What are they hiding? |
The president is as powerful as the military might. Once the military is defeated, the president and the office becomes a sitting duck. If he had not absconded, he would be captured like a rat by the rampaging Talibans and might be paraded, humiliated and perhaps executed in the end. |
But what stops the NASS and the FG from making this simple explanation? |
All souls shall taste death. Before noon, he's likely going to be interred, and that's the end of all struggles on Earth. May Allah forgive him. |
Where were the Southern lawmakers when the bill was being debated and passed at the National Assembly. Where were PDP lawmakers during the debate and what was their contribution? |
That's terrible. |
How will El-clasico look like now? |
Will Nigeria ever evolve beyond ethno-religious crisis? It has even gone to the extent of first determining the tribe and religion of the victims before commiserating or rejoicing as we have seen lately. This is becoming a chain reaction that shouldn't have been allowed to start at all. It will require a truly patriotic, unifying and committed leader to bring this to a halt. These senseless killings from both ends are condemnable. |
Really? First is to rehabilitate the captured or surrendered terrorists and now flying back home families of slain terrorists as if they've won international medals for the country. Something isn't right somewhere. |
Nigeria should do everything it could to decimate the terrorists holding territories in Borno and other parts of the North. The speed with which Afghanistan territories fall to the Talibans clearly shows that the military is heavily compromised. The greater enemy is the one within and I fear for the loyalty of some of our gallant men, otherwise the insurgency in the North shouldn't have lasted this long. |
Hopefully this won't ginger the ISWAP to try the same feat in Nigeria. |
A southern chairman implies that the presidential candidate comes from the North. The next presidential election will not just be PDP vs APC, it might eventually become North vs South This would have been the better time for Gbenga Daniel of Ogun State to try his luck if he hasn't left Atiku too early to port to APC. |
The newly purchased fighter jets arrived and all of a sudden, these devilish, blood thirsty criminals started ' surrendering' in droves. I wouldn't take as a genuine repentance. Even if they repented, they should still bear the consequences of their past misdeeds. |
No nose covers? That was a rough play. |
The government that loves them so much should create an IDP for them. Let them have a taste of what they've subjected others to. |
What has Atiku got to do with Tinubu's illness? Oh I see, I they're friends and business partners. |
Ok. Colonel Sakaba died gallantly while fighting the murderous Boko Haram members. Unfortunately, his killers who turned his wife into a widow and his child into an orphan are now surrendering and are likely to be rehabilitated. This thought is enough to make his wife or anyone go reckless. |
Why should anyone bank on the choice of a known ' Maradona ' and self acclaimed evil- genius? If Buhari has been adjudged to have underperformed, Osinbajo wouldn't be excused from that failure. |
Ogun Is suffering from the accumulated and present mismanagement by three Jolly friends who passed the batton in succession. |
...or maybe he came as an African. Okocha would easily have been in contention for the world best if he was an European in his playing days. |
If Secondus will be contesting, then he shouldn't conduct the convention otherwise the national chairman should be accorded his due respect. |
Can you imagine? Something as little as Rider's permit is also ceded to the State Govt. Can we just scrap these LGs that have been rendered impotent by the Emperors? |
He is enroute Arsenal. Just a stop over at PSG. |
This is totally unacceptable. The pastor and the woman should come out to the public court with their version of the story. But then, a member is a member, which one again is a financial member? |
Tinubu is a private citizen and hasn't declared his intention for the top job. The only person that deserve this media scrutiny of health is Muhammadu Buhari |
Buhari House? Wonderful. |
Thumps up to the Police. Hopefully, the owner will not have to spend a fortune to retrieve his car from the station. |
I see the logic. The politicians would have found a solution to the insecurity if they have been the victims all along. True that. |
PDP should rescue itself first from the claws of those holding it by the jugulars so much that the party couldn't participate in the recently held LG elections in the state. Ogun is becoming a one-party state courtesy of the selfish, unending internal wranglings in the PDP. |
They're business men. The State Government has enough fund to settle them. This is the sad reality of the security situation. The North is going but it's not beyond redemption. |
There's obviously something Ghana is doing rightly that Nigeria isn't getting right. That's the first thing Nigeria needs to unravel. |
There's life after Buhari's presidency. |
