Yeah. But this man's elder brother, Benjamin Okumagba, the last Orosuen of Okere-Urhobo has been late for more than 2 years now. A new King is yet to be crowned though I heard Wilson Eboh(does the name ring a bell... #clue, DBS, Edjeba) is the regent presently.

I believe the liberator you're talking about here is Daniel Okumagba, the one who fought the Okere land case to a good conclusion until they won at the Supreme Court in 1975.

Well, Daniel Okumagba was the eldest son of Okumagba if I'm not mistaken. They are all brothers... After Daniel died, Benjamin(UPU PG who Later became Orosuen) took charge of the family and now we have Emmanuel Okumagba.

Okumagba himself, their father, started the liberation ground work though.

The controversial enthronement of Chief Benjamin Okumagba (the then Otota) as the Oroseun of Okere Urhobo Kingdom, is one issue that would continue to generate debate to lovers of Urhobo history. The melodious songs, display of glorious dance steps, was truly captivating. Some of the masquerades here, were also in action at the Alaka cultural carnival.

I went there today, only to be told by most workers there that they have no idea of the programme while another adviced me to visit the ministry of education along airport road by our lady secondary school or the local education authority still along airport road. While he was shortlisted for the N Power programme, He works in a private school and runs a bizness whr he makes minimum of 8k per week. Now, what do you think he can do with the new appointment from npower? Should he ignore it? Is there any way he can maneuver it so that the npower will not be a missed opportunity.

He should resign the private school teaching and pick up the N power job. U never can tell what would happen at the end of N power, what if govt decides to retain them or may be extend the duration of N power and increase the stipends? He can easily get a private sch job at the end of N power sef.
The proprietor or principal can even terminate his job the next minute, private sch are known for using and dumping their teachers. Its no brainer comparing N power to private sch teaching except those high class schs in Abuja and Lagos that pays real good money.
