My state has not stop collecting allocations from Abuja.

But at the same time, not paraded themselves with flag as if they are on there own.

If you want to be a man be a man and not the momy boi type of man lipsrsealed
Too shy to name his state, what a pity. I understand ur plight.

Virtually all states have their own logo, anthem, slogan and even flag. Osun state took it further that they should be addressed as State of Osun and not Osun State.

I m done with u kid, stay of my mention.

see them undecided
can't they exploit other means? [b]oil this, oil that, it's obvious this oil of a thing has blinded you guys eyes that you won't look else were.

Explore something and be independent
One can clearly see jealousy all over ur face. U decided to ignore the topic at hand and deliberately bring in an unrelated issue. When has it become a crime for Delta State to get her fair share of resource allocation from the FG? The constitution clearly gives the FG the exclusive right of exploring natural resources from all parts of the federation, then give a certain percentage of money to state where such resources are explored. So what the hell are u saying? Where are u from and have ur state stopped collecting allocation from Abuja?
PoliticsRe: Delta State Changes Anthem, Logo, Slogan To ''Big Heart Of The Nation'' by LKO(m):
teepsee:
Change slogan? It's same slogan nah

It's a welcomed development, but if they are having there own flag n athem, hope they will soon start generating there own capital, not depending on FG
If only the FG would allow them control their God given resources in totality. A huge chunk of FG resources comes from their soil. Take ur charge to the Osun state govt.

Glo has done it again.... by going the extra miles with cheap data...#1000 now goes for 3:2gbs instead of the usual 2g before... quick dial*777# to flex it...... good luck
This latest data increment from glo is pure fraud and I wud dump dem and return to my etisalat. I have been enjoying glo data since january without any issue, quite fast and reliable in Warri. My 2GB always carry me for upto 24 days. I subscribed this new data on Saturday, and believe me, I now have only 1GB remaining, my data has being flying like magic, just only facebook, nairaland and emails. This is bad.
EducationRe: LAUTECH: We 'll Not Let Go Our Joint Property - Osun Assembly by LKO(m): 6:35am On Sep 29, 2016
In 2011 the issue of this institution was one of the campaign promises of APC in Oyo State. APC said the crisis rocking the institution would be resolved once the party is voted in, because APC is in charge in Osun state. So till date, nothing has changed?

This joint ownership wont work. Imagine, some faculties are in Oyo state, while others are in Osun state, somehow to me. When Delta State was carved out from the then Bendel state, that put an end to Bendel State University.

That was how one ediot tried killing his grand mother today in the morning here in Warri all for Yahoo+. He strangled the old woman, trying to kill her and she pretend to have died as he strangled her. He covered her with a black cloth given to him by the native doctor and locked her inside. The woman raised alarm when the ediot went out and people came to her rescue. When the boy returned back police apprehended him. Trust Naija police, see picking up of innocent Boiz today. Ask any yahoo boi wey dey hustle with brain, they will tell u money hard to get so spend wisely. These one washing their hands with MOET, we know how their story go end cheesy
Chief, it seems u run a boutique. Where is ur shop located in Warri? I want to come learn some tips from u, wanting to start one. Thanks.

BusinessRe: My Recently Opened Carwash Business. by LKO(m): 3:58pm On Sep 24, 2016
albeye:
Congrat on your new carwash business. You are in this business and i will like you to please explain why it is good to pay the washers daily pay and then what are the things you think one can involve to improve the carwash business and make it stand out. Thank you.
My investigation shows that the washers do not accept monthly salary, they sees it as cheating. They prefer payment per wash. If to wash a car is 300 hundred naira, the owner takes 150 and the washer takes 150. If d owner refused this agreement, he may likely not get the service of an experienced car washer. So for u to make money in car wash business, u must locate the business in a busy location where u have huge patronage. Without huge patronage, u would not make much profit at the end of the month. To attract huge patronage, u must employ experienced car washers.

Hmmm.. So whats your contribution ?.. how can we preserve our language.. especially the Uvwie and okpe dialect
Contributors including you, have provided worthwhile solutions to the issue already. The challenge to ensure every one of us is to strive to learn the language and make sure our kids learn and speak our challenge.

Efewestern:
got it bro.. was just trying to say that those speaking the uvwie dialect are more concentrated in those Area / Street unlike area like New layout, Agadaga e.t.c those place re been inhabited by non indigene .so you won't find any native speaker there that was why i made reference to those particular place cous that's the core place in ekpan and we have more than 2thousand speaker alone in those area.

Hope u got wat am trying to say ?
OK sir. Points well noted. What area are u from?
CultureRe: The Dearth Of Urhobo And Other Niger Deltan Languages by LKO(m): 8:49pm On Sep 20, 2016
Efewestern:
Ekpan case is quite different, We av more strangers than indigene in Ekpan. The only part that speaks Uvwie re those from afieki/ Udumowori axis.

but we have more than 5thousand uvwie speaker.. My fear is what will happen to our language in the near future
Is Afieki and Udumowori not Ekpan? It seems u are not even getting my point. Anyway, thanks.

Efewestern:
Less than a thousand speaker ? Thats a big lie.. although Uvwie Is far loosing Its language but that ur claim its not true.. The reason is that we Accept Strangers alot and as a result we don't speak our language with strangers like the yoruba's do.

Our parents re d problem.. if i speak my Urhobo en .. u go laugh
We are on same page my brother. I questioned that position also. Go to Ekpan, u would get more than a thousand speakers of the Uvwie dialect. Go to Mereje, u would get more than a thousand speakers of the Okpe dialect.

All in all, we should strive to speak our language, it's our identity.
CultureRe: The Dearth Of Urhobo And Other Niger Deltan Languages by LKO(m): 2:04pm On Sep 20, 2016
Quite an educative piece. But I'm taken aback with the claim that Uvwie and Okpe have less than a thousand speaker, is this not an exaggeration stretched too far?

It all depends on your capital, and location. The fast selling bales are ladies gowns, children wears, chiffon tops and men corporate shirts
Many thanks. I would prefer to start the business with men's wears like trousers and corporate shirts. I m a guy and for now, I may not be too comfortable with the ladies wears. I just hope the guys wears would be profitable.

I would have posted how I get my bales directly from UK which makes me give a reasonable price because I am not greedy, but it won't favor me because I know everyone will now rush there because the numbers are on the card and I don't know how to edit it to hide the numbers. But below is the shipping company that brings them and I just receive it from there warehouse when my goods arrive. I get first grade bales for around £90-£120 so if you convert to naira Plus shipping cost you will see why my price is very reasonable.
Your explanation is taken. When are u getting bales of men wears, trousers, shirts, three quarters?

Since you reside in the same state with him, you can go to the address he stated, and see the genuineness of the business or otherwise.
Am interested in doing business with him but that's when am without no shadow of doubt convinced that he's for real.
I will do that when I m ready, I need secure a store first. Many thanks.
