Do you know that if someone starts to polish the image of Shehu shagari as the best candidate in 2019, zombified Nigerians will still line up and cote him?

That's how useless this country has become.
We need an entire overhaul. In a country of over 170-180 million people, there has to be one sensible adult to fix things.

These old men should be allowed to rest. I'd appreciate it if they rest in peace.

The problem with you all is that you have a mis-perception of one man. He is not who you thought he was. If he were, he would not have a problem being that person. Some of you will still sell this misconception in 2019.

HealthWorld Health Day 2017 - Depression: Let's Talk by lomaxx(op): 2:50pm On Apr 07, 2017
What is Depression?

Depression is an illness characterised by persistent sadness and a loss of interest in activities normally enjoyed, accompanied by an inability to carry out daily activities, for at least two weeks. Depression is the largest cause of disability worldwide.

Who Does it Affect?

Depression can affect any person. One in five women, one in twelve men, two percent of children and five percent of teenagers suffer from depression. No one is immune to depression. It can affect anyone directly or indirectly.

Factors Predisposing to Depression

•Genetic predisposition
•Unemployment
•Poverty
•Troubled relationships
•Substance abuse, especially alcohol
•Natural catastrophe
•Death of a loved one or a spouse
•Divorce
•Domestic violence
•Sexual or physical abuse
•Personality disorders
•Mental illness
•Neurosis
•Chronic medical conditions like diabetes, hypertension and HIV/AIDs
•Erectile dysfunction
•Infertility
•Single status in late adulthood

Symptoms of Depression

•Persistent sad, anxious, empty mood
•Feeling of helplessness
•Feeling of guilt and worthlessness
•Loss of interest in things normally enjoyed
•Loss of appetite, weight loss, or weight gain
•Fatigue
•Suicide attempts
•Restlessness; irritability
•Difficulty in concentration and decision making
•Headaches, chronic pain and digestive disorders

How to Handle Depression

According to the World Health Organisation, the following are ways to handle depression:

•Talk to someone you trust about your feelings.
•Seek professional help. Your local healthcare worker or doctor is a good place to start.
•Remember that with the right help, you can get better.
•Stay connected. Keep in contact with family and friends.
•Exercise regularly, even if it’s just as short walk.
•Stick to regular eating and sleeping habits.
•Accept that you might have depression and adjust your expectations. You may not be able to accomplish as much as you do usually.
•Avoid or restrict alcohol intake and refrain from using illicit drugs; they can worsen depression.
•If you feel suicidal, contact someone for help immediately.

Honestly I wonder the kind of education you people get.

First tell me anyone of them that does not have a case in court?

Seriously are you educated at all?

All of them have their cases in court so what do you call that?

What do they even do in courts? Is it not to hear cases(fair hearing)? If that is not fair hearing then you need a better education.

You know what, have a deep thinking before you give me a reply or I won't be so nice the next time.

Btw do a research on the meaning of fair hearing before exchanging comments with me. Ok.
Lmao.

See this one.

Already having chest pain.

jomoh:
How? Where? and When was he allowed to deny the claims?

Was he given a fair hearing? Inspite of the fact that the integrity of the report which the Senate based their decision on is in question (by the fact that it has two conflicting recommendations).

Whether the Senate likes it or not the anti corruption war must be won.
Funny. When did Magu ever grant an accused fair hearing? Now he desires fair hearing. When he was gallivanting round the media declaring people guilty before court papers were filed, did he not know that one day the bush meat will come back for the hunter?

HealthRe: A Crash Course On Breast Lumps And What To Do by lomaxx(op): 12:40pm On Dec 09, 2016
After adequate evaluation by the doctor, the breast lump would be treated depending on what it was.

Cysts will be drained.

Benign tumours could be removed if desired and if indicated.

Cancer lumps will also be removed and the patient will be on chemotherapy or radiotherapy depending on the stage.

HealthRe: A Crash Course On Breast Lumps And What To Do by lomaxx(op): 12:37pm On Dec 09, 2016
There are several different types of biopsies:

Fine needle aspiration biopsy: A small needle is inserted into the lump and a few cells are removed to be studied.

Core needle biopsy: A slightly larger needle is used to remove three to six small cylinders of tissue from the abnormal breast tissue. The samples are then looked at under a microscope.

Surgical biopsy: A surgeon makes a cut into the breast to remove either a small amount of the abnormal tissue or the entire lump. Removing the entire lump is known as an excisional biopsy.

An excisional biopsy is also known as a breast lump removal or a lumpectomy. This procedure removes only the abnormal tissue and a small amount of surrounding tissue from the breast. It leaves the rest of the breast intact.
HealthRe: A Crash Course On Breast Lumps And What To Do by lomaxx(op): 12:36pm On Dec 09, 2016
It is important to see a doctor to find out which type of lump is present in the breast. Early treatment can then be started if needed.

A doctor will likely order image testing to see the lump and surrounding tissue. Examples include mammogram, ultrasound, or MRI. Someone at low risk for breast cancer may be asked to monitor the lump and to return periodically to check on it.

Sometimes the doctor will want to do a biopsy. This involves removing a small amount of the lump, in order to diagnose the cause. The only way to definitively diagnose breast cancer or other conditions is to perform a biopsy.
HealthA Crash Course On Breast Lumps And What To Do by lomaxx(op): 12:35pm On Dec 09, 2016
There are different causes for lumps in the breast. Not all of them are cancer.
Breast lumps include:

Cysts: Harmless growths in the breast tissue. They tend to occur with hormonal changes, such as with the start of a menstrual period. Cysts are usually filled with fluid that can be drained with a needle. It is possible for cysts to reoccur after the fluid has been drained.

Fibrosis: A thickening of the tissue within the breast. It is usually harmless.

Benign tumors: Solid growths that are not cancerous or dangerous. They can be uncomfortable, and they can sometimes cause leakage from the nipples, depending on their location.

Benign breast tumours can be suspected based in their presentation. A woman below 40 years will likely have a benign breast lesion. Benign breast lesion is usually accompanied with cyclical symptoms. Benign breast lesions are mobile. The commonest of them called fibroadenoma is nicknamed "breast mouse" because it is always "running" around the breast.

The only way to determine if a tumor is cancerous or benign is by looking at the cells that make up the tumor under a microscope.
