I've been using it like that boss and d rain have been helpful. The A/c used to b chilling when turn to d middle, but now I have to leave d fan at d extreme end for it to chill.

Same thing with the corrola 2004 I drive. The mechanic worked on the compressor screw holder that had worned out and was causing some unpleasant noise. Since he worked in it, I have to put my AC on full blast to feel the effect of the AC. Unlike before that if at lo level, the ac chills in the morning.

Right now I am afraid of even taking it back to him so it doesn't get worse.

Accident or not, the car has been fixed. Just get a good mechanic to inspect physically and scan to know the present state of the car, that's the most important thing now. The price is fair enough, abi she should drop it free of charge because it may have an accident history? No down payment is required so I don't see much risk involved in the first place.

I don already grab am with my hand, leg and body. The issue now na agreement. She hasn't done this before and she is asking me to bring a draft agreement if I have any or wait until she can ask one of the colleague in her office with the legal department to come up with one. But her own side of bringing the agreement don dey take long.

Boss, from your postulations I see the deal as a nice deal. The woman obviously just want to clear the bulk of the car loan and can't just sell the car outrightly. But ask her, who takes charge of major repairs on the car and huge exigencies? I hope someone gives you the HP agreement template for further enhancement of your decision. But believe me it's a good deal after all.

Thanks, I had spoken to her about the repairs, being that she handles major repairs while I take care of servicing.

That would alleviate your concerns about any previous damage, accidents or otherwise. You would lose nothing by taking that step.

The vehicle has never been used on ehailing platform she uses it just for movement to work, pick up her kid from school then to church (mostly on Sundays) and probably when she has events to attend.

At first when she bought it, she didn't drive it herself because she was used to driving manual almost all her life and was scared of driving the vehicle when she bought it (which is very funny though) I remember her calling me the following Sunday after dedicating the car to please come to her place early that Sunday morning to drive her and her kids to and fro church. Though she paid me for the service. The car was smooth during the drive.

She does regular maintenance on the car. If the car should cough, immediately she'll call the mechanic in my church to check it and have it fixed.

The mileage on the vehicle right now is still around 100k. Though she started having some issues with the vehicle when she employed a driver. I must confess the driver is a rough drive who takes advantage of any opportunity given to him to go and service the vehicle.

Right now she is trying to get the car back in shape so that it will be fit for my use.

So based on this explanation I hope you'd be able to make your inference.

My ogas in the house una boy hail thee. Please I have an issue that I'll kindly need advice on.

There is this corolla, 2010 model that a lady in my church is willing to give me for 2M on hire purchase for a period of 2 years. This is because she has gotten a car loan with the bank she works with and would like to use the weekly payment I'll be remitting to pay the car loan she'll get then probably continue by herself once I am done with my payment.
NB: She bought the car as tokunbo early this year. But I suspect the car to be accidented

Now, the car is in the repair shop and is displaying "VSC OFF". The mechanic says it's the gear box based on the report the person driving the car gave him. They have removed the gear under cover, drained the oil and washed the filter with kerosene.
Now the question is this

1. They want to use Mobil for it, is it advisable and will it get the job done? If yes, how much is a litre and how many would be needed?

2. Regarding the hp issues, what clause, if at all, can I put in place to protect me from future unwanted stress?

Guess what, I drove a camry 08 for a man for 13 weeks with steady delivery. By the way I told him I could only drive the car on my own Uber platform since I am a partner too to which he agreed and moved his car to my platform. During this period I had been managing the ac and still delivering the amount we agreed weekly. Only for him to tell me he needed a raise to which I agreed But when I complained about the ac not functioning well in the afternoon, he collected his car.

Some partners are just greedy or naturally wicked. Since then I have been looking for a car to drive.

Hi everyone and a Happy and prosperous 2018 for all of us. I would really like your suggestions and opinions so I can make a decision on what to do on the matter below.

I got an offer to pay 50% for the present camry 2008 4plug I am using now on Uber. Then complete the rest within 3 months. Now the partner is asking what can I offer in terms of price for the car.

So as to be clear, the partner wants me to give him a price for the car then pay 50% upfront while completing the rest within 3 months.

My problem now is knowing what price will be fairer to me and also fair to him.
