The Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) governor, Godwin Emefiele has hinted that Nigerians would have to adapt to the new cashless policy regime.Good. Nigerians adapted to planes, trains, automobils, mobile phones and internet, they can adapt to cashless society. If you can't, please Jappa to the more backward climes of Ghana and Rwanda. Although, I daresay they too will follow where Nigeria leads. |
ekhai:I wish Nigeria was competent enough to note these people so that they can be prevented from ever stepping foot on Nigeria soil ever again. Nigeria is waaay too lenient a Nation. |
Moving forward, Nigeria should consider my ideas of leadership by a Board of Presidents not president. We are not obliged, mandated or ordered to implement Democracy exactly as Textbook Democracy. If we must import foreign philosophies, we can bend them to suit our local needs. |
"Yoruba are Chest beaters!" , "Igbos are fl.atinos"! See dialogue by the Youths of Nigeria ![]() See my signature and understand.... |
Godfullsam:Exactly. Peter Obi, Atiku and the geriatric that won the presidential election, can't recall his name now as I type on my mobile, nick name Jagabanga or somthing, they didn't carry and run up and down with stick, bottle and stones, the so called Youths did. No politician can send you or I to do violence to anyone since we have sense and care for our nation by dint of caring for the humans around us. If you and I want good for our nation, we would know at once that any politician that influences us to pursue violence is unethical and won't be good for the Nation in any leadership capacity. The bitter truth is that the so called Youths doing violence, don't care for the country, they want money. They have short-term, selfish mindsets. They take money to disrupt, fight maim and kill. Ultimately, I have no respect for Africa youths because they are not citizens of various Africa nations, they are tools of the West. The African youth is owned lock-stock and barrel by the West. This is because they are best only at taking Africa down by resorting to violence in the name of philosophies devised and hatched in the West. |
Nigeria's secrete services are useless for being incapable of tracing all these online forces that are stoking violence in Nigeria. |
Niaraland again promoting ethnic division, voicing what seems like the opinions of Youths, then later when or if violence leads to greater bloodshed on the ground, some idiot celebrity will be calling for our mostly geriatric politicians to be blamed. Niaraland needs to sanction these ethnic based posts! |
Seems to me Niaralanders and the Troll House in Ghana played a huge role in creating the tribal hatred between Igbos and Yorubas that possibly lead to the Lagos attacks. These sinister people online have fought hard over the years to recreate Rwanda in Nigeria. And many of you so-called youths fought your stupid tribal E-wars all over social media. Now you want to blame politicians. |
See the disgraceful position this guy finds himself in life for the sake of being Jappanese. Utter disgrace and shame that his children won't outlive because this footage will always exist for someone to use in taunting them. Imagine being dragged around by some fat white dude, your yash exposed for the entire world to view - a grown man! |
For the first time on Niaraland, a man much better looking than his woman. They seem unequally yoked by several surface measures... Never mind me I'm a closet eugenicists at heart. |
integrity16:God's Angel I'm led to believe by someone who stated earlier that her not visiting Nigeria is a sign that God is punishing Nigeria. ![]() She needs to visit Eukrain in order to bless that Nation and bring about peace. |
Offpoint1:Nigerians sabotage thire own portential to benefit from high yilding fruits for the dubious prize of low hanging corrupted fruits. Same way Nigeriains don't want to develop an evidence based culture due to the benefits everyon enjoys by being able to make up stories without fear of litigation. Majority Nigerians philosophy is little better than that of Bokoharam Terrorists that don't want a developed society because Modern societies religate thire medival cultural wants and preferences to the garbage dump. |
rafcrown:Also primitives informed by outdated and rejected oyigbo empire conconuering methods that anyone with an iota of brain should see coming a light year away. ![]() But I guess they are comforted by the truth implicit in my signature.... |
YorubaSamurai:In addition to Share and Like buttons Niaraland could use a Reject button. For example, choose Reject if you suspect YorubaSamurai may not even be a Nigerian in the first place given that discussion forums facilitate anonymous identities... |
Bet if it was declared by Authority that all Lagos prisoners for the last five years are to be freed , some of you guys wouldn't recognise the real ill in the situation and instead you'd be shouting, "good, they fear election. Power to the people !' |
If the ultimate intention is to disqualify the legitimacy of any election in a third or second world nation, siting evidence of violence as your position, including inarguable evidence of dissenfranchisment of many due to that violence or intimidation, then you're diabolical or delusional. And actually It would be more realistic for UN to mandate that no third world elections should be recognised by any international organisations and that only elections held in first world nations are legitimate. |
One woman? The West are fund of league tables. Why don't they creat a "Victims of Violence During Election", table let's see where Nigeria would be ranked alongside election victims in other Africa Nations, South America, Asia and America itself. |
Given that Tinubu suffers from chronic cholesterol evident in the white rings around his irises what sort of president would Kashim Shettima make one wonders? |
I'm not a fan of Tinubu because people have pointed out numerously, and without rebuttal it seemed , that he was quoted in print as saying he does no believe in Nigeria. Such a man is likely to sympathise with calls for restructuring of Nigeria. I don't believe in Tinubu, Obi, Atiku or restructuring. I believe in Nigeria. Seems to me that what the selfish part of Nigeria's political ecosystem intend when they call for restructuring is to break up Nigeria (backdoor means ). I love developments taking place in Lagos, if Tinubu concentrates on replicating this throughout Nigeria he should be a good Nigeria servant in the end. Obi needs to run again. His chances of winning would be high depending on Tinubu's performance and how his supporters comport themselves between now and then. |
potopotoking:To this idiot here, see post quoted; just remember that while you're sitting back, rubbing your hands in glee, glorying in the divisions you're hoping you're creating in Nigeria, out there in the wider world beyond the narrow confines of Nairaland opinion politics, you would be considered criminal suspect. You're an immoral, even unwholesome character bordering on the truest sense of biblical evil , if you and you cohort are up to what I suspect. Individuals like you have no moral bases from which to cast aspersions on any aspect of Nigeria politics, people, race or society. This is given that your moral starting position is already worst than where the average Nigerian fear to end up. |
tiswell:Not if his ethnic based supporters alienate the support of the broader spectrum of Nigerians. |
It's good for Tinubu to quickly know the true friends and enemies of Tinubu's Nigeria. |
