PoliticsRe: Peter Obi: We Won The 2023 Presidential Election by Litmus:
Nigeria has been quite embarrassing these few days. We've gone from trend setters to the worst aspect of continental Africans, bush primitive, quarrellous pickaninnies that are unable to accept the results of an election inspite of irregularities. I bet if Obi was declared winner, we would be as argumentative as now, violent and uncouth but from the perspective of Tinabu supporters. So unseemly.

I hate Africa. Africa has a bad influence on Nigeria. Once Nigerians would have called fowl on this election and moved on. But word from the rest of Africa has been grooming Nigerians steadily for the past five years, calling Nigerians cowards for not going out and destroying thire society under the slightest pretext, mouthing Revolution without a clue what it means! Now look at us. Disgraceful.
PoliticsRe: Chimamanda Asks US To Support Election Transparency In Nigeria by Litmus: 11:20pm On Mar 01, 2023
America isn't without its own allegations of rigged elections. In the 2012 Election it was widely felt that Al Gore was cheated of victory by George Bush. And when the case was taken to court it was felt that U.S. Supreme Court handed the presidency to Bush, or took it away from Gore.
CelebritiesRe: Burna Boy Reveals Why He Didn't Support Any Candidate In Nigeria's 2023 Election by Litmus:
Watching the elections from abroad it occurred to me that Nigeria is not yet ready for having polling stations in as many area and ward as possible. The, "extending and widening franchise among as many Nigerians as possible" is an obvious reasoning that is implicit in the aims and goals of practicing Democracy itself. This is besides of making life easier. However rolling out as many polling stations to as many wards as possible in the drive to franchises folks in every nook and cranny of Nigeria and making life easier does not appear to work in Nigeria. The type of Nigerians that my signature applies to is rendering broader spectrum of Nigerians undeserving of an easy voting experience.

Solution:

Until Nigeria perfects a digital form of voting, Nigeria needs to creat huge buildings of the scale of the White House in every state capital. These buildings should be named Election Voting Houses or something. Nigerians should be informed that during national elections, people should go to cast thire votes there. Such buildings would be easier to monitor by Nigeria and the international community. Huge centres like these would be prohibitve for thugs and the usual miscellaneous Election day miscreants. World media would be able to station thire cameras within and outside the buildings. The logistics of securing and monitoring the voting process would be easier for the security services also. Voting should last a month.
CelebritiesRe: Burna Boy Reveals Why He Didn't Support Any Candidate In Nigeria's 2023 Election by Litmus: 9:49am On Feb 28, 2023
I respect that Burna did not. Celebrities that aim for the widest fan base and often are supported by people across the political, religious and ethnic spectrum of Nigeria should not be publicly taking sides. Those Nigerian twins, forget thire names (they are Musicians) that publicly endorse or express thire biases and especially ethno based ones are disgraceful.

If Burna hasn't publicly endorsed anyone, he is indeed an inclusive Nigerian musician that deserve the support of all Nigerians interested in what he does for Nigeria by virtue of his example as an international star....

They are not "useless soldiers" maybe to you but to those who sent them they are quite useful.

Those who send them are not bothered about the elections rather they were sent to lagos and other southern cities to quell any insurrection that might occur after they announced their fraudulent (Presidential) results.

The fulani cabal in ar.se...hole rock needs to maintain the status quo in the country.
Irrespective of who finally wins presidency, will you maintain your present position that the election was fraudulent ?

The high cost of mobile data in Africa: Top 20 most expensive countries

February 24th 2023, 1:15:57 pm

Ethiopia is among the least-connected countries in Africa, with only about 12 percent of people online, the International Telecommunications Union reported in 2015

African countries generally have some of the most expensive costs of mobile data in the world due to factors such as unavailability of infrastructure and high taxation in the telecom industry.

Equatorial Guinea has the most expensive price of mobile data in Africa, with one gigabyte costing as much as $49.67, followed by Sao Tome and Principe and Malawi.

Africans rely heavily on mobile data to stay connected with the rest of the world, but unfortunately, many are paying exorbitant prices for this essential service. A report by Statista shows that African countries are among the most expensive in the world when it comes to purchasing mobile data.

While many African countries struggle with expensive data prices, some are paying more than others. In this article, we will highlight the 20 African countries with the most expensive mobile data prices.

