Hmm i'm jus happy dat all the chelshi.t fanz will let us rest
Oh, so you know it's Chelsea fans that by default always convert to the fans of any club Barca plays against? Worst part is most of them don't know jack-sh!!t about football.

Good thing is, no controversial goals were scored by Dortmund!

ddippset: i could remember when some of us were talking neymar, neymar, neymar last week and i was saying hummels, kompany, thiago silva and co. in the whole of europe only barcelona has dwarfs as centre backs. we were always going to get killed in set pieces and physicalities. we need 2 big a** world class defenders and 1 centre forward if we are ever going to come back. we need defenders in the mold of kompany, dawson, vidic. and a striker like suarez and falcao.
Why do you all keep mentioning Kompany? He's not Barca material; meaning he's not world class.

Yahoo1: playing an unfit messi, jeez what were they thinking, messi was just walking like a zombie
I can bet on it Messi was fit; just as he was against AC Milan at the San Siro and with similar result. The Barca board destroyed this team by creating an over reliance on Messi; which was not the case with my best ever trinity of Messi-Eto'o-Henry.

dayokanu: Kasai that gave Madrid a penalty and Alaba a yellow that ruled him out of the final
Lol. That should tell you the guy always has his agenda. Unfortunately Barca made it too easy for him tonight. But his bias was way too blatant.

ddippset: of course bayern munich fans here if any have to prove they deserve their victory, and then some delighted real madrid fans here forget so easily how they took manchester united's place. but whatever the controversies, you dont talk referees when you lose 4-0. it's laughable. so i implore all my barca boys, let's give it up for bayern. they are worthy finalists. who else deserves a champions league final than the first team to wrap up their domestic title with a 20 point margin? thrashing teams 6-0, 6-1. good for bayern.
Honestly, this is a game that could get the ref a ban. Barca were poor on the night granted. And the situations that led to the goals could've been avoided. But it was very poor coming from the ref.
European Football (EPL, UEFA, La Liga) › Re: Fc Barcelona Fan Thread: "més Que Un Club" by logica(m): 10:35pm On Apr 23, 2013
dayokanu: Which 3 illegal goals? Your guys were handling the ball everywhere in the box and that cunnnt Kassai didnt even blow any.

And gave Martinez a yellow for daring to stand close to Iniesta
Come on and don't be biting the fingers that feed you. That cunnnt got you in the final. You should prostrate and thank him. grin

dayokanu: Did everyone here miss all the handballs by Barcas players?
Only one could be called a handball: by Piqué. Now compare that to 2 or even 3 illegal goals. I can assure you, this is all for Real Madrid to win (and maybe push Ronaldo higher in the "World Best Player" ranking). Once again Bayern will only get to the final to lose.
guy dat apart barca were soooo dominated & outclassed
Yes Bayern was hungrier; and even before the match comments by Xavi (about the La Liga title being more important though probably a little play of psychology) were disappointing enough. BUT the officiating made the difference.
European Football (EPL, UEFA, La Liga) › Re: Fc Barcelona Fan Thread: "més Que Un Club" by logica(m): 9:43pm On Apr 23, 2013
Yes Barca went about it lackadaisically, but the poor officiating had more to do with the score line. Who wouldn't get demoralized after 2 clearly illegal goals were allowed?
I see picking a proostiitute (or paying for sex) as a sign of a very low self-esteem and lack of confidence in one's desirability.

All my life, I never had a reason to pick one. Never needed one anyway. Something just tells me they smell pretty bad.

But hey, that's just me.
Have you ever dated a university girl? Or even a marketer that works for a bank? The fact is a lot of the girls you see walking down the street and find attractive turn into pros later in the night. For some people, it's better to handle them as what they are (and pay them off) rather than have a pro as a girlfriend (and like a standard dumbo put her on a pedestal).

Isn't prostitution illegal (a crime) in Nigeria (including Lagos)? So why would a prost.titute call the Police to arrest anybody for non-payment? The dude sef na mugu.

Osheshe: ^^^
I'll stick to my default mode in these situations - pretend to be deaf and mute. Its better to be safe than sorry. For that reason, I do not answer questions from strangers. Touching or any form of body contact is highly prohibited. I was in this bus one day and the male passenger beside me suddenly placed his hand on my lower abdomen. First thing I did was to calmly remove his hand. Then I checked to make sure all my 'unmentionables' were intact. Fully satisfied, I aimed a swift blow to his g.r.o.I.n. The imbe.cile could not explain why he started coughing and gasping to the other passengers. I'm not the surrogate conductor in a bus...hence, no one can pass his/her bus fare expecting me to hand it over to the driver/conductor. Extreme caution is the watchword when moving in public.
LMAO. Wait, how did you check your, err, um...you know...was still there?

