TheFacelessMan:This is one of the problems with the Conspiracy Culture Nigeria is acquiring. |
Ghana is treacherous to Nigeria, leaders beware. |
angelfallz:States owned railways could start at a modest level e.g. one long line, right across the state, or 50 miles long - whatever is finically manageable in terms of state budget . This, supported by busses. Rail ecosystem is enlarged over time.... |
DennisEche:No people in the world are kinder than Nigerians. I'm always confident that any indebt investigation will more likely than not exonerate Nigerians accused of one issue or another. I don't know of a people more lied upon than Nigerians. |

unclejb2:I'm confident that written in the Nigeria Constitution there is a section enabling the rights of citizens to arrest individuals such as those you mentioned. Gather lots of like minded people, let the worlds media know what your group plan, find the best moment, perhaps some sort of meeting being attended by one of your target ( you only need to target one in order to get across your point, which is probably world attention) then you people march in noisily and declare the target under citizens arrest as mandated by the relevant constitutional section. ![]() Nothing need come of the arrest except these people are brought to world attention by your actions. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=E2jiZc79gpc Citizens try to arrest Tony Blair |
This vloger was important and to us viewers and supporters of Nigeria Vlogging he was a part of their family it would be good if they, the more influential Nigeria Vloggers, rally round and organize something in his memory. Perhaps attend his funeral - if his family agree - and make it a publicity event that not only relates to his life but highlight these kidnappings and how the relevant state need act. |
The way people are hyping this particular US warning, you'd think a Coup was brewing or something ... |

Thousands flee Togo homes as Islamist threat spreads Will Ross Africa editor, BBC World Service The government in Togo says more than 4,000 people have been forced to flee their homes this year following jihadist attacks in the north of the country. Among the displaced are Togolese who had to leave their villages, and Burkina Faso nationals who had crossed the border to escape attacks by Islamist militants. Correspondents say Togo, Benin, Ghana and Ivory Coast are increasingly concerned that the jihadist threat is spreading further south from countries in the Sahel region. There have been at least five attacks in northern Togo over the last year. The communications minister said victims of the violence were being helped with psychological support and displaced students would be offered education in schools within host communities. https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/live/world-africa-62845579?ns_mchannel=social&ns_source=twitter&ns_campaign=bbc_live&ns_linkname=635bb87252314367adffb463%26Thousands%20flee%20Togo%20homes%20as%20Islamist%20threat%20spreads%262022-10-28T11%3A44%3A47.623Z&ns_fee=0&pinned_post_locator=urn:asset:f5025cc1-11b1-48f5-bb46-07e676a9e88f&pinned_post_asset_id=635bb87252314367adffb463&pinned_post_type=share |
siofra:I'm surprised they didn't butcher you. |
TERROR THREAT: It is surprising and disheartening to read in the news and on social media that bombs are being planted in every area of the Federal Capital Territory, even from some individuals who are presumed to be peace ambassadors and patriotic agents of national unity in Nigeria. The honourable police chief is missing a trick here or his advisors unsavvy. The Chiefs should have adopted the position that since Nigerians love to disbelieve, declare that it is true, bombs have been placed in strategic position all over Abuja. The police counted a thousand bombs and he personally counted 50 of them. All on Timers, but he didn't hang around any over the bombs long enough to determine when they would go off. Nigerians would then believe there are no bombs. |
siofra:Yes-o Nigeria men chop off women's head all the time. We are known for this, we are wicked evil people. I cannot tell you the amount of times I've visited people in Nigeria and been served food in the bleached skulls of women and children. We have no electricity in Nigeria and consequently use generators, the fat from beheaded women's carcasses run our generators. waste not, want not. |