Topping the list is Equatorial Guinea, where one gigabyte of mobile data costs a whopping $49.67. Sao Tome and Principe, and Malawi come in second and third place with $30.97 and $25.46 per gigabyte, respectively. Chad and Namibia round out the top five with average prices of $23.33 and $22.37 per gigabyte, respectively.

While these countries have the highest data prices, other African countries are not far behind. The Central African Republic, Seychelles, and Gambia are among the countries with high data prices, with averages of $9.03, $8.64, and $5.86 per gigabyte, respectively.

Other countries with high data prices include Mauritania, Madagascar, Gabon, Cape Verde, Togo, Burkina Faso, Guinea-Bissau, Botswana, Benin, Mali, Sierra Leone, and Comoros.

The high cost of mobile data in African countries can be attributed to various factors, including the unavailability of infrastructure and high taxation in the African telecom industry. This makes it difficult for many Africans to stay connected to the internet and access vital services such as healthcare, education, and finance.
PoliticsRe: This Famous Structure Is Nothing More Than Violence – Actress Ireti Doyle by Litmus:
As someone watching from outside the sociopolitical stake in this election, I've noticed that women ( among the electorate) have predominantly been the ones directly or indirectly pitching for war or violence.

P.S

As an aside, I've been alone in suggesting that the reason for the failure of the black race ultimately rest on black women not black men.

WHAT'S WRONG WITH PEOPLE?
Psychopathy for one thing.

I suspect it would take extraordinarily diabolic circumstances to make you, as a normal person, take another human life. For instance, situations that could make you kill might be life preserving self defence or maybe you are left with no options than to take the life of an individual or individuals hell bent on mortally hurting your loved ones. However, those with Psychopathy have no moral or physiological sanctioning mechanisms. These types of people, Psychopathy types, have no compunction taking lives and actually some of these types of people are dead inside and only feel alive when subjected to intense stimuli such as inflicting extreme violence or and enjoying the trauma victims of extreme violence are undergoing.

Unfortunately, Psychopathic individuals abound in every nation and all communities. When you leave your house you pass many of this types of people. It only requires the right opportunity for these types of people to reveal thire true monstrous nature. They believe in no cause save the opportunity causes afford them to indulge in extreme violence, mayhem and blood spilling.

what of tribal mark? huh what difference does it have with tattoos? or those design our aged parents use cashew water to form on their bodies? then who will Christ now allow to him? All these overzealous religious extremist sef, they are very easy to spot. mtchw
True.

Tattoos from Cashew was a very common primordial Nigeria tribes practice. It's sad that contemporary Nigerians eschew Tattoos among our young people, believing it yet another decadent Western Import. However Tattoos are old in Nigeria and part of many cultures, especially in the south. Among Isoko maidens for instance, Cashew was used to creat lines around the eyes similar to that depicted on Ancient Egyptian wall paintings, glyphs or murals .

Usually, the way these things happen is that it is passersby that get hit by stray Bullets during such incidents. That is why elsewhere, water cannons are used to avoid killing people who may turn out to be innocent.

His cousin may or may not have been part of the rampaging boys but there’s no way to know that for sure now since he is gone.
I wonder if his cousin, Otilo, was in the habit of going about clothsless in his last role as a passerby .

RIP nonetheless.

Goodmarlian:
blacks are naturally the lowest humans in evolutionary hierachy we are next to animals we can hardly get anything right in national and international politics show me a black nation that is a world power.
If two catastrophic world wars with a third and final one for humanity loading informs you that whites have the measure of international politics , then perhaps your assessments of "Black People" apply mainly to you. The world is so polluted due to whites, the very climate is changing. Swards of animal species are extinct or vanishing. Whites have been disastrous for the world and you'd have some points if you suggested Blacks were stupid for letting them shape the world humanity now endures.

Goodmarlian:
Ask yourself this question,if europe and Asia and the rest of the world gets wiped out in a nuclear war and Africa survives, can Africa be able to produce iphones, androids, cars, aeroplanes, ships etc i am sorry i think we will slide back to the stone ages and wear animal skins like our forefathers.
How smart is it to create a weapon (Nuclear)capable of whipping yourselves (whites) out leaving another race (blacks) to survive when the primary goal of the organism is survival?

Given time, Nigerians would invent smartphones , androids, cars, aeroplanes, ships , and much more including wormhole creating star ships after all tool making seems to be part of the instinctive nature of living things.
