friends and on social media about what they are going to do.

And they eventually don't do it.

Emman Daniel - Since you are my subscriber, I want you to carve the 4 words below in your skull from now on.

The words are:

TALK LESS, DO MORE.

Repeat it.

Anytime you are tempted to do the vain big talk people do, use that energy to TAKE MORE ACTION instead.

Do, Do, Do.

And make sure your actions are intentional.

Intentional action creates the type of results you want.

And those results will speak for you instead.

Let losers keep talking and talking.

Focus on doing more and more.

Again, the words are:

TALK LESS, DO MORE.

May God help us all. (Check my signature for the book that will get you started right away).

PRAYER works.

God created many many good things in life for our enjoyment.... Love, Family, Nature...

He also enabled Man also to create stuffs to make us feel good and enjoy life... Tech, Luxury, Tourism...etc.

What's my point...?

The EXTENT of YOUR ENJOYMENT of the goodness of life is directly proportional to YOUR MONEY

Hmmm....

Isn't that interesting....

God created something, but without Money, you cannot really enjoy it well...

You don't agree with me?

Ask the Father who could not spend time with his kids, because he was off, hustling...

Ask the Banker Mother... and she will tell you what's up...

It is important that you make the MONEY

and MAKE IT BIIIG and MAKE IT PASSIVELY