Perhaps Nigeria should try publicising and fussing over those doctors that choose to remain in Nigeria, working for the positive health needs of Nigerians against all odds. Continually emphasising Jappanese Doctors neglects the contribution these remaining doctors make to society and encourages them to dream of leaving too. Encouragement does not have to mean money especially when money is scarce. Publicise these doctors that choose to stay in Nigeria. Award them, consult them in the media, make them celebrity heroes etc... |
Doctors are not meant to be fleeing, wars, poverty, crime, dilapidation and what not. This idea that Doctors need some sort of enabling environment such as great wages, well equipped hospitals, peace and stability etc most be a modern concept. Doctors and Politicians are public servants. Politicians more so than doctors, sure, but the sentiment is salient. I have no enduring issues with Doctors leaving for better pay - fine let's leave sentiments out of things - but it is irritating when people try to justify thire leaving based on issues to do with "third worldness". |
Ideally, the situation in Nigeria that some of you attribute as contributing to doctors leaving Nigeria, should be that which not only keeps Nigeria Doctors in Nigeria but attract doctors from other Nations. This is since, ideally, Doctors should be running towards porverty not running from it. |
Racoon:Well, the Nigeria Doctors are lured by the UK because thire own UK Doctors are being lured by US, Canada, Australia and New Zealand offering better pay and work life balance. Therefore perhaps the issue is the morality of doctors putting personal issues such as relative pay levels before patients wellbeing..... |
lhordspy:Please explain, with a few examples, how South Africa is courageous and Nigeria weak when dealing with issues involving Western powers. |
First they came for the Nigerians. I knew what was going on, how the West would fund instability in Africa nations with which they find disfavor but I did not speak out, instead I cried out loudly, “Shithole Country” and “Don’t let Nigeria happened to you!” I longed to create trending catchphrases by which the world could mock them. Because I was not a Nigerian and I hated them due to my African Crab mentality. Then they came for me and there was no one in Africa to speak out for me, they instead were rehearsing my catchphrases in preparation to mock me with them, “ Shithole Country” and “ Don’t let South Africa happen to You!” |
SenatePresdo:So, it's not shame that such a thing could even be countenanced in a nation like Holland in you people's all mighty Europe, but it's shame on Nigeria ? |
On the news daily a couple of years ago: Terrorists and Mali; Terrorism and Mali, Mali, Mali, MALI!!! After France dragged Nigeria to Mali and gave them the role of gatemen, and wheelbarrow pushers since our military weren't, according to them, fit for any other purpose, what has since become of Mali ? Mali is no longer in the news. Now it's Nigeria and Terrorists. Perhaps Terrorists pursue publicity and go congregating like flies on shit wherever publicity is to be had.... I'm not a fan of Nigeria, the most significant BLack nation, joing Union with anything Black Africa because everything Black Africa, apart from Nigeria, is controlled by Whites. We join in Union with Black Africa, be it single currencies, passports, Economic trade areas or borderlessness, we become infected by Africa madness and will end up baring the brunt. |
Nigeria never puts best foot forward. We don't adhere to standards like other nations. This has its admirable side - everyone is given the chance to shine. However, it would be nice if occasionally we establish and stick to criteria. If you're going to descend to this level, i.e , venturing to exploit sex for viewership in program making , at least use criteria universally accepted for attractive girls. Nigeria girls are majority skinny not fat , precisely what the commercial world likes and that will attract the widest international audience or viewership. Even if old Nigeria and black men may like'em thick and wobbly, the majority of Nigerians are under 30 and they prefer slim, fit, looking girls such as strut the catwalk. |
Stern and industrial looking, creeper plants would soften it. Those external struts and crossbar seeming frames would be ideal levers for such plants. |
Kemi Badenoch Appointed UK Women & Equalities Minister by TotalRunter:Essentially demoted to Social Worker without portfolio . I'm not a fan of Indians and Ghanaians, they're characteristically similar people. Cant risk her influencing trade Africa's way or meddling in business or investing policies calculated to adversely impact Africa/Nigeria to the benefit of South Asia/India. Lucky for Kemi there's no such posts as Minister for The Jamie Oliver School Dinner and Hygiene Monitoring Women's Background Cupboards. |