Osheshe: I was the biggest of doubtful Thomases until it happened to my brother. Someone stopped him along a busy street ostensibly to ask for directions to a bank that was ironically just across the road from him. The second he said 'that's the bank over there...', he fell into a zombie state. Maybe you could explain this to me? Is there a medical term for what I've described above?
Your brother was hypnotized by some means. It is not juju. Even intelligence agencies like the CIA do these kind of things. But it was much more than just from asking for direction; he was probably kidnapped and then hypnotized. Of course it is understandable that he will not remember the details because memory loss does occur.

All he kept mumbling was: 'I have to give "them" the money...'
^^^^^^^^
That is quite expected from someone under the influence of hypnosis.

Seriously though, why would someone ask for the time from another individual who's not wearing a time piece? Just in front of a market? There were even some mallams who repair wrist watches a few meters away from where we stood. Why me?

Johnpaul88: The idea of waiting for Messi to burn out before getting another big player is wrong.

I'll love Barca's attack to be less one directional since all them almost comes through Messi. Hence, cage Messi and Barca is off! Our other attackers will look so impotent and you'll begin to wonder if they are players at all. Pedro, Alexis and Villa cant just beat their markers. Alexis case is even more embaressing - he may have forgotten how to beat a marker! The only formula now is to pass to Messi and see what he does with the ball and on many cases, he ends up getting goals and assists.

We are so dependent on Messi and while it gets him alot of personal awards, this is not a hall mark of a big club. We should start diversifying our attacks so that we can be less predictable.

Neymar will help us alot along side Messi and reduce the burden Messi is carrying in terms of chance creation and goal conversion. Neymar can beat his marker with ease in box, something only Messi and Iniesta are capable of doing for us.
He can score goals also. In their league, he's scored 9 in the last 6 games. In Barca, while Messi have plundered a league high 43, none of our so called attackers have reached double figures after over 25 league games. That's unbecoming of attackers that play for FC Barcelona! It's because Messi is so good that he has blinded our eyes to the rot that's going on in our attack. And we think our problem is only defence!.

I 'm very convinced that Neymar will be a success in Barcelona. He'll not be another Robinho but another Ronaldinho, afterall they are all Brazilians. He 'll not usurp Messi's role but he'll complement it. He'll go on to bag goals for us like 30, when Messi will end up with 50 goals. That'll be very fantastic. His understanding with Messi will be telepathic because he can be very fast.

I think it's right for Barca to push for this deal. We'll all be thankful they did!
It's a done deal anyway.

Osheshe: I reside in Benin city and there are occasional stories here and there. I personally feel that the safest means of public transportation within the city is the BUS. This is due to the fact that they are almost always filled with market women.

One new trick they employ now is to ask unsuspecting people inane questions, and the minute you reply, the 'charm' starts working. Take for instance, I went to Lagos street to purchase something one day. When I was done, I proceeded to board a bus going to Sapele road and this man taps me from behind. When I turned to face him, he asked me for the time on my watch. That's when I knew he was up to no good because I wasn't putting on a time piece so how could I have possibly known what the time was saying?

I calmly entered the bus before giving him a serene smile coupled with a stiff middle finger. So beware of people asking inane questions in the most absurd places.
Your written English is excellent. Quite coherent. Yet you think somebody can "charm" you by asking for the time (once you respond)?

Gen 1: 20-21 "And God said, “Let the water teem with living creatures, and let birds fly above the earth across the vault of the sky.” 21 So God created the great creatures of the sea and every living thing with which the water teems and that moves about in it, according to their kinds, and every winged bird according to its kind. And God saw that it was good. 22 God blessed them and said, “Be fruitful and increase in number and fill the water in the seas, and let the birds increase on the earth.”

Nah, before the dinosaur evolved to bird and then chicken, the egg existed. Capisce? "Egg" in this context does not refer to that produced by the chicken in question, but a generalized, abstract egg.

As for Einstein and his beliefs, he chose to remain neutral, neither believing nor discounting the possibility of God'a existence so I implore you to take similar stand until you are absolutely sure. Religion is a thing of faith.
Once again dummy, Einstein was a believer in Spinoza's God which to all intents and purposes made him an agnostic. When scientists like him speak of "God" they mean "Nature". It had no religious connotation. Spend more on your education, dummy. Staking your life is basically suicide.
