Christians and muslims believe that their God is perfect. However, it makes one ask;

Besides if you are indeed an athiest then why do you need to quote the biblical scriptures and in fact other religious belief systems which believe in the existance of a Supernatural Being called God to establish your point. To believe in the non existence of God is sheer foolishlness. Science asserts that for every action there is an equal and oppisite reaction. Hence, even if you believe in evolution and the big bang theory, wouldn't it be logical to investigate what insitigated the bang? Once agian in your bid to disprove the existence of God you would further unveil that he does in fact exist. Can a can of coke come into existence coinsidently? Only a fool would believe so.

I could care less about evolution. I am not a scientist but I know one fact; both scientists and the bible/koran/religion can not tell us how we got here on earth. However, scientists observe and make judgement on things they can measure. OLAADEGBU: First, it is the Bible we are quoting and not our words and second, you quoted the Matthew 5:22 out of context. Jesus qualified it with a phrase saying: "without a cause". You could have done a better job by quoting Psalm 14:1 out of context by saying "There is no God" leaving out the rest.

All humans are created equal be it Jew or black or white but the biblical God is a racist.

Furthermore, How is the Christian God different from Zeus or Allah or Ogun or Odin? Every religion claims that their God is real, why is yours better?

Lastly, why does God allow suffering? Why weren't you born in Somalia and starving? Is it because youi prayed hard or are holier than Somalians? Or it is their destiny to be sufferers? No. God does not exist.

I pay almost N17,000 for monthly starcomms (and sometimes mtn?)internet in Lagos that can not even be compared to my BT broadband in London on its slowest day. I heard that there were some fast broadband companies in Lagos but their prices are ridiculous. Why should we pay more than what people pay in the UK for internet?

£15 a month can get you nice broadband speeds unlike nigeria where N17,000 a month(about £68) gets you nothing

Why doesnt God heal amputees? Yes, why doesnt a missing leg appear back or grow back? Why is it that miracles are only performed on illnesses that could have been pretended to be afflicting someone? You dont need God to be good or truthful. Infact, belief in God can cause many terrible things to happen. For instance, we have seen Islamic extremists/terrorists but they are nothing compared to the christian extremists of the early centuries. The catholic church supported slavery in the 13th century by Pope Gregory IX in the canon law. Christians also made terrible torture machines for heretics and unbelievers like the Judas Chair.

Furthermore, how did christianity come to Nigeria? Was it not through slavery? The Portuguese came and took slaves and so did the British and they were ultra christian countries.
