As you probably know, every case is different, There is a difference in penalty for manslaughter and premeditated murder

Even when cases are similar, how its handled also determines the outcome, Someone who takes a plea bargain is different from someone who goes to trial and win/lose. Outcomes will also be different in you decide to insult the judge vs you show contrition, also there might be difference if you use a private lawyer vs if you use a public defendant

I have been in this USA for decades and I have never experienced racism its mostly race hustlers who still try to bring up racism in 2026

I am sure if you search for cases, you will find instances where minorities got away with lighter sentences than white who committed similar offences due to the uniqueness of each case in question

That said, There will surely be individuals who do not like the other race, Blacks who don't like white, white who don't like Hispanics, Hispanics who don't like Arabs etc even withi the same ethnic group of same color, some don't like the other but in a systemic level there is no racism I have never witnessed any racism in America. There is nothing a white man can do that a black man cannot do

I made this mistake while running my own business. Employees are not your friends. Pay them well but always enforce discipline.

I watched it the minute it came out on YouTube. I wholeheartedly respect Dave's viewpoint on the matter, still, I must say that I shook my head at some of the points he was trying to make or counter.

I understand that emotions are running high at the moment due to that man's death, but the aftermath has been nothing but pointless protests, riots, anarchy, political pandering and celebrity bunking.
