As soji narrated their ordeal and how they have been trying to avoid the police and security agents in Malaysia, I pitied him. I never knew mine was coming in a matter of days. He said he can’t just go back to Nigeria like that, that his family are looking up to him and his plan is to move to the Caribbean because he heard they are many opportunities there. Two days to the expiration of my visa, I was at the hotel’s bar which was dominated by so many blacks. The bar is been managed by ebuka. A well-dressed Malaysian woman came to my table. She started chatting me up and we talked from world politics to sports and their country Malaysia. The way we talked, it looked as if we have known each other for years and she spoke good English. She told me she was a Malaysian immigration officer. Immediately I heard “Malaysian immigration officer,” na so my body move in excitement. It seemed my dream had come true. “This woman will help me with immigration status,” I thought to myself. I began asking her about immigration processes and how I can extend my stay in the country. She told me it was possible to extend my stay in Malaysia without stress and she was going to do it for me for free. I was so happy. She brought the bag she was carrying and brought out some forms for me to fill which I did. She even showed me her ID card that she indeed works for immigration officer. When she was going, she gave me $10 and said she would come back the next day. Na she even dash me money, unlike ebuka wey wan collect from me.

but if only i had known the purpose of her dashing me the money !!!

Graduate research scholarships are of many types and sources but most do NOT include OSHC! The amount to pay depends on whether it is a single or couple or family (husband+wife+1 baby or more) applicant. Amount to pay also depends on the school and the insurance company involved.
For family as example, 2015 cost is abt $13,000 while single is around $3000 and couple $7000 for Medibank. Well, 60% increment occurred in 2015; hence, the high cost!

The flow of water is still much here, I have employed some villagers here to help me cut all the grass which has been growing wildly this rainy season. This culvert was built by other owners of lands near our planned estate at Ugwuomu Nike and it is used to cross this flood channel which passed along the road. We are going to build something like this, or better to allow vehicles drive into this estate. This same flood channel crosses in front of this land.

I wonder why some people here said that IOM Nigeria isn't efficient.
I emailed IOM lagos at the same time i emailed IOM Australia, both replied almost same time (next day)
I supplied them the required info and got their quotes.
Ok. IOM Lagos came a little bit cheaper than IOM Australia, ($30 difference ) and more importantly a better route as it is Lagos-Dubai-Melbourne where as the other is Lagos-Dubai-Singapore-Melbourne.
The mode of payment is better with IOM Lagos too as you simply pay into their Standard Chartered Bank Acc.
Of course, I chose IOM Lagos, paid from the comfort of my bedroom by instant transfer and got my ticket the next day.
