I live in a room and palor self contain, newly married couple just rented the room and palor self con opp me 6months ago, the guy is a sailor and comes home once in two months! The issue is that this lady while dressing up will leave her window open which is directly opp my sitting room stalk naked while dressing up, firstly I tot it was a mistake so as not to intrude her privacy I closed my window and curtain down, but two days after the same was repeated over and over again!!!
I just had to endure this for long and I can't lie imagining things in my head, but recently I noticed if I greet her she doesn't respond again! but that same thing she does she never stopped, infact I intentionally came towards my window talking loud just to make her know I can see her but she really do not care!!! guys every time she comes out of the house she's always on skimpy skirt or bum short which one can visibly see she's without pants. Because of this I had to ask my girl to come frequently so she will know I have someone already, the last time I went out and left my babe at home , my babe told me she was stylishly abusing her as she was sitting outside! I'm a guy and practically I know what this lady wants but I'm scared of doing it with another mans wife cos I can't take it when someone else does that to my wife! But she is not planning to stop showing me her unclothedness every time I'm in the house, though I never told my babe what's happening, cos she doesn't do that when she's at home! Guys make 5 mins enjoyment no go spoil person life so! I don't want to do it!!! I feel like telling this to her hobby probably keep my window locked permanently!!!

Looking at what is happening in Ukraine I can't but feel embarrassed for the whole of the west, I mean the premise of what NATO is built on is pathetic. Why does the likes of USA, UK, FRANCE ETC need to seek protection against Russia. I mean aren't this countries supposed to be strong.
Why are all of them scared of fighting Russia Alone. Even almighty USA always threaten Russia with the quote THE US AND IT'S ALLIES, why are they so afraid of Russia.
The likes of china don't have any millitary group and they're doing fine.
My conclusion is Russia is too great an army to be fought Alone.
The conflict in Ukraine has gone on for 6 months and Russia already took 30% of the country even though they're outnumbered 10 to 1 and are facing weapons and supplies from 30 countries.

This is why even your politicians takes you guys as shit. If this fellow should go to court he'll make more money from this case but fear fear won't let him do that.

I once took a landlord to court for renting an apartment to me without keeping to his promise of fixing the electricity. I was rewarded with half a million naira as damages and my total rent money was given back to me, the court gave me 3 months to vacate the place.

Our landlord sold his apartment early this month and told everyone that, we have till December 31st to look for another apartment (3months grace).
He would refund the remaining balance of the rent from October until the supposed due date.

We requested that he should give us at least 6months to get another apartment but he is reluctant and told us that no one will be allowed to the apartment after 31st December, 2022.

Guys, I mailed the human rights agency but didn't get any response. I called their number too but didn't get any response either.

I've mailed the Lagos State Minister of Justice, but received an automated response that they've received the mail.

My fellow tenants do gave have the resources to take up this issue and things are difficult for everyone. We all dey face "alot".

Please, I need your advice on what to do? To get another apartment isn't really easy except one would take a low standard apartment, which isn't part of my plans.

Do you have young Nigerian females in tech that you mentor?

It's a crazy world out there for a lot of females trying to get into tech in Nigeria with a lot of males literally insinuating that they are dumb and unworthy of working in tech or for the more daring males, outrightly saying they offered their bodies to get tech roles.

It would be great to have experienced and successful Nigerian female techs like you mentoring younglings coming through. I'm a male old-school tech and I am really saddened how the young male techs denigrate their female counterparts.

The tech space in Nigeria has to be "softened" from its current "bone-to-bone" men's club to a gender friendly club

1. It works exactly as He said in reality. As long as you live your life in continuous submission and obedience to His commandments, you don't have to worry about the troubles and issues of this here world. So, the question shouldn't be if it works, but why many who claim to be Christians refuse to do as He commands, yet expect Him to do for them that which He promised only to those who obey Him.

2. The reality of those who love Him - those who do as He commands - is exactly as He said it would be. So, if you don't love Him, you have no reason to expect Him to do for you that which He promised only to those who love Him. You basically deny yourself the right to expect that of Him by your disobedience, your refusal of Him.

Some weeks ago, each time i came out of the house at night to enjoy fresh air before sleeping, i always see this my neigbour peeping at people who were bathing from the bathroom window. The day i first caught him, i was not sure of what he was doing, i ignored him.

I brough out my phone, on the light and told him to show me the spot where he urinated on. To cut the story shot, i gave him a thunderous slap and the rest was my belt, i almost wound him. All the neigbour gathered to watch us, some where cursing and abusing him for his bad act and some were blaming me for beating an elderly person
