llbhuds, you intend to hold a country passport without any knowledge of its language? na waoo
so if you are the interior minister, you will issue a passport to some1 who speaks the language but sits at home receiving social benefits. then, you will deny some1 who as been working for over 5yrs and paying his/her tax to keep the country's economy in good shape ?
this ur language issue na EU law you see am or na where tell me oooohuhhuhhuh??

@ part in bold: Just 'cos you can afford to live inhumane life and work in condition that enable you to get slacks home doesn't mean we will pay blind eye to RACISM in Europe. There is RACISM and we need to speak out at all times against it. Mind you, I do not belong to the group you claimed never enter plane from LOS to ABV and 'm UK based too, okies!
BLACK FACES IN  WHITE PLACES smiley smiley smiley smiley smiley smiley smiley smiley

im not living an inhumane life here in Europe (i love the kinda life im living) and i think millions of Africans living in Europe can testify to this. i never said racism is over in Europe and it cant be over cos even in our beloved African land you get abused racially talk more of a foreign land. i have been in Europe for sometimes now and i have never been or seen some1 being abused racially.
living in the UK is not a yardstick of being better than those i described in my previous comment, you are only a fortunate guy cos remember visa is only a privilege and not your right.

if wetin i talk pain you make you go commit suicide oooo
TravelRe: Romania by llbhuds: 12:38pm On Jan 03, 2012
well the language is a big issue if you didnt live and work in the said country for the period of at least 3yrs. but provided you are a tax payer in the member country, it doesn't really matter for you to speak the language.

Nothing to worry about. Lost mine too in 2008.

Follow this.

1. Go to a police station for police report. Do that right away!  They shouldn't charge you more than 1k or so. can't remember how much they asked then, but something small.

They will make two copies of the report and give you one.

2. Hit the Immigration HQ in Abuja with the report, for a new one.

3. They will charge you about 30k altogether, depending of who handles your stuff. I don't know the official fee though.

4. This might take between 3-5days depending on who you met and his influence in their computer room.

But try to leave whatever you re doing and go for the police report asap. No allow your pali to be seen with a criminal before the reports o,

Happy New Year
can you imagine the level of corruption in the law enforcement agencies?
well no be new thing sha

@justwise, my dad's sending me to south africa to study. . The job idea was mine, cos I wasn't gonna be idle. Dats why I opened those threads. I wasn't gonna sponsor myself; and not europe, where racism is really high. Tnx. But I need ideas on how to survive in the labour markets in s.a.
why will people continue to say this rubbish about racism in Europe while they are still in Nigeria?
some people can be so so myopic in reasoning.
i wish you can visit any north African country or ur beloved south Africa and you will know what discrimination really means

Everyday in Nigeria i see and hear people complain about the economic hardship in Nigeria most people insult the government for not trying to make things work in Nigeria I too use to have that taught too but not until recently i travelled to the UK for my holidays and I saw the way and manner people leave here.I most say we are enjoying many amenities in Nigeria free and Nigeria our great & blessed country is a very cheap country to leave in there is no need for Nigerians to travel out of their country cause the UK is not even a place to leave and say you can save I advice all to come back home and lets build Nigeria better and stronger.Imagine you paying the government in the UK TV rights?there are many things i have seen here that's really making me sick.MAKE ALL OF UNA COME HOUSE OOH
